Have had my car serviced here before a handful of times, with great result.Called today after having my vehicle tiwed and dropped off yesterday. When I spoke with the man on the phone he asked what I needed, and then proceeded to tell me that the mechanic is out on vacation for a week, no one can look at it sooner.He had also tried to tell me he never got a call/message about the car being dropped off yesterday, however, when I did indeed call- I was met with the mail box being full, which so far I have not experienced calling this location before, this should be cleared/emptied out. Especially of youre the new owner of this business and cannot access the website as he said on the phone.Probably will not be bringing my vehicle back here and will look elsewhere, after paying for a tow to a place with absolutely no updated information about these changes. I wouldve at least liked to know or see some update or change somewhere.

Terrible experience today. Walked in for an oil change, and was greeted by a very unfriendly man named Chris. Asked him if they had time for one, and he mumbled and went to check. Came back a few minutes later, and was told it would be about an hour. Cool, not a problem. He asked me for my phone number, gave him 2 different ones, and nothing was coming up. Mind you, I’ve been a customer of this location, for years. He kept telling me they weren’t working, and FINALLY, he asked for my last name. Couldn’t you have done that after the first time you had an issue? During said oil change, my kids were getting a little out of hand, so I decided to go outside. I told Chris that I would be outside, and he just nodded..didn’t even acknowledge what I said. Whatever. 30 minutes later, my car was pulled out of the stall,and the mechanic went inside. I waited a few minutes, thinking someone was going to tell me that it was ready, but no. I went back in, and there was mopey Chris, just standing there. Didn’t say a word, nothing. I asked if it was ready, he said “yes” and I gave him my card. After what felt like an eternity of him clicking about, I get asked if I wanted a receipt. Before I could even answer, he says “well the printer isn’t working”. Ok? So why did you ask me if I wanted one? I didn’t get any type of report, or feedback about things that my vehicle could use (you know, the usual upsell tactics), nothing of that sort.After doing some digging, I found out that the old owner, Bruce, is no longer there. Boy, I could tell you what big of difference that made! Everyone used to be so friendly there, and there were coloring pages for the kids to do while waiting, coffee, etc.I am not one of those people that cries “sexism”, but I can tell you right now, that is exactly how I felt after this visit. I was treated different because I’m a woman with 2 small kids. I felt so belittled, and that my business wasn’t appreciated. I’ll go somewhere else from here on out.
If you are looking at buying a car, I highly suggest you drive it over to Heartland first. Just have them take a look at it on your test drive. Bruce and the gang will give you an honest appraisal of just how much it could cost you to fix a used car youre thinking of buying. It saved my daughter a disastrous deal. Thanks very much guys!

We have a non-profit that delivers beds to kids sleeping on the floor. Our delivery truck was loaded up and a tire was dangerously low, I tried filling it at a few stations and it wasnt working. I called Bruce and he immediately said to bring it by. He filled it up and checked the others. Got us back on our way to getting beds to kids. I appreciate when someone running a busy shop takes a second to help someone in need and asked nothing for it. With that kind of integrity Id definitely trust you with our tires and service. First and last time i’ll bring my car here.Came to pick up my car and bo one who approached me was wearing a mask. Completely negligent.When I called to make my appointment and asked for Friday’s availability, they said “bring it in anytime after 7:30. Brought it in at 1:00 and the guy asked if we had an appointment and was shocked when told that we were informed we didn’t have to make an appointment.Then it took 4 hours for an oil change and tire repair.No thank you.

I own a 1999 Jeep Wrangler and do most of the work myself as I am an equipment mechanic. When I dont have time or am stumped I will bring my Jeep to them. They are excellent at diagnosing and fixing the issue. My daughter brought her car to a large chain mechanic shop for a clunking noise and got a $2400 laundry list of repairs recommended. I brought the vehicle to Heartland and they fixed the issue without recommending any of the expensive repairs the other shop did, and the other shop had missed the real issue. Good honest mechanics, which are tough to find.

Bruce the owner is hands on everyday making sure the repair process keeps moving along. Paul did the intake process, while ordering the parts and scheduling the repairs. Paul was pleasant from the start and communicated clearly the options as the process was brought to completion.Reasonable prices.Quality work.Great service.Worth driving by other automotive repair shops to come here.
I dont do reviews much at all, but feel this company deserves big kudos for the great work they did for me last week. I had them mount up 4 new GoodYear All-Season Sports on my Audi rims, they got the road force balance spot on! In the past Ive only trusted the Audi dealer for tires as an Audi will shake if things are not absolutely perfect, I took a chance because of the great reviews of Heartland Tire and am glad I did, this is the best riding and balanced set of tires Ive ever had on the car. Will continue to use them for every set of tires from here on in.

I brought my ‘07 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. They quoted me 1 hour turn-around. I walked across the street and ordered lunch. By the time I got my food I was informed my truck was done and ready for pick up. I highly recommend this shop for honest service.
I never write reviews but I am super disappointed with Burnsville Heartland. Last night we noticed after I had an oil change that there was oil all over our driveway. Although I know this stuff happens this is the second time in our family where they have messed up on a simple oil change. My dad also had this happen a few months back but they made up for the mistake so we continued to do business there. But after today our business will go elsewhere - I simply got a sorry about that and that is it. Our driveway now has to be fixed as we live in a townhome and our association will make us fix it since it was our doing.
My go-to garage, always fair pricing, always willing to work with you if initial fix doesnt solve the issue, price matching. DirectTV available if youre stuck waiting on a repair. Would recommend to anyone, only garage I use in the area.

Bruce is truly a helpful and thoughtful guy. Had a very serious issue where my entire wheel fell off right near his shop. Went in on a Sat afternoon 15 before closing and Bruce stayed over an hour past closing to wait for the tow truck to bring my car to his shop and all w/ a smile. Made my repair the following Mon and was out by 3 pm. Very thankful to Bruce for his above and beyond service!
Bruce Ford, the owner of this shop for 15 years, is genuinely nice and an honest and fair in his repair estimates. He will never have his techs try to upsell you on any repairs! If it needs to be done, he will tell you. If it doesnt need to be done, or it can wait a while before it will need some attention, he will let you know that also!His customer waiting room wall is plastered with emails from his very satisfied customers who are so grateful to have had their repair work done at his shop because he is so honest and he doesnt gouge them on price.If you need repairs or a new set of tires, give Bruce a call and let him take care of you! I used to really like this place. Great staff and great service. In the past few years that has changed. I believe the entire staff turned over a few years ago and it shows. The front desk person is usually not very easy to work with, Paul. Doesnt usually call back etc and has been rude. Ive experienced when they make mistakes and basically make it out that Im the one at fault. The only time its good is when dealing with Bruce who is the owner I believe. After my latest interaction, I wont be back. Been going here for 8 years and Ive finally had enough. Take your business elsewhere where youre treated well with quality work.
I had an appointment with Heartland to get snow tires installed on my car. It turned out I had scheduled for a very busy day, but they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of as a customer. They did a great job, and got everything taken care of in time. I couldnt be happier, and will definitely be coming back in the future!
Took my car in for a fix and after I brought it home, things started to get worst. I took it back in and they told us that its our car battery is old so we replaced that but our car still didnt start up right. I brought it back in again and this time they said theyre not sure what the issue is and told us to take it in to a dealer. A few days after we got it back from Heartland, now our car no longer start. Worst experience ever. Please dont trust in this place.
Got an oil change here a year ago when I bought my buick lesabre. They were prompt about changing the oil, and the tech was helpful in pointing out some of the issues in my suspension (a outer tie rod and a wheel bearing). They owner was also nice and ran the engine codes for me too. No quotes or upselling, just telling me the probems I had and not even giving me a quote on pricing for those jobs. I will be buying tires from them soon

For the past 10 years every time I have had to bring my van(s) in for a major or minor repair they have taken such good care of me and always done so without over charging me. They are honest as the day is long. As a single mom who needs to watch every penny this means a lot. Also, as it is our only car and we need to get to practices and school events, Bruce has gone out of his way to see that we get our car as quickly as possible so that my kids get to their activities. They have never let me down! I would never go any place else for service or an oil change.

Went in for a used tire. Was in and out in about a half an hour. They let me know my brake light was out and offered to change it for me. Bruce even gave me a caramel roll from Great Harvest Bread Company. He addressed everyone that walked in by name. Didnt treat me like I was dumb because Im a girl. Which has rarely ever happened when Ive gone into an auto repair place. I will DEFINITELY be back and will send people that way. Came in here today, one minute after they closed, frantically with a flat tire. Even though they had already closed, they checked my tire, found the hole, put a plug in it, and I was good to go! I was so impressed and will definitely be coming back when it is time to get new tires. Thanks guys!!!!!
Took my car to Heartland tire to have my brakes checked. They falsely diagnosed my car brakes for a whole day and told me that rear brake pads and rotors needs to be replaced, according to Bruce the best breaks that he uses in his Mercedes or whatever and made me put those in my car saying it will fix the problem. After replacing the Brake Pads and rotors ($525) my car Infiniti Q50S started to make squeeking noise and a sudden grasp and whole car shaking when I hit the brake, I immediately took it back to have one of their mechanic to drive it with me. Mechanic felt the same problem as I let him drive it with me. They kept the car for the next three days from Friday.Monday(5th Day) evening Bruce calls me to tell that the FRONT brakes and rotors are bad for which the noise and lag in Braking is happening with the shaking ( which I did not have before changing the rear brakes). Now he tried to sell me the front brake pads and rotor ($450) saying that I am the owner of the shop and I am giving you a deal ( which I could get for less price if I bought it myself) He did not put any effort to fix the issue rather try to sell me more parts and charging me more labor cost. I asked why are you charging me labor he told me in front of other customer that he cannot bargain which he was embarrassed to be down in front of others. Very unprofessional and misleading to a customer over 3 years.

Bruce is honest and is very competitive. Just had a tire repaired under warranty, cost me nothing. (road hazard). Many services out there would find a reason that you would have to pay, he does not. In addition I could swear this guy remembers my name every single time I walk in, which is not that frequently.

My 07 Caliber had a fuel pump malfunction. My car would not start. Prior to bringing it to Heartland I have brought it to other shops and the problem was fixed and kept being charged money I hardly had, and horrible customer service. My girlfriend uses this place, and recommended them to me. Right off the bat I was greeted with great service. Kasey, was very professional, very patient, very kind, and someone I felt who actually wanted to help. Got my car back, with no issues and fuel pump malfunction is solved!
I have staggered wheels on my car. They put the tires on the wrong rims and the wheels on the wrong axles. Id been there before and just assumed they did it right, but I moved and visited a new shop who told me what was happening. I dont know much about cars but even I know that the wider tires go on the rear axle and that the tires should go on matching sized rims.Bruce is a friendly guy and they gave me a ride once. Otherwise it would be one star.

I brought my 08 Jeep here for two oil changes and both times I happen to need an expensive repair after. The first time they said my serpentine belt needed to be replaced, so I just went ahead and did it. The next time he said he recommended having my spark plugs changed. I thought it was a little bit of a coincidence that my spark plugs seemed to go out the very next time I drove the Jeep. I cant say for sure they did something to cause this, but I thought I would call and just ask if they did anything with them while working with my Jeep the day before. Bruce could have easily said, no Im sorry that happened, lets figure out how we can help. Instead he became rude and defensive saying he did not sabotage my car and its not his problem. He did offer to take a look at it but why would I want to return there after being talked to that way?

The owner of this shop Bruce has no morals!! Two summers ago I took my car in for a O2 sensor and a 300 dollar repair turned into a 500 dollar repair..While changing the 02 sensor on the EVAP box his mechanic break off a piece of the actually box while trying to disassemble the sensor from the unit it was attached to.. After breaking the box the owner Bruce showed me what went wrong and in so many words told me this is one loss that Im gonna have to take.. After running to the dealership and purchasing a EVAP box that his mechanic broke the 02 sensor was placed back on the box and everything was reassemble and mounted on the car..Weeks later the check engine light came back on so he told me to come back in so they could double the work and figure out the problem and a appointment was made to do so.. Once I showed up for the appointment I noticed that his shop was busy so he simply pulls my car in resets the light and told me to come back a 3rd time if the light comes on again. . Yeah buddy!! Now, Im alright frustrated due to paying for a part that was broken by this mechanic and he treats me as if I was asking for something free when he created this problem.. A few days had gone by and I contacted Capital One to report the problem and they told me to have a second inspection done at a different shop and mail that invoice in along with the one he provided so they could build a case against this dude and the second inspection showed that his shop misdiagnose the problem and Im lucky a credit card was used because it left a paper trail which my the case easy to prove. Anyway Capital One got my money back and this dude is a snake.
