Insightful guys working here who helped me weigh my options honestly and make a new phone purchase!
If there was a negative star system I would use it. Got ignored for 15 minutes and when I asked if any of the employees not doing something could help the guy apologized and said they didnt see me. If T-Mobile didnt have the coverage they have I would switch away. Filthy appearance of employees and all-in-all no pride in their work.
Tried to go into this store on July 24, just make a quick payment. The employee refused me service because I did not have a mask. (This was before the state wide mandate) I stated I had a medical,he still refused to even let me enter the store. I left in tears because of refusal. Isn’t this illegal??
In one store the clerk that helped was very rude and let me know that my question with my phone was because I was old. My friends phone case belongs in the garbage
The lady working wasn’t even wearing a mask. And I could die from covid as well as my high risk family members. Glad you have employees that don’t care !

We went in to this T-Mobile store to get help after closing our account. We had the BEST service from Rahmo she definitely went above and beyond to get our problem resolved. Very kind and knowledgeable!!!
Called the store to ask a very simple and quick question and the person who answered the phone was very abrupt and rude. They answered my question quickly but acted especially annoyed at the fact I even called. I understand being busy and working in retail, I work in retail myself, but it was pretty unnecessary. Wonder what it would be like to actually be in the store.

I was in this store on Saturday, January 25, 2014 and was treated with nothing but rudeness and disrespect. The sales associate actually quoted me the wrong $$ amounts for some of the services and I made the comment that I felt like I was dealing with the mafia due to the way he was treating and talking to me. I had observed that, with the customer prior to me, he was equally disrespectful and rude. I ended up calling the customer service line to take care of what I needed that day because the sales associate was unwilling to help me at all!!!! Do not go to this location!!!

My husband and I went into this store after having a horrible experience at the store in Savage (for which I will be writing a negative review) I was hoping no one would swarm me and make me feel like I had to buy something right that second. I walked in and someone took my name, but then left me to play with the iPhone 7 I was looking at purchasing in peace (hallelujah!!) I was left alone to play with the phone features without being bothered or pressured to hurry up by a sales associate. When I was ready to ask questions, Terry was there with all the answers. In my opinion, a good sales person treats you like they dont work on commission, thats exactly what he did. He answered all my questions, offered all specials and sales but backed-up when I said I wasnt interested, and set-up my phone, even put my screen protector on, he was awesome. I called today to ask about the apple watch and he gave me all the info I needed on that as well as a guestimate as to when they might be back in stock. Thanks Terry!
