So, I managed to run my phone over with my car. I went to a few phone stores which were all terrible to be honest. A friend recommended I go to shipnshop. Im very glad I listened because all the workers there were very helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I knew his name so I could drop it in the review but I believe hes the owner or at the very least the store manager. Anyway, he told me everything I needed to know, usually answering my questions before I even had to ask. He spent almost an hour working with me when I didnt have the correct information he needed to switch me over to the boost phones he was carrying. All while he had several other customers and was the only one working for quite awhile before someone else showed up .Bottom line, he was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and took time out of his day to help me instead of just saying I need to figure it out then come back with the right information. The other workers were very helpful and friendly as well. Also their prices are a good bit lower than the alternatives we have around here.

Excellent experience, had clerk make color copies, notarize documents and ship documents. The clerk was very knowledgeable, precise and worked with haste while helping other customers. Best customer service in Arizona. This is the best rated copy and shipping shop in the area for a good reason.

On 12/15/2020 at 11:25 am, a clerk without a name tag wearing a FedEx logo cap (false impersonation of FedEx employee) was hostile towards me and refused to give his name so here is his description: Overweight male Hispanic-looking around age 35. I had permission to send a package there to pickup for $1 to $3. My mail service elsewhere put my correct name and their biz address, but goofed their biz name, so he refused the package. I politely and merely asked for his name in case tracking issue arises. He refused. I politely asked a few more times. He chronically complained that I was unfair for asking for his name. No professional, ethical and legitimate business associate would refuse to give at least a first name or ID number. He hypocritically defended an unfair customer not wearing a mask which puts everyone at risk, allowing violation of county ordinance. I have it all recorded. By his incoherent, nervous and inconsistent response it seems hes hiding or lied about something. He irrelevantly whined that the mail service was free. He also complained about his workload. I asked for the owner due to his hostility and noncooperation and he said he was, but a real biz owner wouldnt complain about heavy business. Check back for YouTube link. The shop also has CCTV.

This is the BEST place to get your packages and ship. Its amazing the free services these ppl offer here. Super friendly and courteous. Amazon hub locker outside too. Fast service.
