I went in there last week, with my mom got her hooked up with a plan and a phone. Really nice short girl helped us out. 10/10 recommend this one fort Mohave one is harder to deal with.

First off, must say I love the data service... its fast and reliable.Now the reason I give this place two stars. (This includes all Cricket Wireless locations.)When buying a phone and getting service through Cricket Wireless, there is a few things you should know....1. Most Cricket Wireless locations are third party companies contracted by Cricket Wireless to sell and activate their product. Which leads to number...2. Customer service is limited. So, youre a new customer, and they tell you all about their great phones and set you up with a package deal, that includes a case, glass screen and even a SD card or extra charger; everything seems to be great until your phone starts to act wierd or your accessories start falling apart. You take it back to the store, the only thing they can offer you is a new whatever it is thats not working at full price. If its the phone thats not working, youll have to pay an extra $25 upgrade fee. Trying to contact Cricket directly is so hard it almost doesnt seem worth the trouble.3. Expecting to get anything done by a representative will probably cost you. If you decide to get service from Cricket Wireless, I suggest automatic bill pay, or paying online. Going to a physical location to pay your bill will cost an extra $5. I believe they call it a service fee.Heres a tip:Cricket wireless works with AT&T phones (NOT AT&T go phones) and of course unlocked phones, so youre not limited to what Cricket carries and you can go online and get something you really want. You simply slide the SIM chip into your phone and go on your way without the $25 upgrade fee.P.S. please dont give the sales reps grief, they have absolutely no control or power to do anything other than sell.

Our Bullhead Cricket wirless is amazing. I went there for help changing to my new phone. James and Chris did an excellent job and only charged me for one new SIM. This company and service is amazing. I paid for years over $200 a month to AT&T. I now have better coverage and five phones on the shared for $100.00 total. Plus awesome help when I need it!!!
I have been in this store two times the last time I purchased my phone I was greeted by Jessica upon entering and was helped getting the information that I desired. We had a good report and I told her I would be back. I ordered my phone and upon receipt she called me right away. She was off when I came to the store but after a phone call from her coworker she came back in and did everything to help me get my phone set up tonight. She is friendly, she is professional, and I commend her for her service.

Wow! Just wow I had a very hard time choosing phone providers and was set on getting a new phone but Im very picky. The women who helped me was Brandy and she was the nicest person I had dealt with all day between a few places I went, she was friendly informative and even showed me this new app available on the play store for Android. I have to say by far was the best experience Ive had dealing with cell service. Not only was she professional but also caring which made me feel like she was a friend. The phones are great and just what I wanted in a phone and the plans are well priced. I would recommend everyone to go there anytime!! Thanks again Brandy you were awesome

This store needs to train their employees better. I went in there with a problem. They are incapable of resolving any issues. Staff is rude and not helpful. I will be cancelling my service and Cricket Wireless will be made aware that it is because of this store and their staff.

I was at Cricket Bullhead City. AZ. Walked in to a less busy time and was immediately pleasantly greeted by Cody. There was one other customer at the counter whom Cody was helping, yet skillfully assisted me as well. Another customer came in and he was able to take care of her questions as well. Cody had time to help us all, because his computer network was running slow, so he managed down time very well. I was throughly impressed with how Cody handled stress. He was calm, even in his attitude and tone, and made my experience of setting up I new account, (which normally I hate doing), very good. Great job Cody!!!
I went into the Bullhead store today. Joseph Shade was working. I asked him several questions. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. More young people should be as nice and friendly as him. When my contract is up at Verizon Im going to give Cricket a call.
I was recently in Bullhead visiting my family & I lost my phone! Which was very stressful and annoying!. The young lady Vivi was very helpful when getting a new phone. She was very friendly funny and didn’t pressure me into anything great customer service. She did great at multitasking because when helping us she answered multiple calls while the other girl liz just stood there on her phone. I have gone in with my husband multiple times and she is very rude and asks for help on what she’s doing so we always look for kortnie or vivi .
They are very good at their job..if u cant do it yourself just take it to the CRICKET EMPLOYEES AND FEEL ASURE THAT ITLL BE FIX PROPERLY.. CHECK OUT THEIR FULL LINE OF PHONES TOO
Brandy assistanted us at the Cricket store in Bullhead City, AZ. We had excellent & knowledgeable service. She was outgoing & explained everything she was doing. Offered us the auto pay advantage, which I was able to do, due to a one cost monthly charge. We left very satisfied with our experience.

I purchased a new phone a month ago. I allowed the cricket sales person Kaylee or Kayln, to talk me into buying the tempered glass. She installed it incorrectly and it never stuck correctly. She told me to return in 24 hours. I did.A different lady installed a new one.... Same issue. Told me return in another 24 hours. I did. The original girl Kaylee/Kat (forgot her name but its with a K),who sold it to me was there. Called her Area Manager, Ken, then I was told they would look into it and see if it was a bad batch and they would call me for a resolution, Fast forward a month, I finally call since no one has called me. Im told by the new manager to come in and theyll fix it and theyre sorry for the issue but its a known issue. The tempered glass screen is made by Cell Helmet and Cricket was sent an email that the batch is defective!So I go in, the area manager Ken needs to be called (had to figure out how to exchange I guess) and he wants to charge me an additional $10 for a new type of glass screen, or....they will put in a new one from Cell Helmet.....the same exact defective glass that is not working.... Thats what they will do. Replace a defective item.... With the same defective itemSeriously..... I paid like $70 for a case I dont even use and a glass cover that is defective. Which they will only replace with yet another defective screen.Buy your accessories anywhere but there. Both associates Ive worked with have made it very clear they Do not stand by anything that doesnt have the cricket name, Cell Helmet isnt cricket.Fyi all employees Ive ever worked with always try hard to resolve my issues. But the bigger bosses make it super clear that we customers do not matter, once they have your money they dont care that theyve stuck you with a defective product and then force you to pay more money to get something that shouldve worked or been refunded in the first place. I will buy my accessories online or that cart in the mall (got a case from them that actually protected my phone).

We wanted to upgrade our phone and walked in to the shop in Bullhead City. Cody was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We walked out a little later with a cool phone and we were able to keep our phone number. Thanks Cody, Ill be back to replace my other phone soon.
The girl was not friendly to me and had no face mask on. Ill be closing my account next month due to her bad attitude.

Me and my wife went there yesterday to switch to cricket. And James and Jessica were amazing. Our phones are awesome and they even handled the problems of our old carrier giving problems of porting our numbers over. They were great and I will stay with cricket for a long time because of them

I have had many interactions with the wonderful representatives at Cricket, and I have reached the conclusion that it is impossible to have a bad experience. With that being said --I am one of those customers who think her issues are simple when, in reality, they resemble Frodo trying to bring the One Ring to Mordor.Last week, I made two trips to Cricket Wireless in Bullhead City, each lasting about 45 minutes. Brandy assisted me on the first trip, Shelby on the second. These trips involved issues outside of Cricket’s control (confusing leasing plans and temperamental cell phones due to bloatware), but both women handled their situations with patience and humor. I never felt like I was wasting their time. They kept insisting these were learning experiences for Cricket should similar circumstances arise in the future. Despite my problems not being theirs, they were resolved in their entirety – something Brandy and Shelby were determined to do before I left.In every way, Cricket is wonderful – great products, excellent service, unbeatable plans and prices. But their customer service alone will keep me a faithful customer.

We were greeted by friendly sale associates Jude and Rafa, Jude processed the purchase of the moto E phone for my friend, he explained everything about the phone and the different plans to her. She was very pleased with the service and friendliness of Jude.My sales associate was Rafa, who was very knowledgeable and patient as he answered my questions about my moto G that I purchased online a month ago. I wanted to upgrade to the advance plan where you get 20 GB of data, which is a great deal for me as I am on a fixed budget. Rafa took care of the upgrade for me and I am a very happy customer. If all of Crickets sale associates treat their prospective customers the way Jude and Rafa treated us Cricket sales will soar.
To start I must admit I was not happy when I entered the store. James and Chris turned things around for me and I am happy they were there to assist us. My problem was taken care of in a very professional manner and I am not once again a happy cricket customer. James was very undertstanding of our problem. Hats off to him for dealing with my attitude and making me laugh and smile in the end. Chris was also very knowledgeable and was a great support to James. This is a winning team in my eyes!
