Been here a couple times now. Stay away, theres another down the road. Especially if you get the Hispanic guy. He should be fired honestly. He is unhelpful, rude, disrespectful, had the demeanor and tone of not wanting to be there. For example he drops an older ladies stuff on floor, looked at it and continues trying to get her out faster, I went over and picked it up for her. Makes her struggle to factory reset a phone while he plays on his, making comments like I dont know what your doing its your phone you do it. wont accept your trade unless its reset pretty sure he could of had it do e in a minute for her I stead of stupid comments. She even left after dealing with him without finishing the trade.Then with my problem, I had chat transcripts, and stuff from corporate but he wouldnt even look at it or listen to what I was saying, just except saying nothing he could do. Maybe get your boss? Maybe call corporate? Oh wait just get rude with the customer that had to drive 35 miles to get there after a hour chat telling you just stop in and the representative will be able to take care of it no problem.The bald guyseems to at least try to help people with a good attitude.Edit: I see a few other reviews mentioned this guys bad attitude and unwillingness also.
Came here twice The first time had excellent service from Irvin Hernandez who went out of his way to be helpful. The second time, I went to pick up my new iPhone and got the absolute worst service possible from Hector Capote. He did his best to do the least with the most condescending/insulting attitude, and he didnt care. The new iPhone came with a dead battery and he said that often happens and encouraged me to go home to charge it. When I tried to activate it, he did his best to play on his phone and be unhelpful and condescending, telling me that the wifi is slow so I should go home and do it. When the activation didnt work due to the iOS being outdated on the new iPhone, he said to just keep trying. There was nothing they could do since they are not Apple. Next time buy from the Apple Store where they have excellent service.
Was very disappointed with my visit to the Burnsville AT&T location. Service rep Hector was very rude and crass. I walked in with a working phone and walked out having no service, Internet or cellular use at all. I would highly suggest if you walk in and you’re greeted by Hector, I would ask for someone else to help. He does not belong in customer service in my opinion. I hope he was just having a bad day, but I feel the way his manager stepped in to help, that this is not the first time!
Wait for it.... I had fun at AT&T today! Darin made the entire transaction lovely! His co-workers also played a role in the overall experience as well. He was kind, helpful, patient and offered just the right amount of humor to what can sometimes be not the most enjoyable experience! I left feeling knowledgeable, like I got a great deal, confident about the transaction, and like I was well informed! This isn’t my local AT&T store but I’ll go out of my way to go to this location in the future because of this exceptional experience! Thank you so much!

I asked an employee (while selecting a new device in store) what storage sizes the phone I wanted came in. I was told only 256gb so this is what I pre-ordered. I found out after the fact that the same phone has a 512gb option as well that I was not offered. Confirmed that AT&T sells the 512gb model after speaking to a friend, who also ordered the same phone through AT&T that same day, also by checking the AT&T website after speaking with him. Would have gladly paid the extra 100 dollars for the larger model. The store didnt give me any sort of solution for changing my device selection so now Im stuck with the smaller storage model for the next 1-2 years unless I pay it off. Not at all pleased with the situation. Poor training and poor customer service after voicing my issue.
Every other time I have visited this store, the techs were very helpful and kind. The last time I visited this store, I got stuck with an angry tech named Hector, who either hates people, his job, or both! He was very rude and patronizing to me and also to the at&t tech at the call center. The only positive thing was, is that he resolved my issue. I do recommend this particular store, but NOT Hector. :(
I had my phone stolen and needed a new sim card. I went to a secondary AT&T retailer in savage first and wasted about 2 hours and left enraged. Showed up here, a real, actual AT&T & even though the problem was a bit complicated, the main guy had me went out of his way to have me in & out in about 15 minutes. If you have any AT&T needs, the service here is worth the trip, even for a prepaid sim card they took the time to go the extra mile for me.
Our salesman, Colton, was the very best. We were replacing a stolen phone for a very handicapped person. We were very impressed with the patient and courteous treatment we received. It is hard to image how we could have had a better experience. Very happy. And Colton is the reason. Thanks so much.
Visited on 4/18/21 to complete 2 transfers of billing responsibility to a new account. Everyone at this location was helpful and patient, especially Colton who managed to solve our request after we had been unsuccessful at 2 other locations. I will definitely choose to return to this store for future phone needs.
Salesman was extremely rude and not interested at all anything that didnt make him commission. Came in just to buy a new phone for my girlfriend for a present and sat there for 20 minutes listening to him talk about all the services they offer even though we said we are only interested in a phone with no service changes. My girlfriend is a very kind person and even she was taken aback by how rude and poor the service we received was.
Went to store to buy phone, case and screen protector. Only to support brick and motor stores. (Cheaper online) Overall sales was fine but my screen protector was not put on straight and two corners are “bubbling” up because of it. I had to go back to return my old phone for the credits after I had to clear memory and pull sd card. This was 31 days or so after initial purchase. They would not install a new screen protector because it was a day or two past 30 days. Very frustrating because sales guy Hector was to busy trying to sell me AT&T TV. I almost asked him to pay attention but I’m more of the quiet type. I did mention this to manager when they were declining to take care of the screen protector.I hope this is detailed enough. I am very quick to give positive review in customer service. This is the first time I have taken time to do a bad one. I expect more on a small issue like this. So if I were u can you are savvy enough just buy phone and other accessories on line. If not savvy buy the phone but DONT buy the accessories. You will pay double and they do t deserve the business.I give 2 star because beside Buying a new phone and walking out of there with a working phone was great.

I really appreciate the necessary steps to staying safe during this pandemic at this location. Our wait time was worth it. Once in the store, Joe was very attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable of products and services that best suited our needs. We were educated on ATT TV 📺 but was not in the market for that service. Im very satisfied for the upgrade that we received.
I have been an AT&T customer for quite sometime, with 5 lines. I have been to the Burnsville store outside of the mall several times, just stop in the other day and was reminded how rude and arrogant and I unwilling to help they are. It is funny because it is has been pretty consecutive at this location. Whenever I go to the Apple Valley store(next to Chipotle) they are kind, patient, willing to help in any way possible to make your experience good. I have to assume it is the way the stores are managed, but I will never walk into the Burnsville store again, I pay AT&T way to much money on a monthly basis to be treated poorly.

After years of suffering from being on a spontaneous family plan created in college and struggling with removing myself from that plan, Colton saved the day. I was at ATT&T for hours and Colton stayed patient, calm, and understanding while trying to solve the issue at every possible angle. I cannot express enough my gratitude towards the assistance and service Colton provided and I will be forever grateful. He deserves employee of the month, a gold star, and incremental respect.

Went in completely unprepared as I wanted to switch off my parents plan with Verizon and start up with AT&T. Was immediately seen to and provided amazing service from Darin at the Burnsville location. He was able to set me up, after sorting out all my missing information, with my plan and new phone. Had all options explained and laid out to highlight what I was looking for. Great service!

Years ago, I decided to switch to AT&T from TMobile. I spent 3 hours at the Burnsville store, switching carriers and buying my first smart phone, the iPhone 3. I had THE best experience, with a patient, kind, knowledgeable young gentleman-I’ve been a customer ever since! I don’t do phone upgrades often or well, (I am a simple gal, don’t like change;) having gone from the iPhone 3, to the iPhone 6s, and now the iPhone 11-and this location STILL has the same outstanding customer service and patience for this high maintenance, rare phone upgrader! After another supreme experience with Hector & the crew at the Burnsville location, I’ll be back again! In another 6-7 years. ;) AT&T, you have a great bunch here at the Burnsville Buckhill store!!

Honestly, the worst possible customer service I have ever had. The guy, kept pushing for me to upgrade my plane. He would not change my iphone to the other, did not let me back up my phone, took my phone to simple erase everything. I lost all my contacts. Worst customer service, I will be returning the iphone and changing my plan.

It’s hard to put into words how helpful Colton and Joe were for us today. My husband has been working with AT&T reps on the phone for over 5 hours over the course of 3 days and NONE were helpful and nor did they get our situation resolved. We just spent an hour at this store with Colton (and Joe assisted) and ALL our problems are now solved. Couldn’t be happier with the help, service and level of understanding we got! Had to do 2 trips but only because they offered my husband a military discount if he had proof of serving in the military, so had to go home and go back once we found the right proof. They helped me go from a pre-paid to a plan. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. Crazy clean.

I had received outstanding service today at the AT&T Store in Burnsville, MN from the Store Manager Jentz and an employee, Alex. The other staff persons were nice as well. Jentz and Alex were very professional, understanding, authentic and trustworthy! I was extremely impressed! Amazing service, indeed!
The consultants (?) are usually friendly and knowledgable, though I have has a couple with limited knowledge of the products I was interested in, which were usually the latest products released.
Finaly Cancelled. No more overpriced cell service.
Waited an hour to be helped and then told we wont transfer your contacts we dont have time, but I had the time to wait an hour. Huge waste of my time and the gentlemen was very rude about it. I will find a different store even and if means driving, customer service is priceless

I have been an At & t for 19 years but will be contacting the FCC, BBB, attorney generals office, the news channels, whatever it takes after my experience on Friday, Oct 25, 2019! You cannot tell a person one thing, go through an entire transaction, transfer, activation, then change the specifications on a sale, then refuse to complete a return, refund and restore of our trade in due to not having a tech that could restore our trade in phone until Monday! I have the receipts along with the written estimate, how dare you treat me so disrespectfully, you have not heard the last from me! I have the proof and a witness!
