Came in right at 9am and requested Arielle. She helped me log into my email by att app and imputed every single contact with an extreme amount of patience and professionalism. I cannot thank her enough. And she helped me reset all my passwords and fixed my bill. I highly recommend she gets a good raise!!
The representatives were great! The building is small and way to many people in there unmasked not a safe environment with covid rate of 18% in the local area customers were unmasked and at least 9 people in the building at one time

The staff was friendly, but very inefficient. We sat there for over an hour while 3 members of the staff helped 1 person. Once we were helped everything went smoothly.

The service at this store was excellent! The Assistant Manager Sebastian was very quick to come out and assist us as soon as we walked in. He was very informative and honest about the phones and which ones he recommended based on actual usage and customer reviews. Very easy to get along with and funny to talk to. Helped with a upgrade and also professionally installed with no errors or mistakes the additional equipment purchased (screen protector). Overall, best wireless store out of all wireless companies and stores (and I have had them all) that I have ever been to. Highly recommend going to this store for anything. Also, very helpful with notifying us of after purchase support for all equipment i got.
The people who work in there are great. Had an issue with my phone and plan. Got it fixed and went out of there way to help me. The manager was very helpful. They are the reason I still use At&t or I would have left to another carrier.
Jessica was the best I’ve ever worked with. Our transition from Verizon to Att was seamless, she made it so easy and we saved $60 per month on our bill. Everyone else in the store was nice and helpful as well. Overall I was dreading changing service and it was absolutely easier than I could have thought.
Second time coming in and just as expected GREAT Service from C-bass ( Sebastian ) First was to buy phones for my wife and I and C-bass made it quick and easy. He is always very helpful! Your greeted right when you walk in and all the workers are very nice.
I had an awesome experience at Bullhead City AT&T. Matt and David were absolutely awesome. They took amazing care of me. Started off good, then discovered Arielle lied to cut herself a deal on HER commission. I don’t recommend anyone to use her, she will say ANYTHING even LIE to make a sale. She stated I would get over a certain amount for trading in my old phone, turns out I wouldn’t be getting 1/4 of what she told me. She definitely ruined my experience at this store and made me not want to ever return.

Poor five days trying to get phone repair after insurance replace screen now phone needs a forced update from appel and att has no equipment to help with so now going on five more days till can get the equipment to do so great service to leave it up in air when needed the most alone camping no phone working great

The service was really great. Price was good and I brought my own phone. Only problem was the assistance crate helping didn’t transfer my contacts. It’s a pain to retype those and I would have given a given a nice tip for better service.

Employees here are children. I went to complain about the spyware built into my phone that keeps joining in on my conversations, even though I have disabled it. I said Youre selling spyware without warning people. She told me That AT&T doesnt care. She said that they were there to sell phones not tell people what theyre buying, or anything about the products. Then the three boy employees started chanting We sell spyware, we sell spyware. Then they ordered me out of the store.
Very long wait to get assistance with purchasing a SIM card. Had to stand and wait outside the door for over half an hour just to get in the store to wait another 30 mins before leaving without receiving any help with a simple purchase of a new SIM card.
They are awesome! My phone locked me out and they helped me fix it!

Never again. Avoid the red head! She is nice until you won’t buy all the stuff she is trying to sell you. Sad when you come in and tell them exactly what you want and they just wasted 30 minutes of your time with a sales pitch. Best part is the attitude when I said I’m done. All I needed was a price!!! Sadly in the past I had a nice guy who helped without the BS.
I suggest that you do not seek help from this store. While the employees appear friendly and willing to help, they are willing to blatantly lie in order to make a sale/upgrade/etc. I was told that changing my plan would increase the monthly cost by ten dollars ($10.00), but apparently one of the employees thinks that thirty-five dollars ($35.00) is an equivalent amount.Not to mention that the wait times are excessive, the store is cramped with little seating compared to the volume, and on most of the occasions Ive visited this store there was not a straightforward way to get in line.Overall, I have amassed more problems for visiting this store to correct the original problems that I had. The one-star review should evince my displeasure in itself.
I had put a password on my prepaid AT&T phone and I could not remember for the life of me. I brought it into the AT&T shop did not have to wait they got right to me and had my phone fixed for me and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. I bought my phone from Minit Mart I never even bought it from AT&T and they still treated me as a customer that have purchased from them personally. Nowadays its hard to find good service its not like the old days but the small business used to be a handshake was your word and you lived by it.

First I bought a bogo note 9 and never recieved the promo 200 visa then I added directv to get other promo never got that 100 visa so I added a bogo again to receive another visa still I was told att didnt have a visa promo I said check when I added my service all they do is lie and hidden fees and every month mysteriously added 500 dollars to m Bills last 4 months I pay average 598 total tipoff and the employees dont want to sell there products to avoid angry customers and are being told to lie this is very bad and FBI should look into the companys books

My mom went in there to purchase a new phone under my account and the sales representative was rude, brushed her off, didnt know the difference between products when asked, and made her feel truly uncomfortable. Just because she didnt want a over $300 a phone. Very Unsatisfied.
Got a great deal and a free phone, Moto G6 play. Also got an otter case. Worth every penny. I already dropped it twic e without incident.
The service was good, however the phone signal and cell service in this area is spotty at best.

This guy promises a free s7 for 40$ a month prepaid service, he charges the bank card and then says that offer was over the day before. We got no phone and got to fight the charges discovered on our bank statement! This guy didnt say a word about it while we were in the store! Terrible way to treat a potential customer.it was all bad.

It wasnt the store or the employees its the fact that Ive been paying for mine and my husbands multi-line account and we cant even use our service everything that people tried to fix but they cannot fix are service its just upsetting and what AT&T for years.
