Still has mask mandatory in store even though the CDC has removed the mandate for people that are vaccinated. I was still going here trying to help out a struggling business but not when theyre going to keep him ask mandate inside the store I will follow the science from the CDC not from a GameStop employee. I would have stayed plenty far away from the zero people shopping in there the only person I was close to was the employee that came up with a box of masks like a drone it was interesting looking at the box and seeing that it says not for medical use

I dont understand their anti scalper policy. I tried to buy a switch because gamestop is basically the only store with any in stock. I was told I needed to purchase an additional 5 items in order to get the switch. Now, I understand anti-scalping rules believe me. But I was planning on buying a few games which wouldve added at least 120 dollars onto my purchase. Why should I have to buy 5 dinky 2-10 dollar items to get the switch when buying two extra games would literally make them more money and prove im not scalping? The employees were nice enough.

Employees at this location seem to save all the new products for themselves making it pretty hard to find new products. No wonder people just buy online. Not worth going into the store if this is gonna keep happening.

I was here for Black Friday before the crowds manage to storm the place. The service was awesome. They were so helpful and patient with me while picking out gifts. I got some great stuff with their help. They explained things to me in detail so I wasnt confused about anything.

Drove from Farmington, got there at 7:35 and they were already closed..sign on door says open until 8.

Put a couple orders in online. They were ready before they even opened and I was able to get them shortly after they opened. Was greeted quickly and asked if I needed anything. My daughter and I were left to shop after I said I didnt and was helped as soon as I was ready

This is my favorite GameStop. I actually go pretty far out of my way to make it here. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and better than average selection. My only real complaints happen because of corporate policy and thats hardly the employees fault.

Associates here are always helpful. They are happy to talk about the games, give opinions, and offer suggestions. Good variety of products, kept orderly. While I stood waiting for my husband, an associate handed me a coupon for an extra $5 for trade-ins. I asked about a coupon from their flyer with extra trade in value and they said they could stack the $5 on top of it. Didnt mind going back for that when the coupon effective date started.

We just went in to look. Chan helped us out, super knowledgeable, super talkative and happy. We had a great time talking with him and ended up leaving with a game that had just released and a few other things. We wish he worked at our Gamestop! Lol. 100% would recommend because of him:)

As a former Gamestop employee, I always like to go to stores Ive never been to in order to see how well-run the store is. Service was nice, the employee at the time wasnt pushy, and was very friendly. Store was in as good of shape as youd expect after a long day on a weekend with only one employee on the clock. Ive definitely set foot in worse locations, and will definitely revisit here whenever I get the chance.

Well first off there isnt a problem with the staff. I just have to say. if you walk into this store you have already made your second mistake. your first one was buying a console. do yourself a favor and get a pc. You wont have to leave your house anymore for games.

Although trade in prices are low, there seems to be a consistant changing availability of overstocked and previously overpriced clearance collectibles(even some under $1). The location does feel cramped with pillars of merchandise added to the general floor overflowing with merchandise. Be careful walking between pillars as merch can catch and fall off. I can see this as a place that would be difficult to navigate if you have a mobility disability.
