Always great service from Luis, only trust my dealership to get oils changes and anything else. No long waits, in and out quick and everything is always done right. This time I went in for an oil change but I had some questions about my trucks warranty and John and Jack made sure I was helped with great service and so thankful all of my doubts were solved. I appreciated the fact that Jack printed another copy for me and explained it as well.
Did a great job as far as I can tell. Only changed the oil, but the last dealership(different company) left a partially filled oil bottle and rag under the hood, twice!! Also stripped the threads on oil pan drain resulting in massive oil spill. So, so far so good and hoping to stay that way!

I bought a Jeep wrangler on 08/14- I live an hour and 20 minutes away from Burnsville. I got home and noticed it was leaking fluid. I looked and the differential backflow tube was not attached. I immediately called my salesman Tommy- took pictures and sent to him. At the time he was helpful and told me if I brought it in I would get reimbursed for fixing it at a shop. which I drove to 4 different shops on a Saturday evening and finally found one able to fix it that night. I sent the salesman the receipt that same night and he said he would send out a check - it was 90.73. I have not seen a check. I have contacted him 5 separate times and have gotten an apology and excuse and then told every time he will send a check. it has been over 2 months. needless to say I am pretty disappointed.

Check engine light check is running you $160. Quoted $560 to fix my sensors that I was able to buy from my Mopar dot com for $60 and set up with local mechanic shop to plug in for $150. Local ma and pa shops are actually taking care of you. I was hit with the $160 service light check even though its a brake issue that shows $24.95 on the site. I purchased the vehicle here but its just your typical corporate soul less business. Find a good local repair shop.

First and for most, I have never been treated with such amazing customer service. from the moment I booked my appointment online until the day day I drove out of the lot with the vehicle I purchased. The day that I walked into the showroom and was met by Paul Talbot to be my representative of Apple Chrysler, I would have never imagined the experience i would have.After speaking to Paul for a few minutes, we were walking out to test drive my dream vehicle. On our way out the door all I could say to myself was If this is not the car for me, I will never but a car from any other dealership hands down! I have been in customer service for years and the customer service here is beyond words.After test driving the vehicle with Paul, which in these days is unheard of. Considering I have test drove 30 + cars since June. And not one rep has ridden with me, say a lot!! Not only did he take the time to show me extra feature of the vehicle, but also shared the companies values and history. Huge brownie points in my book.Needless to say, I test drove the vehicle that I test drove that Saturday afternoon, and purchased it three weeks later with the help of five key member of the staff at that dealership. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else! Had a service appointment set for a week in advance. Actually drove there a week b4 to make the appointment so they could see the Def warning on the dash (diesel Promaster van).Arrived 9am for appt and was told this was a drop off situation. Service writer handled it like he hates all customers in general & says “if you wait here, then you’ll be here all day.”I appreciate his honesty but there is definitely bad communication going on down there at Burnsville Dodge.I cancelled appointment & backed out of the service bay & drove to Roseville Dodge where the service staff are less course & appreciate their customers.Don’t get treated like a dirty dog at Burnsville Dodge unless you like getting slapped around.-Brogan/Mpls

I have known AJ, who is a salesperson at the Burnsville Dodge Dealership, since about 2014. I have visited the dealership many many times since then looking and inquiring about the Dodge Hemi Challengers. But then in 2015 the Hellcat was born and I became even more interested .... and then in 2019 the Hellcat evolved into the Redeye and I knew I had to do something about this desire. Well, on 6/9/20 my wife, two adult children and myself went down to the dealership and I placed an order for an a BRAND NEW 2020 Challenger Redeye Challenger with almost all of the options selected with AJs assistance. The car arrived ahead of time on 7/22/20 with AJ calling me immediately when it arrived. I went down to see the car as I was leaving for work. He carefully stored the car in the back garage for me and left all of the stickers and plastic protective wrap on everything as he knew I was very particular and meticulous with my vehicles, especially this one. The next day, with my wife by my side, I picked up the Redeye and drove it home. This moment was amazing!!! All along this journey, as it began many years ago, AJ has been very patient and courteous with me as I have had many questions and some concerns about different things about this car that I just ordered. He has been exceptionally patient and took all the time in the world to answer my questions to the utmost best of his ability, which was outstanding!!!. For example, I was very concerned with the appearance of the Alcantara interior and Wild Wheel in which he was able to find an excellent example of these in a different Challenger that was just traded in. He called me immediately and I brought the whole family down to look at this example. This helped to calm my anxiety down immensely. Another example was when I wanted to protect my exterior paint with the application of Xpel paint protection film. I was very concerned, again, on the appearance of how this would look because I have two carbon fiber stripes on the top of my car and was overly concerned on how this would turn out. Nick, who works in the accessory installation department, was also amazingly patient with me as I had many questions and concerns prior to the application of Xpel to my Redeye. The end product was AMAZING!!! I am very appreciative and amazed by AJ, Nick and this dealership on how they have treated me as a valued customer. I cannot say enough positive comments or remarks about this dealership!!! Everything was perfect or even better!!!
Able to buy a ram in 1 hour other dealer after 5 days did not come up with anything
Made an appt to have my turn signal looked at due to it sometimes not shutting off on its own when I turn left. My truck is 1 year old. I also asked for an oil change and tire rotation. 1.5 hrs later I was told they couldnt replicate the problem so they only gave it an oil change and tire rotation. I asked if they at least removed the steering column housing to inspect the mechanical portion of the turn signal shutting off, and they said they did not. I was then charged over $100 dollars and sent on my way. While driving 45 mins home from the dealer the turn signal failed to automatically turn off two more times.
Maurice was very helpful and knowledgeable. He saved us $300 by telling me about the tire deal they were running.

The tech was helpful, however, when I asked about a crack in my bed liner (Ram pickup) the service manager noted a dent in the bed that likely caused the crack. I explained that I do haul wood occasionally. The sales person told me that there is a lifetime guarantee with the spray on bed liner when I purchased the truck in 9/20. The service manager seemed to imply that using the bed to haul things may mean the crack may not be covered. It is a beautiful truck, however, I didnt buy it to be a show piece. I bought the truck to occasionally perform work functions like hauling and carrying things. I didnt appreciate the implication that these things may cancel out a guarantee.
Had an issue with my 2014 Ram 1500 where I heard a water-sloshing sound coming from behind the passenger-side dashboard. I took it into the Dealership where Chuck was able to work with the team of automotive technicians to determine the cause of the noise. This problem was not easy to diagnose, and throughout the process Chuck made sure I was aware of their progress and what the issue turned out to be. He also took meticulous notes in my file so that if anything were to happen like this again, it can be easily diagnosed.I purchased my truck from Dodge of Burnsville, and I have had terrific interactions with all of the service writers that I have met, and Chuck was just another example of someone who cares about the safety of your vehicle and making sure your experience at the shop is a positive one.Thank you to Chuck and the Service Technicians who worked on my truck.

Our minivan was stolen from their lot (May 2021) & they take no responsibility! We dropped off minivan (for a minor seat repair) & put the key in the drop box. Someone was able to simply pry open one corner of the lock box, grab our key, & steal our van. I drove by later that night after it happened (well over 12 hrs. later) & the lock box was still pried open & no warning sign posted on it. This demonstrates their lack of priority given to customer service, their carelessness, and lack of integrity. The only disclaimer about theft is on the drop off envelope, which states they are not responsible for theft beyond their control. Having a lock box that is able to be pried into (bypassing the actual lock) IS IN THEIR CONTROL. The local police told me the dealership has had their own vehicles stolen from the lot. Not posting warnings signs about past theft (or higher possibility) IS IN THEIR CONTROL. If we had known about past thefts, we wouldve been able to make a better informed decision. The irony is that we bought the minivan from this dealership a few years ago. I know I cant make this dealership care. Their lack of concern, responsibility, and customer service speak loud and clear. I will keep posting and using word of mouth about how our situation is being handled because *I* do care & I do not want this to happen to any other person/family.

My 2017 Ram 1500 with an Eco Diesel with 64000 miles was towed into Dodge Of Burnsville with an issue of loosing oil pressure.After 4 days I was told my truck was ready to go, I paid the $800.00 bill and picked my pickup up.I headed home to Grand Rapids and made it 82 miles before the motor seized up and was towed to another dealer. They had the truck for 4 days and put a New motor in the truck with no out of pocket money needed.I would not recommend Dodge Of Burnsville to anyone, unless you have money to throw away.

I purchased a new 2021 RAM Promaster Van from Dodge of Burnsville on 7/6/21. I would not recommend purchasing from them.I used internet sales. I responded to their listing and was told that the price of the van was different than advertised and that I was not reading all the fine print. I did read the fine print. Only after I pushed the sales person to speak with his manager and voiced my concerns about fraud, did he come back and agree to sell me the van at the advertised price.I purchased the van and drove off the lot as the business was about to close. I noticed the dash warning light for low tire pressure was on. The salesman assured me that he had checked the tires, added air and that the light would soon go off. I didnt believe this at the time, but was too tired challenge him. The light of course did not go off. The front tires were 15 psi below the recommendations on the front door. Given the above facts either the salesman needs some remedial training on how put air in tires and how the dash warning lights work or he was outright lying to me.There was also a paint defect on the new van which his initial response was to try tell me that this was how it was supposed to look. The sales manager took photos of the defect and assured me that the dealership would get back to me about fixing the defective paint.Two weeks later and after two emails I have yet to hear back from the dealership about fixing the paint defects.All the above behavior says to me that this dealership does not operate ethically and you would be best served by not giving them your business.

Chuck did a great job in the service dept. He is a very nice person to deal with. Although it was only my second oil change, oil was dripping all over my garage floor, driveway, and street the next 24 hours until I had to inconvenience myself and take it back to the dealer to have them fix it. I wasnt compensated for my inconvenience. They are obviously incompetent in the shop.
I came in to the parts department today to see if a different year bumper would fit my ram. The guy was very helpful and had a good attitude helping me, even though I wasn’t making a purchase today. I will be back.

Waited for my part to completely fail it did after three months and now two weeks so far waiting for a new part on back order. Other than that the staff is friendly and they seem very skilled. Customers are all a bunch of babies who are rude and impatient. I have to speak a 100 or more random strangers daily who all have amazing ego problems as I probably do too.

Walked in picked a car on the lot, test drove it, loved it, drove back, and filled out the financing application, they took it to review/processing got approved they had multiple financing offers from different banks to chose from so I chose the best one, signed all the paperwork, and drove home, the entire process only took about 2 and half hours, it was the most painless and fastest car purchase I have ever had!
I had been looking for a nice used truck for a while and found the perfect truck for me at a great price at Dodge of Burnsville. Tab was my salesman and I was impressed with his knowledge of the truck and the warranty that went with it as well as the follow up call after the sale. All I will say is....I waited 4 months to post this so I could calm down. They sold me a lemon truck as is. So its my fault for trusting. I had to put over $13,000 in repairs within a month of buying. The transmission was so bad - the after market warranty had to cover $4300 of the repair. Whole new front end, steering box/pump, on and on. Expensive life lesson for me, but Id never buy from there again.
I can share more once Ive actually been able to take it home. Its been in your shop since I purchased it. I still havent taken possession of the vehicle.The people were nice but didnt really talk to me that much. It felt a little like I was an inconvenience.Everything worked out great. Chuck took the time to make sure my truck was running right. Cant thank you enough Chuck.

I had a good experience purchasing a used vehicle and trading in my previous vehicle. Sales staff was attentive and the finance department was thorough in providing all details and getting the paperwork processed quickly. I am satisfied with my purchase and the fair value provided for my trade in, which matched another dealerships offer. The truck was cleaned up VERY WELL after getting the paperwork processed to drive it home in style. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is the truck has wheel lock lugs on all 4 wheels, and the key is missing, requiring additional cost after the initial purchase.UPDATE; I provided the invoice for the cost of a replacement key and locking lug set and was fully reimbursed by the manager at Dodge of Burnsville. 5/5 stars. A simple mistake was correctly fully.
As always, excellent and fast service. I was kept informed of the status of service without having to ask. The only reason for loss of 2 stars is that they did not enforce wearing a mask in the lounge. There was a lady sitting there the time without a mask on. Not one employee said a thing to her.Please enforce common sense health measures to be back at 5 stars! Id prefer to not risk hospitalization for an oil change. Give them out at the doors. Id wear a Dodge brand facemask.

He also was very knowledgeable and could detail the differences between not only different models and trims but how they have changed from year to year. If I could give 6 stars I would. My girl and I bought a 2020 Ram from Bobby V at Burnsville Ram. This was by far the best experience buying a vehicle. Bobby was very helpful and wasn’t pushy. His demeanor was laid back, his response times to my calls with questions were prompt and overall he was easy to work with. We would also like to commend John Q. He’s the gentleman with the Boston accent. One day I stopped in on Bobby’s day off. John (knowing it was not his sale) showed me around the lot and told Bobby I stopped by. Ive spent quite a few hours at this dealership recently getting to know the staff pretty well. I have three people I would like to mention. My Saleswoman was Emily - who has also been my neighbor her whole life. Dodge of Burnsville is lucky to have such a capable young woman as a sales rep. She is kind, honest, hardworking and full of laughs. She will not let you go empty handed and she will give 100% trying to make your experience the absolute least stressful but most successful experience possible. The manager Adam was impressive. Very kind and on the ball. He is definitely someone that leads his people from the front and I respect that. The Salesman Jaime is also a Rockstar. He is both a boat load of laughs and a very knowledgeable and capable individual. Keep him close.I ended up buying a 2021 Limited Night Edition Ram after a lengthy search process (Emily and Jaime did great) traded in my four runner and received the value for it that I was expecting.Ironically then Emily (I tagged along for the day) ended up buying her own Ram Built to Serve Big Horn edition a few days after I drove home with mine!!!! The unwavering support of her coworkers was adorable.My neighborhood looks very classy now and we even have matching plates thanks to Tim in finance!!!!I will definitely refer Emily future business.You guys rock!!!

The salesman was awesome to work with!!!! Called ahead and spoke to him about a Ram I found online. He was waiting for me when I arrived with the truck pulled up out front and the key in his hand. He took great care of me. Jack jumped in and helped with financing - another great experience with him. Both stayed late to help square things away, stayed patient and answered all of my questions. Overall great experience and I love the truck.Edit/update:During the process of purchasing the vehicle I decided to include all weather floor mats. I was told that I was getting a fairly significant deal on the mats because I was purchasing a truck. I picked them up the next week and they had ordered the wrong color (to be fair I didn’t indicate the color I wanted). The sales person offered me to go on the website and see if they come in the color I wanted. In doing so, I realized the price I was charged by Dodge of Burnsville was considerably more than the price advertised on the manufacturers website. I called the salesman and he suggested that there must be a margin in their parts department that would explain the difference. On a hunch I called the parts department and asked how much they charge for these exact floor mats. I learned that the mats were truly priced 15% cheaper than the “discounted” price I paid for them as part of my vehicle purchase. So I was told I was getting a significant discount but I actually paid 15% more than what the parts department charges everybody else. I challenged the salesman on this and he agreed to purchase the mats I wanted and to reimburse me the difference of the discount I was originally promised. I had been deceived and it felt greasy. I’ve now had the vehicle for 3 weeks and the brakes are squeaking. It’s a used vehicle but the certified inspection indicated the brake pads had greater than 50% of their pad left. I’ll be doing the brakes this weekend to see if that’s the case.I still feel like I got a fair price on a great vehicle. The experience on the day I purchased vehicle was outstanding but having since learned that I was deceived, my opinion of the overall experience has been damaged.

When I purchased my vehicle at Dodge of Burnsville, I was told I would receive 3 free oil changes. When I went in for the 3rd oil change I was told it had expired the week before. I thought 3 free oil changes meant just that.I was disappointed that I was required bo read the fine print on a promise made when I purchased the vehicle.
The guys in the service department are committed to perfection. There was initially a mix up with my appointment, but they quickly remedied the issue and got me in on time as promised. I had some aftermarket headlights installed in my new generation Ram and they did a great job. The initial invoice I was handed after the work was completed, was much higher than I was quoted over the phone. Instead of sticking me with the bill, they corrected the invoice and charged me according to my quote. All in all these guys run a tight ship, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about providing great customer service.
Great service from the whole service team solving problem with my Dodge Journey especially with Steve keeping me informed with updates through this process. Shuttle service was also great getting me home. Thank you all.
What really got me was the oil spill left on the side of the engine they did get cleaned up, and then the oil residue left on top by the oil cap. I know it’s a 2020 2500 Cummins but it’s still an expensive vehicle. You would think they would treat very vehicle the same. They normally do great work and take good care of you.
