Great assistance - I came in for front and rear windshield wipers as my dealer indicated they should be replaced (and Advance Auto is usually less expensive). The staff helped me locate the right blades for my car. After looking at my rear windshield wiper - the staff member suggested I just wipe it down with alcohol and that it didnt need to be replaced. The agent installed them and gave me recommendations to extend the life. I appreciated their honesty and the extra effort they put in. Ill be back for a battery!

For the most part I feel as though they treat me poorly due to being a women. On 06/12/2021 I called to order a part over the phone since the website said too. A guy answered and I asked for a torque strut and before I could say a car he says “well if you actually know the part you will actually need” like excuse me? I have worked on cars and have been a part of my brothers mechanic shop for years. Then he says also you need to order on line and I said the website said to call. He went on a tangent on how I as the customer need to call the warehouse myself to figure it out. I said that’s fine I’ll take my business else where. This is just one of many times they have been rude. I think it’s funny how the store manager offered me to work there even though it seems like there staff can not handle talking to a woman. Additionally I have had friends and family work for this company and they agree that was not proper etiquette.

Derek was awesome! He noticed a problem with the part he was selling me and with no others in stock or even the parts to complete it, he managed to work with me and resolve my issue to get me on the way with everything I needed. Thanks again Derek!

I just want to thank the guys over at Advanced Auto. Called to find an alternator which they didnt have. Chuck was so helpful finding and getting it in stock for me that day. After arriving and wanting to buy the alternator they tested the alternator and let me know it was okay... They hooked a computer that reads diagnostics and got me the correct part and matched a competitors price.. All in all the guys these guys know their stuff and will help you out above and beyond!!

These guys are clueless about everything, Im surprise they didnt try to look up blinker fluid. Order a secondary air injection pump and never heard back, stop by a couple times and everyone there is lost. Please hire a knowledgeable person or please train them probably.

Most auto parts stores are pretty good but lately I found that I wanted up going to advance because they have the part and other people dont. At this particular store I wanted to catalytic converters they had one in stock I had an appointment to have the catalytic converter installed at Meineke down the street. I wanted to have both of them installed. Their solution have one delivered by the appointed time within an hour to the Meineke while service is being done. Im stunned Ive never had such good service Advance Auto Part sets a new bar a new standard of service that I havent seen in a long time thank you guys you made my day. I got both catalytic converters done in one hour because of your quick delivery.

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and selection of parts are decent. Havent had a bad experience here.

Other than the traveling during the snow storm this was a great experience! Drove from Farmington to the edge of Burnsville to get a coolant temperature sensor. These guys were the ONLY ones anywhere close that had one and only one in stock!!!! Every other competitor would have taken at least 4 days to get me one. As I needed to get to work the next day, and this sensor is pretty important to the operation of the engine control system. I needed it asap and they delivered. I searched and called at least a dozen stores from Northfield to Richfield to West St. Paul to Eden Prairie no one not even the Nissan stealerships had one on hand. Thanks again guys!!

Good for hard to find auto parts. However, I would NOT use them for ANY paint products - colors are NOT even close AND the paint runs!!

I used to like shopping down the street but then I discovered how a part over there was $79 and the same part here was $27 they got my Bizness..

The prices are crazy over priced. I came in to buy a tie rod for my 2011 transit. The price they told me was $74 for the moog one. They didnt offer me any other brand options. I went on Amazon and they sell in there for $32 prime delivery. Thats a $42 mark up at the store. Ridiculous!

I am sickened to what happened to my dad when he went to advance auto here in Burnsville he was asking for help to find a part and they didn’t want to help him he asked them why and they told him to leave and they escorted him out of the store if they don’t want to do there job they should quit or get layed off it was racism what happened inside a white guy that works there did all this to my dad I will never do business with them again and I will tell everyone what happened advance auto parts is a racist establishment I wish I could put negative stars or put don’t come here I just couldn’t believe what happened

Overpriced products for crappy results employees are not knowledgeable only there to sell you their garbage. Was sold a wrench kit to change a battery the bolts and wrench broke as soon as I tried to use it.
