My visit to the Boost store was very good. Learned some tricks on the android. Also fixed a billing problem I had. Glad to have Boost in my corner.

I have been w/ Boost mobile for decades I have 6 kids and 5 have phones from there and my nieces and nephews, BUT THEY HAVE NOOO LOYALTY to there customers, bullshit customer service skills, and cant under but 5% of them they change us for every little thing its b.s

They have got to be kidding!! The only boost mobile store in Bullhead City AZ does not carry cell phone batteries !! They tell you to GO to ONE STOP CELL PHONE SHOP !!! WOW nothing like your own employee sending your business elseware huh ? I will also start doing my business with ONE ONE STOP CELL SHOP. Cause its true !! It is only 1 stop !!!! About a year and a half ago, I dropped my phone latterly 12 inches from the ground. luckily I had the insurance. with no questions about the actions regarding in the shattered screen, my new phone was delivered within 24 hours I had my new phone.

They wanted to charge me 35 to put SIM card in phone I asked to have the fee waived the store refused and said the owner would fire them if didnt charge 35 dollars

They are committing fraud the boost thats next to the old Walmart do not go there they are committing fraud they tell you you need to upgrade your device to get better service so when you upgrade the service still does not get better when you try to get a refund they tell you no refund sorry it was a necessary upgrade this is the way it is the gentleman told me to leave the store he was going to call the police on me this is really ridiculous went to cricket wireless got the same exact phone better service overall got free HBO $25 off refer-a-friend boost Mobile lost all their towers in fort Mohave they merged with dish Network and they have no towers.
