Been a Verizon customer for over a decade and usually very happy with the service. Today was different. Made an appointment through the app, arrived 10 minutes early and checked in explaining I needed to buy a new Android phone. I then proceeded to wait for 45 minutes past my appointment time only to finally have a representative tell me that they only had 1 or 2 android models available due to the chip shortage and no timeline on when new phones would be available. I completely understand that but should have been told that right away when I stated why I was in the store and not have to waste my time.

Don’t go here! I live nearby not helpful. Go to mall of America or call corporate online it’s night and day service and knowledge. Spent 4 hours there with a simple unopened product to exchange that they had but they couldn’t figure out how to do it so I call online easiest most helpful process.

By far this is the worst Verizon store in Twin cities if not the whole US.I went there couple times with my kids to buy accessories once and a phone the second time, I ended up buying those items anyways but both times even my six years old noticed how rude they were to us.I would advise you to go another Verizon store but if you have to and you are immigrant like me please dont go with your kids so they can stay innocent little while.

Standing out in the cold MN weather explaining why I want to talk to someone about phone problems and possibly upgrading sucked. Then I was trying to ask about promotions. Its like they resented my business. I tried making an appoi6on the website, said you were closed. Tried a video call, bad connection. Why make this so difficult.

Last Thursday September 5th I arrived at the Burnsville Verizon location not real happy with the service that I had been receiving from Verizon over the last few days. I had received a replacement phone through my service contract with Verizon and was having nothing but trouble transferring from my old phone to my new phone. I had used tech support with no success and tried one of the other Verizon locations with no success. When I arrived at the Burnsville location I was greeted by a young man that I apologize I dont know what his name was. But he did an incredible job for me on getting things transferred into my replacement phone. All I was looking for was to speak with a real live person. I had not received that through tech support everything was done via chat which quite frankly is not very helpful. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name who did help me but kudos to that gentleman that was able to get all my messages transferred into my replacement phone

I had a great time with I think their names were Wade, Abraham and Oscar. Really enjoyed their exquisite insightfulness that made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in the door. If only other stores could impregnate themselves with that type of customer interaction I think Verizon would be a fortune 1 company. Absolutely incredible 10 stars out of 10

Went on a busy Saturday morning we were greeted immediately, staff was awesome keeping us posted on wait time.Ryan helped me with a new phone and watch and than a bundle package of accessories.He was great to work with took his time to explain everything and even get watch set up.Great experience!

Horrible customer service at this store. I sent in an email request for information 30 days ago, made an appointment as soon as I could, and went in on 10/31 to purchase 2 phones for my business account. No response to the email asking for information. They initially started out ok, but once learning that we needed a receipt (either emailed or printed), they said they couldnt help. I asked if they could call Verizon - Nope. Nothing they can do. No one can give us a receipt. Cannot be done. Verizon doesnt allow it. Could they call another store - nope. Anything I asked if they could work with us was met with No. Was so frustrated I simply walked out. Funny story - went to the Verizon in Eagan, bought the phones, had a receipt emailed to us before we left the store. Will be making a formal complaint to Verizon about this store.

Had a very positive experience. We went in for an upgrade, and they didnt try to get us to purchase any unnecessary accessories. They helped us weigh phone pros and cons, and the upgrade process was fast and smooth. However, it was quite busy, and while they had enough employees, they didnt have enough counter space or seating for the amount of people they were trying to help.

I stopped in with a dead phone and the help I received was in my best interest. Normally you walk into a store and feel they are trying to get you to buy something to benefit themselves not you. During my visit Brock and Wade knew exactly what my issue was and answered my every question with out trying to rush me and helped me understand my options. A couple days later once my replacement phone arrived everyone in the store offered help, even knowing they would not benefit. Have to admit the GM was instore and was extremely accommodating along with his staff. Best instore cell phone support experience for over 18 years. .. also should be noted the tech support on the phone were great also trying to trouble shoot my phone and correcting issues with my replacement. Stand up job. -true story

Amazing service in the store. I had an online order where I had received the wrong phone & was sent the wrong phone, but the order sheet said I was sent the correct phone. Unfortunately the in-store staff could not fix the problem. I am giving 5 stars because they were understanding of my frustrations, were respectful of my questions and gave me advice on how to handle the call center. Id give 0 stars to corporate and customer service, but the guys at this store made the best of a frustrating situation. I will do business exclusively through them in the future.

A while back I went and bought a phone. It was broke. I returned it. When I went back to return it I was treated badly. The next Phone given the speakers did not work. It was proven in the store. I was treated badly again and told we are not gonna return it even though it is only two days old you can take it Apple Valley if you want. This is what I did and I was treated like a queen. Never again Burnsville. Thank you Apple Valley. I’m glad they sent Me your direction. Not going to lie, never been treated so badly. Like I was doing something wrong. Sad considering it was $1000 purchase. Again thank you Apple Valley for being so kind.

A completely remodeled store with the same great customer service. You will quickly be greeted and served (with little wait time). Theres a huge selection of phone cases and accessories available and a lounge area with games for kids to play while you work out that new cell phone plan or issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a great experience at this location. One important thing we learned is that not all verizon stores are created equal. We had a huge mess to sort out when transferring our service to Verizon and we got top notch service from every single employee. Went in this morning to get a new iPhone X. It was fairly busy when we arrived and we had to wait. We started going through the process to just order the phone online. However, when David came over to help us, he was so friendly and efficient, we ended up just finishing the process with him. Highly highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

I got my new iPhone 6 Plus from this store and cant say enough good things about the product or the people I worked with. I started the purchase on Saturday, September 12. It was very busy in the store. Both the man and woman who checked me in were respectful and efficient. Dominic, who set up the phone, extras, and new contract, was fantastic. He patiently worked with me for a very long time and we set up a second appointment for Monday, September 14, to deal with 2 extra needs. He was on time for the second appointment and completed everything perfectly. I love my iPhone 6 Plus and with my small hands, it is not too big and serves all my needs. Found the staff easy to work with once the bundled billing was sorted out. Nothing they could really do until that was done. Will return if needed to manage the account or upgrade! Much better to speak to a person over the counter than wait on the phone.

I have only worked with David, he has gone well above the call of good customer service with getting me phone and other tech. They remodeled the store to more of an open concept where it is unclear who to talk to about service. We waited on a bench until we had the chance to call over an associate who said it would be a 45 minute wait. I asked him a few simple questions which he blew off. With how much you pay for service, you would really think that they would be more helpful when you go to the physical store.

Told me Id never recover contacts from my ailing phone, and that they didnt offer support, even software support, anyhow. Managed to go home and do it myself with a bit of light research. Absolutely useless. Good luck if you have problems.

Why do we still do business with these people? Best network. Worst policies and people. Talked with someone and they told us exchanging a phone would be minimal cost. Came into the store and asked to confirm. Same story. When we get rung up they want $40+. All of a sudden it was a miscommunication. Speak to manager and hes not willing to even meet us halfway! Or do anything!

Arrived & checked in on the computer check-in. Was #6 in line. Waited for over an hour patiently, as I saw 3 different customers walk in after me, not have to wait in line & get helped right away. When I was finally called, I asked why others did not have to wait like us - I was told that their questions were quicker so they didnt need to wait. The explanation was given in a very condescending tone.My issue ended up taking a total of 2 minutes to solve. I will NOT be going back.

The two times Ive been to this location (3 different salesmen, 3 years apart from each other) Ive been highly pressured to make purchases I didnt want. When the salesmen realized that they wouldnt make as much in commission off of my purchases (because I didnt want the most expensive phone), I was treated even worse. They were rude and impatient with me. I will not go back to this store.

I went into the Verizon Wireless Store and Andy was assisting me, when he went into my account something happened in their systems that removed me as the account holder, he refuse to assist me until the person that was named as the account holder called in to correct the issue. I informed Andy that this was and has been my account for over 20 years, and asked him to contact the verizon wireless customer service to correct the issue. He refused to assist me so I asked him to get someone that would, He then responded that he would not help any further and that if I didnt leave his store that he would call the police. I then left and contacted Customer Service, they apologized for the error that occurred in their systems, and informed me that the store should have called customer service to correct it. I then went back into the store and asked to speak to the Manager, the Manager also refused to offer any apology or to assist me. If you want any assistance I suggest you avoid this store.

Walked in the store and was told there would be a 20 - 30 minutes wait. 1 hour later we finally are connected with a sales rep. The sales rep spends more time looking at the status on my account than listening to what I want to accomplish. Meanwhile the store manager is wandering around apparently not doing a great deal. 20 minutes later I am told the task I am trying to accomplish cant be done. Come back in 2 weeks and we will be able to do that. So I just wasted 1 hour and 20 minutes. If you read all the comments they are either Hated it, or Loved it, and far more Hated it. Customer service is not number 1 at this store.

Normally I wouldnt even take the time to leave a review but felt I should at least let them know how poorly they are doing.I purchased a new phone for my wife...mind you this was bought at a different location because we had a gift card to use and it helped offset the price of the phone.We didnt have any real issues with the phone, just wanted some help transferring contacts since they were backed up from a previous VERIZON phone and the current phone was also a VERIZON phone.The not so helpful people promptly told us they could not help us with our VERIZON phone because it was not purchased at this location....lame. Its a VERIZON phone, purchased from VERIZON, with my bill paid to VERIZON....help your customers!!! sheesh

I bought a new phone two weeks ago, with a screen protector and install. The screen protector broke, so I came back to the store to have a new one installed. The manager told me that Verizon no longer installs screen protectors, company policy. He directs me to the Zagg store. The Zagg employee tried to install 4 screen protectors, and ruined all of them while complaining about how terrible the Zagg products were.I have always counted on Verizons integrity and honesty, and this experience has been truly awful. If you buy a Verizon phone, please research the screen protector you buy, and the warranty associated with it. Save yourself some heartbreak. Install it yourself or take it to someone who is willing to sign a warranty contract with you.

Very rude person on the phone would not give me his or the managers name and hung up on me after I tried to explain what was going on. I talked to a verizon representitive from their support center on the phone who gave me information on a new policy for upgrades and how I could go into the store and get the same deal. Customer service is what keeps customers, not worrying about sales numbers enough to be rude and hang up when someone calls.

This used to be the best trained VZW store in the area.....now all of those well-trained employees have left and this location is just as bad as most other locations.I only recommend going to a VZW store if you need immediate tech support and Best Buy cant help and you cant reach VZW customer service, this location or the one at the MOA is your best option.

We live around thirty minutes away from a Verizon Wireless store and we wanted a cheaper price than what we would have gotten if we went to a close by Verizon Wireless World store so we drove up to Burnsville with high hopes to get us two new phones from that store... we didnt come home with anything but stress and a unhappy attitude.We ordered our phones from the website at the store because we didnt want to pay for the rebates but the website started having issues saying that it didnt process... we did this twice before doing it one phone at a time since we were doing it two phones at a time... when we did the one it went through no problem. Finishing up we heard that the first phones actually did go through when the store and customer service said it didnt so at this point we practically ordered five phones and at this time they put a lock on four of them for 72 hours so they wouldnt charge the card and would give them enough time to remove them... well the fifth one wasnt going to work we couldnt atleast get one phone because constant errors in the buying process popped up eventually we had enough and we left! Weve yet have had an easy time at Verizon wireless this might be the last time we get a phone there.

Went to this location to get a new phone, when the owner gave me the phone he did nothing but tell me it was an iphone 5 and that is was 16gigs. when we finally finished adding it to my account he made me wait for it to charge, which took much longer than it should have and i had to wander around the store aimlessly. After grabbing it- i notice a bunch of scuff marks, dings and other damages around the edges and the corners, luckily nothing on the screen though, but i was still displeased that he didnt tell me about them.Then he charged me $22 for a charger that didnt even have a USB end. Long story short, after MUCH struggle at home and buying ANOTHER charger, i found out the battery is horribly messed up. i wasted my entire night and the next morning fiddling with it and trying to get it to even turn on. Then when i try to return it or exchange it for another, the day after i got it, even with the receipt he refuses and says that all he can do is replace the battery. Now i have come home empty handed because its going to take until tomorrow night to get it back with the new battery. At this point i dont even want that phone it is not worth the money i paid for it. and now i am without a phone, when i am a busy person. after picking my phone up tomorrow night, i will never go back there again.

Went in to pre-order an iPhone 5 at Burnsville. Had to wait for 15 minutes just to be told that they dont pre-order phones at that store. I could either go on-line in the store, do it myself, or wait until they release on the 20th and take my chances. With help like this I chose to go home and do it online. Online was not as simple as expected.Decided to go to my Verizon store in St. Louis Park and had exceptional service.Avoid the Burnsville store unless you want a long frustrating experience.

Arrived at the store at 10 am foray customer in. Had to sign in on a computer and wait 15 minutes before a salesman would speak to me even though I was the only customer in the store. They where not able to sell me an upgrade phone because the computer was out of date. Called the store after 2 days no answer. Because I really want the phone I called 30 times through the day. No answer everytime.
