This is my first time building my credit through a store like this. I am looking forward to doing business with Home Choice, the staff there helped me understand the process from applying to choosing the best laptop to start building my credit. I was approved fast, and the staff were very kind and professional. The overall customer service experience was excellent. Thank you Home Choice!

Employees are rude have no customer service knowledge/skills what so ever .. they hardly ever communicate with each other which makes customer service/care impossible to get right. Great products and deals when your low on a large amount of cash for something that is a basic need but the interest rate is so ridiculous that you are paying double in the end!! Would make it recommendable if they improved their customer care and interest rates.

Wes is the best employee at Home Choice in Burnsville! He has recommended products that would fit us best. He handles all of me and my husbands accounts. He explains the terms and how much our payment would be. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products available. If something needs to be ordered, Wes keeps us updated on when it will arrive. I would NOT go to Home Choice in Burnsville if Wes wasn’t there!

Wess Handels all of my accounts and he explained things very clearly he is the only one I will have handel when I order something new. If he was to relocate I would have to gi to that store because he is the only kne I will allow to handle my account and orders. Thanks Trent Long

I walked in to this Burnsville HomeChoice expecting hard selling salespeople who were only about signing customers up. I was EXTREMELY surprised to meet Melissa... a warm, hospitable friendly and courteous lady. She made me feel really good about working with HomeChoice. She definitely is an asset to this company and I am extremely excited to be a part of the new customer base. Cant wait for my new bed to arrive !

I have been with Home Choice for a very long time. The staff there is very nice and go out of their way to help with any problems. I love this place and all the employees at Burnsville store. They get a 10 in my eyes.

Ok let me start saying somethings abt the bad reviews on here about burnsville store...idk what happened 2 them but they helped me so many times with missing payments and they helped me get caught up...they are very friendly...I walk in and they say hi with knowing my first name...they only way u will know abt the ppl that work there is visit it 4 urself...but I give them 10 stars if I could...Burnsville Home Choice keep doing what u ppl do...I will return 4 further buys 4 sure!!!! I have been with this location 4 abt 3 1/2 yrs now and not have a problem with them at all.

People here make getting things you cant afford easy. Just pay on time and never a problem.

Ill give this store a neg 1 bought 2 couches from them 4 months ago a month later 1 couch cushion started to sag went to the store and complained,They promised to replace them both, it took them 3 months to deliver the new ones, when they came to pick up the defective one they wouldnt replace them!We told them to take back all the furniture!!!

Im giving a 1 Burnsville home choice is so horrible they treat you so bad even when you ask them question they are rude and mean they answered you with attitude specially the manager what kind of manager would do that if she thinks she can handle customers she is not capable to do her job. I had issues with my tv and they said they where going to send some one to look at it we had set up one week a head 2minutes before the time schedule they call saying that they didnt know where I live was to far and they didnt had people to send it to take it look at it..really. Im so upset because I trying to do payments and their so rude even that way..

Paid for a couch for two years with this Home Choice. They were the best Rent to Own place ive ever worked with.

I bought a phone, left .. Got to my destination, the phone didnt work. Had to go back and get it reset, left .. Went to get a sim card, got home to activate and set the phone up and it is locked with someone elses google account. I call the store, they tell me to reset it and if that done work come back the next day. After all my time in there and putting a down payment i should have walked out with a phone ready to activate and work. I spent time, energy, gas and money on all of this juat to be disappointed with a non working phone.

Friendly staff but went in to see about a stove and they didnt have any self cleaning gas stoves. I was disappointed

It is a poor service the employees seem to be giving you things, I went to pick up a dryer and they only gave me a devil to take her to my car of the 5 employees including women and men none helped me to get her into my car which attended me has a despotic attitude I recommend you not go to this homechoice store
