I keep going back because Brandon is the Manager. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I have purchased multiple sets of tires from this shop with zero issues and also purchased rims. I trust them with my vehicles and they provide outstanding customer service.

Had my tires rotated and balanced on Wednesday. Returned on Friday because of a shaking from out of balance wheels. I was asked if I wanted to set an appointment for next week sometime. What a waist of time. What happened to doing the work right the first time? I guess those days are gone.

Excellent experience. Used their website to select tires and make appointment. Installation took took 25 minutes and the new tires ride as smooth as promised. Indoor and outdoor waiting areas were a nice option. It all works well because of the people who work there. Very professional.

Recently I just bought a couple of brand new tires and a week later, one of them got punctured by a screwdriver. Brought my car in for tires car came out having brake issues and a check engine light. They inspected the car before they brought it in but somehow the issue has nothing to do with them and they refuse to fix it.

The gentleman at the counter was very polite (hard to find these days) and they completed the work of replacing four brand new snow tires under the time quoted with an hour and a half to spare!! I am/was amazed as I was able to get this done quickly on a Saturday without an appointment. They clearly valued my time and thats important to me. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, coming here i never feel like Im just being pushed to buy the most expensive thing, they genuinely care for the customers. When rolling through to get tires checked and filled your in and out in less then 2min every time. Highly recommend.

Pulling a 22 ft boat back to the northern part of the cites from the middle of Iowa and the tread peeled right of one the trailer tires. (The boat and trailer just purchased) Luckily, it held air to get off the freeway in Lakeville. Called around and Discount was the one with tires to fit. Drove 8 miles on backroads to get to Burnsville by about 5:30 pm. Went inside waited no more than a few minutes. The salesman came out, looked at both tires, said the good one was 11 years old. So, we bought two new tires for what I thought was a great price. We pulled around back and a young gentleman came out within 10 minutes or so and went to work. He had to bend the fender back in place where the shedding rubber flapping against it had bent it in. I asked, if he balanced the new tires, and he said, he would if we wanted, very nice. Within 45 minutes of getting there, we were back on our way home. The salesman and service tech were outstanding, and super friendly. I would absolutely, highly recommend this store!

I have always bought tires from this store, probably about 15 sets so far and Ive never had a problem there. Great service, good deals and always a rebate. Be sure to include the road hazard warranty on what you buy, its saved me from having to buy a new tire about 3 times.

LOVE this place!!!! They have the lowest prices on tires, and the BEST customer service! I worked with Brandon and he made the entire experience a breeze. He quoted me for 4 new tires, (get the tire warranty for 30 extra bucks, they will replace or patch the tire if anything happens-so it’s great peace of mind.. AND the warranty is covered at any Discount Tire nation wide) the tires were in stock so I didn’t have to wait for them to be delivered to the store, it took 45 minutes for them to be installed, and I was back to my day! Do yourself a favor and come here- they are honest, have unbeatable prices, and give free tire rotations every 6k miles on their tires. Car issues suck, but when you have great people helping you out, it makes alllll the difference. Thank you Discount Tire!!

I arrived at Discount Tire at 5:30pm after finding a screw in my tire. They were able to fit my car in right away to fix it and rotate my tires. The staff was extremely professional and didnt even charge a fee. It was incredible service.

Anyone Need Tires - I am going to say this - Discount Tires Burnsville MN hands down those guys are the best - I stopped in today at 6pm (closing time) I thought maybe I had a nail in my tire (based on my dads observation) so I thought I would have the tire looked at - I first pulled into Tires Plus - women at the counter said we have only one guy on tonight - cant look at till tomorrow at 3-4 - I said no thanks and pulled into Discount Tires next door - remember they close at 6pm and I didnt realize it was 6pm already - I pulled on the door handle - yup locked - guy comes to door asked what I needed - I said I think I have a nail in back tire - guess what he said - I will pull around back and look at it - they asked for keys my car is pushbutton I will leave them in the cubby - he then noticed my dad sitting in the car he said guess what you can pull it around yourself and stay in car and we will do while your sitting in the car - kid pulls tire off - dips in water doesnt find a nail and checks tire pressure - everything good - puts tire on and sends on our way - NO CHARGE - best damn customer service ever -

Two young men, in particular, that continuously bring customer service to a whole new level.... are Branden and Jonah. It is quite a sight to watch the kindness and attention they offer to each person.... even when the constant pressure could overwhelm anyone working in such a busy atmosphere...(full parking lot and hemorrhaging waiting room)... Once again this store showed what customer service really looks like. I drove up with a tire warning light on and even with a busy store, Luis checked my tires, adjusted the air and I was out in less than five minutes. I will never go anywhere else. This is probably my 10th or 12th visit and every time its been terrific.

They were very friendly and provided great service. I got new tires put on and they were very fast. They were unable to do an alignment, but they recommended a place down the street that can do them and even had their pricing available. They had covid safety measures in place: masks, 6 feet distancing guides, and plastic barriers. I would definitely recommend this place.

THE BEST. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They’ve been fabulous to me in the past, and this was no exception. We were set to get a huge snow storm and they stayed late to make sure that I was all safe and set to go. In addition- everyone was SO kind, helpful, and professional. Great place if you buy tires from them, I found a great deal on Tire Rack and came in to have them mount them. They wanted to charge me additional fees because I didnt buy from them. quoted $100 more to install then most places I got a quote from.

They charge you a crazy amount to put on tires just because you didnt get it from them. Went to Burnsville auto on 13 and they did it for me 25$ a tire while these guys told me 239$ for 4 tires. SMH!

I shopped around first and drove an hour to purchase tires here. The place is very busy and some people were waiting a long time. There appeared to be plenty of people working and they were working quickly and efficiently. It appears that this place is just popular. I saw one customer acting rude to the customer service person. But the customer service person did well, responding with empathy and somehow was able to calm the situation. The work on my car was done well. I appreciate the people working here. I recommend.

These guys are the absolute best. Knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and somehow also low-priced. They are also the ONLY shop that NEVER over-tightens my wheel lugs.Imagine getting a flat tire somewhere and some dummy from another unnamed shop had cranked your lugs down to 200 ft-lbs... unless you carry a 2+ ft breaker bar in your car, or are the incredible hulk, youre going to need a tow instead of a simple spare. That wont happen if you use these guys!I wont go anywhere else.

I had a tire that stopped holding air after refilling. I ended up walking in to Discount Tire without an appointment, thinking I would need to purchase a set of new tires. While I waited, I was impressed with how professional the staff members were in several areas: timeliness to greet customers, courteous mannerisms, speed to get the jobs done, and awareness of all the jobs being performed with regular and frequent communication between the garage crew and the front desk. This is a very well-run operation. To my surprise, I ended up not needing new tires, as they were able to plug the hole. Thank you to all the staff at Discount Tire for providing such outstanding service.

I have used discount tire for several sets of tires and I have always been impressed with their service and excellent warranty. However, after finding out that this company donated $1 million to support marijuana prohibition, I will not be spending any further money with them. If this is something that is important to you, I would encourage you to do the same.

I had a tire that kept loosing air so I started calling around getting quotes on how much it cost to get it patched. On average most places were charging around $20 for the job. I called Discount Tire and talked to Mike. He said as long as the tire was repairable they would fix it for free! I took my car over and everyone was extremely pleasant to work with. It was a decently busy day there and they had me in and out in 35 minutes! I offered to pay again before I left but Mike refused. I would highly recommend Discount Tire!**Update**I ended up with another flat today (a few months after my last visit). I took it in and received the same great service as last time. Mikes team is the best. In and out in about 30 minutes and no charge for patching the tire! On a side note, theyve never tried to sell me tires while I was their either. They didnt even mention it! Ill definitely be coming back to them when I do need tires though. This is the kind of place I happily give my money to.

I always get great service when I go to Discount Tire, and this store did not change my experience. We were able to determine my problem and get new tires on my car within an hour. I got some great tires at a reasonable price, and I know theyll take care of me going forward. They even helped find an issue with my wifes car.

Hands down the best place for tire service. I’ve been here 3 times and had great service. There are also financially conscious and take each customers situation as unique as to help them properly find a route that works for them financially. Worth the time and the drive (also a convenient brewery next door that assists you with wait times!)

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was on my way to a pumpkin patch with my kids, got a flat. called the store on my way there because I was going to get there just after closing and was hoping they could at least get me on the road again. Jonah assured me, they could get me on the road again and told me to take my time and get there safely. Considering I had my kids with that was great to hear. I get there, get taken care of and after talking to Jonah, waiting for my car to get taken back, asking various questions that he was able to answer quickly and knowledgeably, realized my car has slightly smaller then standard tires for the make and model. After looking some stuff up Jonah not only found tires that were a good quality, they had them in stock, AND had a rebate for them all of which he told me about and was able to re-do my whole transaction to make it work. Jonah and the team here at discount tires in burnsville are an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable team and are absolutely willing and more then able to go that extra mile and get you taken care of. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone I know looking for tires.

They even went to the length to (before I even pulled out of the lot) find the tires I needed in the back, run out to the lot to tell me, and then had 2 new tires on my truck in about 30 minutes.I also felt like they didnt try and sell me any more than I wanted, needed, or felt comfortable with.VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. First off I got there at 5:06 PM on Monday the day before the snow storm. Let me tell you they close at 6pm and the line wrapped through the store and basically out the door, when I finally made it to the counter for my turn I was tired of being there. Brandon was the employee that worked with me. He was polite and still was in great spirits! I even asked are you really going to service all these customers he responded with yes we will I was shocked! My car was done around 930pm I picked it up and thanked them for getting me and I thanked their families for their support. Also my tires work well in the snow.
