Great service! I ran over a screw and came here to have my tire patched. Unfortunately the tire couldnt be patched. My vehicle only has 3,500 miles on it so I just needed to get the single tire replaced. Tires Plus actually called the manufacturer of my tire and was able to get me a small discount on a replacement. Was able to get the new tire and installed the next day! The staff kept me updated during the entire process and were friendly throughout!Would recommend!

This place really just told that they could mount my Weld wheels to Mickey Thompson tires... I get all the way up there and this dude tells me that there are no promises that they wouldnt scratch up my brand new wheels that are $600 a pop... What a joke! Yeah Im good on signing a piece of paper that says you can damage my property and not be responsible.

Excellent service! I ended up here after Apple Valley location said they could not perform the balancing of my tires. This location said they could balance them, do it within and hour and have me on my way! Highly recommend due to professionalism, service and going the extra mile to solve the issue.

Helped a gentleman who stalled in the middle of the road. Turns out it was a Tires plus mechanic on a test ride. I helped get the vehicles to safety and drove him to his shop out of the kindness of my heart. When we arrived him and his manager surprised me with a free oil change. They did not need to do that, but shows that they care about the community that they serve.

Got us in right away and the service was good. Explained everything and the process was smooth.

Its hard to find honest people these days but Im sure glade i came in and found Erik. I came in to have my alignment checked out because I bought tires somewhere else. Erik awnsered every question I had and my alignment check came back great so I didnt even spend any money here yet he took time to to help me with my questions. Definitely a place you can trust with competitive rates that actually feel below most competitors. I highly recommend a visit to see Erik and his staff. He will take care of you and give you the absolute best price, service and experience in the industry.

I brought my trailer in to have a tire repaired in a Sunday morning. Thinking I would have to drop the trailer off and make a return trip later I just asked the tech how long it would be. Service is always easy to get in. Great place for getting winter tires as well as swapping back for summer later on. Service is quick and they have great customer service. Prices are also at a fair rate.

Truly believe my daughter got rip off. Use to always come here because they were honest but never again. Spent almost $800 to find out what the problem is and get it fix but still have problems. Normally I leave satisfied,this time around I felt she got screwed out of money.

2009 Honda Pilot - alternator replacement.Inititally brought to the shop on 13. Their lead technician was out with medical issues, so i had the car moved to this shop on 42. Boy am i glad i did. Turns out a mounting bolt for the alternator had broken off into the cylinder head. Eric the manager called me and filled me with ALL the information I could ask for. Best case and worse case scenarios. They were able to get the bolt out without ANY damage to the cylinder head in MUCH less time then he stated it would take. Plus they were very understanding of my financial situation when this repair occured. And graciously held onto the car and kept it safe until i could pick it up. Thank you so much for all you have done. And I will see you guys again.

Lazy service writer and poor customer service. These guys will leave your lug nuts loose no problem but think its a liability to mount a tire on your rim for you? I get that you dont make a ton of money to mount a tire for someone but its pretty simple and quick to do. Hart Bros Tire Co in savage is well worth the short drive to be treated well.

My first experience with this place was awesome, the guy at the front desk was great and respected the customers time, gave updates and stuck to the appointment scheduled. Today, entirely different story. Had an appointment and waited for 45 minutes before realizing they had no intention of sticking to a scheduled appointment. Asked for update and got blown off.Ended up just grabbed my key and left - wont be back.

I went there to get my trucked looked at for a noise it was making. They looked at it and gave me an honest opinion. I went and got tires 2 weeks later there $900. Understandable. But the noise was still there so I brought it back he said he cant find anything and I should drive untill it gets louder. Still Understandable but, the old guy who DID NOT look at my truck charged me 10 dollars. I forgot everything at home phone, wallet, any cash. Everything. I had spent over $1000 in the past month and they WOULD NOT cut me a break and say you we cant find so free of charge thanks for all your business.

Brought my daughters car in because the tire pressure light was on. They added air and said it was fine, even though the light did not go out. Said we should drive it around so that it would reset itself. We returned a couple of times and they insisted the tires were fine. They were not fine and she ended up with a flat. We went elsewhere for new tires.

Ive always had good experiences here. From oil changes to new tires to a new battery, they never disappoint. This morning I realized my husbands car needed a new battery. I called for a quote and asked if they could get me in today. They had me in and out in 30 minutes.

Wasn’t able to get into my local Tires Plus, but able to get in same day at Burnsville location. Front desk sales associate Allissa was super courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable. I usually frequent a different location but will go out of my way to visit here given the stellar customer service! Well done!

Scheduled my appointment for 12:00pm. Got here before 12:00pm and they didnt start working on my car until after 12:35pm. Since this place take walk-ins do not bother on making appointments. You will have to wait extra time no matter your appointment. Very unpleasant specially during covid and winter time.Then when I brought the time space between my appointment and the time they started to the front desk she preferred to excuse her self saying. We only have few employees instead of apologize and give better customer service.

Kevin did a great job, since taking over as mgr. He fix my puntured tire and installed 2 new winter Blizzaks. He is an honest mechanic and with integrity.

Bought 4 new tires here a couple years ago, less than 1 year later the front two tires were completely bald, they told us it was our fault for not getting them rotated often enough and only reluctantly honored the warranty. Less than a year after that the front tires are completely bald again, took the car to a different shop. The other shop found the struts on both front tires broken and rubbing on the wheels causing them to wear down very quickly and could have caused a blow out. This is why the 1st set of tires wore down so quickly, but Tires Plus didnt find the problem. Another time they found a problem on our other car, so we took it to the dealership since it was under warranty, the dealership said the parts Tires Plus said were broken were perfectly fine but found a different issue which they repaired under warranty. Will never go back to Tires Plus.

These guys are great! There was a break-in the morning of my service, someone broke the door glass and it shattered all over the floor. Eric from the front desk remained calm and polite in a stressful situation. They got my vehicle fixed and Eric even dealt with my warranty coverage company for me. Kudos to Eric!

Always mess up my alignments have had to bring back 5 cars to get the alignment redone they do fix it for free but still they should get it done right the first time. And the employees seem like they hate their job

Today we had our tires replaced. The service was great. We dropped off our truck and went to eat. When we came back we only waited 15 more minutes for them to take our truck for a test drive. Great prices and service! Great warranty options too. This is now my permanent place for tire service. Good job!!

They forgot to put brake grease on my brake pads(it happens, but shouldn’t when you’re paying $750 for front brakes). Didn’t know that’s why they squeaked the whole time after getting them done here.Until I needed them changed out again. If your new brakes squeak after getting them done here take them back For a tune up, they forgot to grease the pads up. It was a very annoying 6 months... Would not recommend. I did them myself the second time around it toke me 1/4 of the time on my own and 1/14 the cost.

As we were traveling back home from Minneapolis this weekend we had a tire pick up a nail. We stopped at a warehouse tire store but they couldn’t get us in for several hours. Google took us to Tires Plus and the staff there had our vehicle on the rack in 15 minutes. We are safely back on the road. Thanks so much to the counter staff ( she did great — didn’t get her name) and Ernesto who repaired the tire. Highly recommend this store.

Had to wait longer than an hour. They inspected the entire car even when I asked them to just look at the tires. After hair an hour wait they quoted me on several things I did not ask for; I was adamant that I was only there over a concern for my tires.Customer service, at least when I was there, was poor. I would recommend going elsewhere for your car needs.

I bought 1 tire a few days ago,they ordered wrong size and did not call to let me know until i came to the store and they said wrong sizethis is bad managementso i had to leave my van there and called uber 2 times to go home and come back to pick upi came back they did not put the spare tire to where it belongsi had to tell them to put the spare back

If youre looking to have work done on time Id suggest looking somewhere else. I called and was told I could arrive early before my appointment time because the tires I had ordered would be ready by the time I got there. The tires were ready, but the staff clearly werent. Not only did they not get an early start like I was told, but my vehicle was not even pulled into the garage until 15 minutes past my original appointment time. To Tires Plus: I understand your employees wanting to try and provide exceptional customer service by trying to accommodate customers, but maybe in the future just tell them to arrive at their scheduled appointment time.

Had new tires put on my car back in November with Tires PLus and was concerned several months later because I thought I heard something rattling around in the back wheel area when I drove at high speeds. I called Tires Plus today as I pictured my wheel coming off. They got me an appointment that night and greeted me by name when I came in. They drove the car, tightened the wheels, tested the brakes, and even moved stuff around inside my car in case it was something rattling on the inside. They spent a significant amount of time on my car and reassuring me. Charged me nothing! Ill sleep better at night now and couldnt be more satisfied with their approach. Thats customer service & follow-through!

This Tire Plus location is great, especially the people working there and having me come in so last minutely to fix a deflated tire I had on my Car . The employees were excellent and couldnt have been nicer. Will definitely come to this Tire plus again!

Best location Ive been to.There was Tom, who was a mechanic, and a service advisor Craig. Both of them were super helpful, kind, and funny (mostly Craig).Tom was able to explain to me what was going on in my car, bringing it down to my level and showing me what he was talking about!! Im a visual learner so it helped me out. Both of them are great people and deserve a better pay!!(if they dont have it already). Craig even helped me out! They didnt have the tire I needed so he price matched and even gave me a BETTER tire. Thanks dude. Ive never had anyone be so personable or teach me anything when going to ANY shop. I definitely will keep going here. Wish I could tip these guys!!

Peachy. (Disclosure: this review is egregiously late. I was here in January. Brought a car here last year as a favor for somebody too.)

I brought my car in and asked to have my tires re-balanced. They put it on the lift and came back saying it couldnt be done because the tires were too worn out. They then quoted me over $700 for new ones. I said I was comfortable with the tread level that was still on the tires and asked them to just balance the tires as close as possible. Again, they refused and said I would have to buy new tires for them to be wiling to do them.-see the pics below. Its not hard to use the penny test on your tires to see if they need to be replaced or not. All Im asking for is a bit of honesty. I didnt appreciate you wasting my time today TiresPlus.

Nice customer service

I brought my car in on Saturday. 2 days later it started wobbling at high speeds. I brought in again to find out that the tires were never balanced properly...should have been done right the first time. The supervisor Erik said that he knows the tech that did it wrong and hes going to have words with him. If this is the kind of work you can expect from a place that you put your life in your hands and hope that they do a good job on your vehicle, I would go somewhere else.

This location is run by some truely honest techs and front end staff. We had a service done on our vehicle involving a tire, as well, as a oil change. A week later had a smell coming from my car, they took a look at no charge and found a white plastic bag adhered to my muffler. They removed as much as they could. I was relieved, we shared a chuckle, and away I went. Thanks to you guys in the back for showing me the bag melted to the muffler! Those small actions build trust with your customer, outstanding customer serrvice at the Burnsville Tires Plus!!!

Alex is great. I like the guys at this location. Generally I feel they are trust worthy. Ive spent over $1000 here in repairs/maintenance but never felt like I was being cheated, and was always given their opinion of what can wait and what should be changed/done sooner rather than later. My vehicle has been running great since. I will probably continue to get work done here in the future even though its somewhat out of my way.

Our vans serpentine belt broke on the interstate. After getting it towed a short distance, we ended up here to get it fixed. They not only fixed it, they rotated tires and made sure the van was safe to drive again. (Serpentine belts can destroy the engine, for those of you who dont know the impact.)Great staff, fast service, and had tea and coffee ready.❤Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.❤

This location is convenient due to being near highway 35W. The staff seems to have improved over the years and it is now more enjoyable to come here when needing tires/oil changes.

They always do a good job with the car. No complaints there. The waiting area isnt the best so if you can get dropped off and pick up later that would be better.

I just bought my 2019 WRX and it still had summer tires on it. I was in dire need of snow tires as I’m from Rochester, MN and was up in the cities area the day of a large snow storm. I contacted several tire shops, all of which told me I would have to wait until the next day. A manager at this Tire Plus location, named Levi, assured me they would be able to complete the work before they closed. This store was very busy and the team there were working together like a well oiled machine getting through as many customers as possible. My car was in and out in no time. The customer service was great, along with very reasonable pricing! I’ll definitely be going back to the tire shop for future needs!!!

Car was making a very annoying thumping noise for months. Brought it elsewhere and was quoted $1800 to replace rotors. Brought car here at 4PM for full oil change and diagnostic. Had my car back 100% repaired by 7PM same day and at barely a fraction of the cost plus the correct diagnosis (wheel bearing). Employees were very kind and thorough. I am so thankful for their speed, efficiency and service!!

My father has always gotten any work that our cars have needed done here and it has been nothing but good and quick service. That is why I decided to go see how much Tires would cost. When there I was told that the car is very unaligned and will need an alignment. I ended up buying tires elsewhere and never got the alignment. Recently II got into a car accident and I asked the body shop to do an alignment as I was told it was needed by an employee from here. Turns out my alignment was perfect.. now I know not to trust this place anymore and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Friendly and honest staff, and they get the work done fast. I love that they are open 7 days a week with extended hours. Never understood why other auto shops work bank hours. If they see a problem with your car they will disclose what they found, but I didnt feel pressure to get it done if it wasnt absolutely necessary. Also, they will explain why work needs to be done, usually to prevent problems with other areas of the car. I will keep coming back

The tech waited 4 hrs past his shift while we waited on parts and the front line crew kept me up to date with its ETA. Excellent crew and service.

They gave me 3 tires that were right and 1 wrong. They called said come in to exchange it for the right tire and they were going to get my tire exchanged in 15 minutes, but I went in and they said 2 to 3 hours. They also did not give me my spare back either.

I have come to this store a few times to get oil changes, first time they say I need all new brakes and rotors, I buy the parts and have a family member put them on, come to find out they were all good. Second time I went for oil change, I start my car right after i bring it home and a engine light is on, car will not start, I needed some engine plug. Third time was this week, I go in car is fine and now my tie end rod is bad they say, Now car shakes badly driving down the road!! My cousin is a manager at a tires plus, I only trust his shop!! Terrible

Ive come this location for different things the gentlemen always greet me really nice and make me feel confident and good about coming by the shop as a woman sometimes it can be intimidating because some shops wanna take advantage of you but not these guys ive dealt with a couple of them and they all made me feel the same way i always left with what i needed taken care of and if i needed anything else or had more questions i felt confident in asking and knowing i would get an answer YES I WOULD ABSOLUTELY recomend them !
