I went to Fairboult store some lady helping me for 3 hours but couldnt help and I came to Burnsville store and district manager himself help me in 3 to 5 mins very humble and kind great service arsheel merchant

If I could give negative stars I would. Josh helped me out when I came in, but actually made my experience terrible, and stressful. He prolonged my phone issue for weeks costing me time, energy, and money. Come to find out he restricted letting me know I could just go to a different Cricket location to solve my problem but no, he wanted his little commission $$ from me. Terrible example of how cricket should run. Thumbs down
Trey always greets me with a smile when I come in to pay my bill even if Im having a bad day. He also fixed my phone service issue on my iPhone se and was very professional throughout the entire process. When it comes to phones this guy knows whats up!!! Sometimes when Im sitting alone in the dark wearing nothing but my favorite fuzzy hat, I feel a bit lonely, so I get out my mannequin head and talk to it. Now that Trey fixed my phone service I can finally stream music while I work on sewing my skin suit for the mannequin. Its coming along very nicely and couldnt have done it without the amazing guys over at cricket wireless in Burnsville! Thanks again Trey, you guys really treat me like family!

Josh was super helpful getting our phones ported over. We had a problem with Verizon unlocking our phones but Josh was patient and assisted us. We got it figured and were extremely happy with our service.

The lady doesnt know anything I got here at 6 she took an hour and 30 with another customer the was here after me and she had the door locked since 6:00 and other customers got here at at 6:45 and she told them it was closed she was so rude and didnt want to help me and the other lady and I got there at 6 she got mad because she had to open the door for us which they close at 7 needs training and someone that wants to wrk not leave early!!!

I love Cricket service but this particular store wasnt helpful with an issue I was having with a phone. I ended up having to go to a different Cricket supplier. Overall, the staff here didnt really seem to understand the issue and werent willing to assist further.
I was skeptical at first. Store mgr was great. Switched me from Sprint to a new phone in 10 mins. I got much better coverage for $35/mo. If u go there ask for Waheed.
James was behind the counter he asked what brings you in here today. I said well you only sell Cricket here, it would be to set up a Cricket account. He said Well there are a lot of reasons why people come, pay bills....lots of things and I dont need your attitude. I walked out. What a way to represent the company. If costumer service is that bad face to face it must be crazy trying to get help on the phones.
I bought the new Samsung Galaxy S9 from this location. I had to set up a new account and that was a BIG MISTAKE. The guy who set up my Cricket account neglected to tell me the log in information. So when I went home and tried to log into the app to view my billing statements, I was not able to log in. I then tried to reset my password and username through the app. In trying to do so, I was prompted with a notification that I would be sent a text with the information to reset my account. No such text was ever received after 5, YES 5 reset attempts. I then tried to reset my account through the website and was faced with the same issue. Having no luck with the app or the website, I decided to go back to the store where I had purchased the phone and set up the new account to try and get the issue sorted out. The same person who sold me the phone tried to help me, but he had NO CLUE what information he used to create my account. (again when I purchased the phone he did not ask me what I would like my username and password to be). Because he couldnt remember what information he used he wasnt able to reset my Cricket log-in either. He told me I would have to call Customer Service to get the issue resolved. He didnt even offer to call Customer Service himself and dismissed me. So when I finally did call Customer Service, I was put into a perpetual loop of pre-recorded messages none of which could connect me to an actual person or allow me to reset my log-in information. I then tried to call 4 other Cricket stores in the area and NOT A SINGLE ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. When I called the Eagan store, the phone continued to ring for 2 minutes, not even giving me the option to leave a voicemail. When I called the Minneapolis and Shakopee stores, again no answer and I was not even able to leave a message because the store had not set up their voicemail box. YES, A PHONE STORE DOES NOT HAVE A FUNCTIONING VOICEMAIL BOX. It has now been 4 weeks since I purchased my phone and I have never regretted a decision more.

Service was not great. Asked for insurance on my new phone and they did not add it. Went back to get it added and they tell me they cant do it. Even though I bought 3 phones at the time and they added the insurance to 2 of them.
