I arrived late in the day and was promptly greeted, listened to and my car inspected for repairs. After confirming they could repair car, it was discovered that they we out of acetylene and needed to wait until next day. A loaner car was provided and repairs completed swiftly the following day at a great price. Friendly and competent service, very clean waiting area with desks. They offer a terrific value. Highly recommended!

The actual oil change service performed was great, for a reasonable price. However the customer service provided by Mike at the Burnsville, MN location was less than great. Upon the inspection they provided as a part of the oil change service there were a few issues with my vehicle that were identified and additional services recommended. I was aware of the issues and declined the recommendations because I have another shop that I use for repairs. When I shared that with Mike he insulted me by asking me “so you’re just going to drive this car into the ground, huh?” When I replied that I had another mechanic for these types of repairs, he asserted that I must have a shade tree type mechanic to repair my vehicle. I was appalled at his assertions. I was curious if this is the way he responded to other customers that decline their recommendations, or just the African American customers. Needless to say, this was my first and last visit to Meineke.

Guess I found myself a new spot for my car care. Was here a week ago and they were on time with the work performed. Their rates are super pocket friendly.Mike was excellent with his customer service delivery. Thank you Meineke team.

I had flowmaster 50 series muffler installed as well as some exhaust pipe to replace the stock baffles. Meineke did a great job on that. However I brought in the muffler as well as stainless exhaust pipe 3.5 width by 2 1/2 feet long, they did not need the steel pipe they told me over the phone so that was a part I was going to mail back and get a refund. They have called me regarding this issue and given me back the missing steel pipe! I am changing my review because it was a simple mistake. They did a great job correcting the issue.

The experience was nice and they checked my car free of charge and told me everything that was wrong with it. We also talked about different methods of what could be wrong with the car and if I couldn’t do it that would be happy to help me any time.

Had an appointment for a vehicle inspection. I had to wait far too long past my appointment time. The inspection went fine, but half of my front bumper fell off when I got home in my driveway and I had to reattach it properly.

They were able to replace rear struts and sway bar with linkage in just a few hours. This is on my rusty 07 Grand Prix. I dont usually bring my car into the shop so this was a newer experience for me all around.When calling in to set an appointment it was very easy. They were able to look at my car at a time that was good for me, not what was best for them.They went after the issue that I had without giving me a list of the 20 other things that Im sure could have been replaced. I really appreciate that a lot! This helped keep the repairs practical for my higher mileage and within my budget. So many other shops try to scrape every bit they can out of your wallet. Now my car handles better than it ever has during my ownership!I will certainly go back here and will recommend it to my friends and family.

I was ready to spend $1000 but the mechanic diagnosed a very minor issue causing the problem. Fixed in 30 minutes and out the door for $150. Very honest staff. Highly recommended!!

I took my truck in for service because there was a loud noise coming from underneath the vehicle. I assumed that I needed a new exhaust component but the technician informed me that the noise was simply caused by vibration from a broken bolt. Easy and inexpensive fix. I appreciate the honesty of this establishment and will be back for future service.

My car runs like a dream now. I didnt know how loud it was before until I had it fixed. I was recomebed the shop from a friend and was very pleased with the service I recieved. Most repairs were $20 less then I was previously quoted at another shop. Will go back again for any repairs that are needed.

Had a new set of tires shipped to store from an online site. The tires were installed very quickly, as well as doing the alignment. Mike explained the alignment process in detail and described the best process for my ride. My car rides nice n smooth and these guys did a great job. Quick and professional!

Dave (the owner) and Mike are always helpful. I needed an emergency brake job done and my muffler fixed. I brought my car in that morning and by the afternoon it was completed They had to make a custom build for my exhaust and now everything works perfectly.

They forgot my car was dropped off in the keybox and so did not complete the work. This was prearranged in writing in my appointment and I called the day of and let them know it was there. The whole day went by and when it was getting close to closing I decided to call as I hadnt heard from them. They said whoops they missed it but would try their best to complete it the following day. They ended up keeping it an extra day and because of that I had to drive two hours back to pick it up, cutting the weekend short as they would be closed Sunday and I would need it for work on Monday. They werent apologetic about it at all. Prices are overcharged as well even with the subscription.

What I liked is that they checked on a few things for me and told me what didn’t need to be done. They could have easily suggested maintenance be done.

I just relocated from Los Angeles to the twin cities.I’m from a area where everything is open 24/7, 6-7 days a week not like Minnesota. So after looking I found this company on Saturday which was one the the few only open facilities, and called in for a week job.They were pretty booked but Scott told me if I can get there at 3pm I can get an estimate and see.So after arriving Scott got me In The system and gave me a good estimate. After it was all said and done it actually was cheaper gen the original quote, which was awesome he kept it at the base rate of how long it took. Great value.Then Ryan did a great weld job, I worked with both of them in the shop to get my exhaust perfect and they all did great work.I look forward to be bringing my other modded cars and classic cars to their shop for more weld work.

Second visit to this store (first time 6 years ago). I went in with squeaky breakers I thought it was going to very expensive but after they looked at car all it needed was a rear break adjust and lube. I appreciated their honesty and integrity of this business for not charging for things that don’t need to be done.

As a woman, I have never felt objectified, taken advantage of or otherwise in my many encounters with this business. Would highly recommend!

Most of my experience was good. Unfortunately after paying for the services and going out to my vehicle there was a grease handprint on my drivers seat (tan leather seats) easily identifiable and some scuffs on the seat that were not there previously. The grease wiped off easily enough but the scuffs are permanent. So thats why i have it 3 stars

Meineke did a great job fixing my tire. I didnt have an appointment and they were busy, but they fit me in and it didnt take more than 20 minutes. Very nice people.

Went there prepared to spend $1300 to replace AC components based on the Honda dealer’s diagnosis. Honda dealer’s price was $2200 so I was already saving $900 at Meineke. Meineke said they could not substantiate the dealer’s diagnosis and that a refrigerant recharge should be sufficient. $136. That’s honesty, that’s placing the customer first, that’s how it’s supposed to work.

I like using Meineke. The are professionals, are thorough and affordable.

Since I have started going to Meineke well over a year ago with a total of 6 different vehicles, I have always had prompt service a to having my appointments start on time, and the completeness of the services done. Also, receiving a possible service or services to be considered in the future. I appreciate that I have never been pressured into services that I have declined to have done. Mike has always given me good advice on my vehicles.

The customer service is really good but when it came to pricing, they over charge for a muffler and resonator delete. My friends had their mufflers and resonators deleted for a cheaper price. Over all was bummed out about the price.

Greeted when I entered. Its a very clean and friendly environment. Love the area for children to play. I had a great conversation with John and Im impressed by his hiring practices. The location is super beautiful and not much traffic congestion. They offer free coffee and the service was FAST! Would return as well as recommend to others.

It was about an hour before Meineke closes and we were traveling to KC the next morning, so I had to get it fixed. I cannot thank Mike at Meineke enough for the outstanding service he gave. We picked up our car after they had repaired it, but it began to act up right away. We went back to Mike and he diligently worked on the car to find the problem it took a few days but they stood by their work and produced a running car. Not every big chain does that, Dave and Mike were courteous professional and most of all stood by their work.

Stopped in for the free brake inspection to figure out our squeaky brakes and was told theyre fine just cheap which makes sense because we bought it used from a Ford dealer. But we got an estimate for a CV joint for several hundred dollars. Took it to another nearby reputable shop for a second opinion who said there was nothing wrong with it just a little dirty from age but completely fine. This makes me hesitant to go back and while I dont know I have to wonder if the techs are pressured to find stuff while the car is on the lift. The only conclusion I can come up with since another shop told me my car is fine so its either that or the techs arent properly trained. Either way its an issue.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 1:30, showed up at 1:30 and checked in with the guy at the desk. Sat in the lobby and they finally brought the vehicle in at 2:30. I dont understand making an appointment for something simple like an oil change if you cant get in at your scheduled time. Guy running the front desk was pretty rude to the customers that came in but that could just be my perspective as I was already in a bad mood from waiting so long. By the time I paid for the overpriced $93 oil change I had been there for about two hours. Needless to say we will continue to bring our vehicle to the dealership since they are prompt and do the same job for nearly half the price.

Great place - excellent work - outstanding customer service! I needed my leaking flex pipe replaced, and they got me in right away. They inspected the exhaust system, gave a fair estimate, and because it was going to take 1.5 hours, offered me a loaner car. The work was done on time, done right, and no hidden costs. This is a quality shop and I will definitely use them again.
