Horrible service. The covid pandemic has had its toll on my family and I. Rent a center did not care at all. If I was one day late Id be ambushed with phone calls, and they went as far as to ambush my family phone as well. In addition, in went in to rent a gaming laptop which had the wrong charger, and couldnt handling simple games. I was told they order the right charger and so I waited a week and called 7 times and was ignored all 7 times. To top this off the day i was told they charger was going to be in, they said they couldnt order the charger, yet never called to tell me that. My family and i would not recommend.

I used to go to rent a center when I lived in Henderson nv I loved it but promised myself to not put myself in the position of payments again. But I moved to Arizona and stopped into bullhead city rent a center and I must say Amy from this store is the best. Excellent place to shop theyre willing to help you in any way I had purchased a unit and since I didnt get all of the parts to it and they had given me a week for free anytime you have a problem theyre willing to work with you and help you get back on track the staff is very knowledgeable of the products that they have the store is very clean and Tiny they let you test the products on the floor if you have any problems setting anything up there willing to come out and set it up for you the whole staff is very nice and well work with you throughout the whole process of buying a product from them

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!! set up/ breakdown of deliveries...excellent! They have the best attitude...Ive bought a fridge and Bedroom set on there 90 day same as cash program...wow, was I impressed! These guys are so great Ive invited them over!!!

If you are late on payments they start calling you. They usually jump right to the point of wanting a payment or returning the item. If you try to make am arrangements they will sometimes but usually they want a payment or they want the stuff back. If you avoid them until you have the money they will keep calling and showing up at your house. But once you pay the full amount you are behind then its like nothing ever happened until you are late a again.
