I was searching for a pickup on Craigslist. I found one that looked nice so I went to Allcars to check it out. The first person I talked to was Greg. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let me test drive the pickup and I ended up buying it. I also met the owner, Beau. Turns out that dealership has been family owned for generations. They treated me with respect and courtesy. I felt no pressure and was happy to bring my wife there to go for a test drive before we bought the truck. We were waiting for an insurance check to come in the mail and Beau was happy to wait for us to get things financially in order. In my opinion they are an excellent group of people to work with. Got a 2011 Ford transit van for 6500$. The day I test drove it I noticed slight hesitation in acceleration but I figured it was because it was a 4 cylinder. Less than three weeks check engine light comes on. I go back to shop explained what happened and was given a 450$ I guess that will let them sleep at night but lets see how far that goes for me on another transmission3-16-20Just got squared up with All Cars on the above incident and I readily admit its something I have never experienced from a used car lot. Bought a car 7 months ago, the engine blew unfortunately but I guess it’s an issue common with the car I had bought. The dealership after learning what happened put a new engine in at only the cost of the engine. Even though it was still very expensive I’m grateful they covered the cost of labor. I had been having trouble with customer service at different dealerships. Working with All cars was amazing Beau was so patient and friendly and explained every step of the process.

Exceptional customer service. I bought an Acura MDX from All Cars in June of 2019, and nine months later it is running like a dream. The salesmen told me it was in great condition and the mechanics at Honest-1 told me that they had never seen a car with 170k miles on it in such great condition. You found a gem of a car at that price. After I drove it for several hours, a faulty sensor was tripping on, and All Cars replaced the sensor absolutely free. All repairs since then have been typical of an older car. I cannot recommend All Cars enough.Important note: this was my first ever car purchase and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of (even though I was clearly a newbie to the awkward car-buying dance). The salesmen were open and honest, and I never felt pushed in any direction by them. All Cars has a great reputation for a reason.

This is my fifth vehicle I have purchased for my family from All Cars and the people and service there is great. The vehicles have worked well for us and I am expecting the same results with the Santa Fe. Jason did a great job working with me and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. I would recommend buying a car from them, they actually care about their customersMy mom and I bought a 2010 Journey from this dealership last fall and even though they gave us great customer service and a fair price on what I thought we were getting they failed to disclose that the rear differential was bad and within a week we noticed major issues with it. I don’t remember the sales person’s name but he very conveniently wrote “as is” on the bill of sale before my mom signed so I am strongly inclined to believe that the problem was known. Kind of disappointing to buy a new to you car and have problems to deal with right away without being informed.

I bought a 2013 white Chevy Impala LT and it was a very good deal! I felt that All car was honest and professional. They have a nice shop that they use to inspect and repair all their cars before they sell them. My car came with new tires and brakes and everything seems well maintained. I had my own professional mechanic check it out the day after I got it and everything was as advertised.

Bought our 08 GMC from all cars 5 months ago and loved it. Took our truck to Chevrolet in Shakopee who wound up frying our fuel pump control module and causing catastrophic electrical failure(Chevy mechanics words). My sons car was heavily damaged in an accident just before the Memorial Day weekend. We were out looking at used cars & came across All Cars. We found an 09 Cobalt at a price in his range & went in to test drive it. Gregg was great - no sales pressure at all. Got a credit application & didnt even have to put hold money on the car until the application was completed. We were not able to pick up the car until after business hours & Gregg was very accommodating in meeting us after the dealership had closed. All in all, a great experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back when its time for new vehicles.

They are the best dealership I know in all of the Twin Cities including even Michigan and Texas. I have bought 10 cars in the last 6 or 7 years (Cars are a hobby for me) so needless to say, I have test drove 100s of cars at many dealers. Of the ten cars, I have bought, three were from All Cars. This dealership actually reconditions the vehicle and fixes the cars that have issues. Other dealers just pass on a problem, I know this from personal experience. I once drove a Volvo in Shakopee, the transmission slipped, and they told me they would fix it. I went into a store right next to this dealer and in 45 minutes they had the car back on the lot up for sale. Trust me there is no way that car could have been fixed in 45 minutes. That type of dealer just waits for somebody that wont notice the problem. It is not like that at All Cars, they fix the cars and sell good cars. Even better though is their prices on the cars they sell. Of those three cars, I did not have to put any mechanical work into them, and I sold them, mostly after a year of driving them and got basically the same price back out of them as what I paid for the car originally. It is like driving a car for a year, three times for free.

I love my new Tahoe. Great service. Even went the Xtra Mile to make sure I could take it home. The Tahoe was over my price line but they accepted my trade I was expecting to take somewhere that did trades, luckily all worked out and I have a great new (used) vehicle.

My wife and I we looking for a crossover to replace her vehicle that was totaled out by drunk. I came across All Cars on the Car Fax website. They had what we were looking for and decided to purchase the vehicle. When we took it for a test drive the check engine light came. When we doing the paperwork, they pulled it into the shop and fixed the sensor. The whole experience was no pressure and no hassle. Jason and Beau were great with the sale, and Mae was fabulous with the paperwork.

All Cars Inc was literally THE BEST used car buyung experience I have ever had. It is a smaller family owned place with the exceptional customer service. I initially knew exactly which vehicle i wanted and planned to view after finding a listing online, so i didnt look at all of the cars as closely as the one i purchased. However all of the cars they had looked to be well maintained and professionally detailed.

I got my beloved car from here so my review maybe biased. However I havent seen a place with better deals in Minnesota and the the quality of service was great too. I really like this place.

We shopped around a lot of dealers in the area and this was the only one that actually made us not feel pressured at all and really comfortable to be around. The car is in great shape, was a great price, and was exactly what we had been looking for. If were ever looking for a car again this will be the first, and hopefully only place we have to go.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from All Cars. On both occasions, I found the experience to be wonderful. The staff was friendly, helpful and seemed very honest.

There was some confusion where a car I was interested in was concerned, and the staff here took the time to write me two very kind e-mails explaining the situation. It seems to me that All Cars would not be satisfied with providing mediocre service.

If youre looking at All Cars Inc. and youve found a car youre looking for, stop shopping. I spent weeks shopping online, checking every detail you can think of. You will not find a better deal.
