Firstly, terms of the complimentary service are not dictated by the employees of this establishment. With that said an issue had risen with the complimentary service package of a newly purchased Hyundai. Again I understand the employees have little to no control over corporate policy. My issue was with service advisor GS (I will not name the advisor) reaction to my displeasure with the outcome of our interaction. Mr GS made condescending comments like, “did you not understand what I said at the beginning” and stared at me while shaking his head as I explained my reasonings. A complaint was filed with the service manager who was helpful but this does not negate poor service. I would recommend avoiding Burnsville Hyundai for all service related interactions.
