Im very thankful to your service department for your professionalism and wonderful service for a problem I recently had with our Volvo. The car had been to several local mechanics (I dont live near Volvo Mall of GA) who werent able to correctly diagnose or fix the steering problem. We were advised us to take it to a dealer for the repair and thats when the situation got way more stressful. I called most of the Volvo service departments in the Atlanta area, what a nightmare! Most didnt even answer the phone, and two literally just hung up on me. I noticed that Volvo Mall of Georgia had online scheduling and requested an appointment that way, just hoping that the request would be honored (didnt buy the car there nor was I an established customer). The next morning I received a call from the most professional sounding person I had spoken with all week to confirm the appointment. When I took the car in, the service department was great and really made me feel like they appreciated my business. The repair was complicated and took two days but cost at least $1000 less than my mechanic had told me to expect. The car is running great now and I will definitely be returning to Volvo Mall of GA for any future needs!
Zach Cardaropoli helped me find a bunch of information and provided detailed photos of a vehicle I was interested in there. Im out of state, but he took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me a ton of info. We ultimately chose a different vehicle elsewhere, but Zach was fantastic and very responsive. I love Volvo, but I have to confess, I hate dealing with car dealerships. That was not the case working with Ashley and her team. When my 2014 S60 T5 reached its seven-year CPO warranty limit, I felt it was time to shop for a new one. I was interested in getting a recharge version, but none of the dealers in the area had one except for Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. They had one that was exactly what I was looking for - as a demo car. I loved the car but was concerned that because it was used for demo, it had almost 5,000 miles on it. Ashley, and the team at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia, solved it by giving me the best of both worlds - the car was sold as new (has not been titled yet), and I would receive the CPO warranty on it. With just a little work on the trade-in value, we had a deal! I also bought the prepaid maintenance plan (a great value-add). Ashley, Justin, and Alexis worked to get everything ready before I came to the dealership, so the whole process was quick and painless. Ashley also spent quite some time walking me through the system controls in the new car (quite extensive). This was probably the best car buying experience I had. It met and even exceeded my expectations from both Volvo and Jim Ellis. I know I will be back there in about 5-10 years, when I might be looking to get a new Volvo.
My wife was looking for a new SUV. After researching online we settled on the Volvo XC40. There was limited stock closer to Woodstock. So, I reached out to Volvo Mall of Georgia. I received a reply within a few minutes. I worked with Zach on the trade-in and Marissa for the test drive and face to face negotiations. This was hands down the easiest and most stress-free car purchase I have ever made.Once we had agreed on a price, Greg worked with us on the financing. I had financing in place through my bank. They asked for the opportunity to beat my banks rate and delivered. They came in almost 0.5% lower. Greg laid out our options and was very thorough in explaining everything.Nothing about the experience felt pushy or sales driven. It was more like they were trying to earn my business versus making a sale.I never felt rushed (even though we were there well after their normal closing) or pressured to make a decision. We will need to purchase a new vehicle every three years or so for work purposes and well definitely be going back each time.
Had a great car buying experience at Volvo Mall of Georgia. First off, the facility/showroom is new and spotless. There are good snacks and a latte/coffee machine, plus the whole area felt open. Most importantly, Zach, the sales person, was terrific. He was there to help us find what we wanted, and he was not pressuring us to do anything we did not want to do. Once we agreed on the car and the price (again this was painless), we went in to meet with finance. Alexis helped us there, and it was fast, and simple. I will certainly be happy to go back to Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia again when it is time.

Had to come here for service on my 2019 Volvo, even though it was a 75 minute drive each way, without traffic. The two closer dealers weren’t able to get the car in for between 1-2 months. With broken AC in the summer heat, with little kids, that’s totally unacceptable.David and Marcus in service worked things out to get the car seen in just a few days, and had it fixed pretty quickly, with a professional and courteous approach. I may go here next time, even though it’s so much further just to not deal with the BS at the Marietta or Atlanta service departments.Thanks again, David & Marcus.
From the time you walk in, the clean and modern showroom was impressive. No cubicles, everything was open. Starbucks coffee and a Coke fountain machine with snacks to the side was available for the weary. We went in to look at a pristine used car which caught our eyes online, but didnt need to upgrade unless the stars lined up.Enter Ashley, our incredibly helpful sales partner. She showed us the car, went with us for a test drive, got our current car appraised, and gave us preliminary numbers. Things were looking promising! To get everything lined up to where I had set the bar (Monthly Payment, Purchase Price, and Interest Rate), There had to be a little give and take, but Ashley worked tirelessly to get it done for us. With the help of Alexis, they got us to within $2 of what we wanted... Talk about hitting the nail on the head!!It didnt take all day, we got there at 7, walked out at 9 with a new (to us) car! Truly a wonderful car-buying experience!As for the car itself... without haggling, I did some research on that car, options, and mileage. Other sites had similar combinations and price listed as Great Deal. Thats not even considering the cost of the 4 new tires they had put on the car! Highly recommended!!
I purchased my car with Volvo mall of Georgia in 2018, the buying process was so stressfree. The staff were so friendly and courteous.Since 2018, I have also been servicing my vehicle with them, they always make me feel special. Their treatment is out of the world. Courteous and compassionate are apt words to describe the service experience.They always go out of the way to make sure I have a loaner, also have my car picked up and dropped off during the pandemic.I have worked extensively with Brian in the service department and he is awesome. big shout out to him.
Ashley and Greg were awesome to work with. They made our experience very pleasant right from when we walked in the doors. Greg also ensured we had a better deal on hand. Ashley has a great personality and knows how to make a customer feel at home and not pressured in to anything. We bought a CPO XC 90 from an alternative dealer because we were particular on interior and exterior color. We have had lots of issues. We had a check engine light come on while in Atlanta visiting and the service team at this dealership was beyond accommodating and helpful. We were so happy for their help getting us in quickly, diagnosing and fixing the issue so we could get back home!! The people in the service department have really good customer service and care
My review does not involve the sales department but mostly the service department. I purchase my Volvo from another dealership and decided to use the service center at this location since I reside in the area. I scheduled my appointment and arrived promptly for my service appointment on June 5th. Upon my arrival, I waited 30min before I could be assisted. I explained to my service rep that I had a check engine light on and wanted them to do an inspection on the vehicle since it was purchase through another dealership. From 11am until 4pm I received no calls or text about my vehicle status. I then called them and waited on hold for another 15min for my rep to return and inform me of the issue. I ask them to complete the services requested which was a part they needed to order. He also informed me that my car will be ready in the morning and he would call me to update. The next day I also waited again until 4pm to get an update since nobody had reach out. They informed me that the car was ready and I could come and pick it up. I arrived at 6pm and waited about 45min before they can pull my car around. The service maintenance light was still on and I wasn’t sure why. I called again and ask to bring the car back and rescheduled another appointment to get my brakes and tires replaced for 7/13. Arrived 15 min prior just so I can wait an additional 35min before I can speak to someone. There was several members of their team behind the counter and nobody attempted to even check me in. I was prepared to spend over a $1500 at the location but instead angry me decided to go elsewhere and get a better customer service even if I had to pay more. Your team should be educated on how to handle multiple customer at the time and multitask
My experience at Buford Volvo was Amazing!!! I though buying a car was complex and stressful until I called Keith at Buford Volvo.I’ve been looking for the perfect car for more then 2 weeks and I finally found a match at Buford Volvo. I was super concerned because I didn’t think I had time to make it before the dealer closed and someone else may buy before I can make it. My wife called Kieth and he said not worry, he would wait for us even if we made it after 7 pm. . The whole team was great from the time we arrived. They made the process so easy and did with such joy, it was hard to believe. Even though it was after 9 pm and the dealer was long closed, Richard came out in the freezing cold showed me, and explained how use all the cool features on my new 2015 Chevy Tahoe. Some of the stuff I could’ve never imagined was an option. It would’ve taking me months or years to realize that the vehicle was capable of doing. For example the remote starter. Me my wife and our new born baby are very satisfied customers.Thank You everyone at Buford Volvo for making my car buying experience one to remember.
This was my first time buying from or even visiting a Volvo dealership. I bought or negotiated plenty of cars of the years and this was the least painless process Ive ever experienced. Anita, the salesperson, was fantastic to work with and didnt pressure us. She was honest and straightforward. I highly recommend her.Once the deal was done, I dreaded meeting with the finance manager because thats typically where you are held hostage for all kinds of things like extra insurance, warranties, etc. to increase the profits on the sale. As I refused certain add-ons, there was no additional pressure to reconsider. I think I spent about 10-15 minutes with finance. What a pleasurable experience!
My son and I were very satisfied with our experience at Volvo Cars!!! We had driven from a couple of hours away to buy a car from another dealership. Right as we were getting to the dealership they called to tell us that the salesman was taking the car to gas it up and was rear ended! My son and I were so disappointed! It was a beautiful car. As we turned to head back home my son found this new listing at Volvo Cars. We called and headed there since we were only about 20 minutes away. We meet the salesman. Dave I believe, when we arrived. He made up comfortable while they were finishing some detailing to the car. My sons face lit up when he saw it. It was exactly what hed been looking for. The transaction went smoothly. They were straight forward and not pushy at all. My son left very happy with his first car purchase. I would definitely recommend them.

An astonishingly great experience. Without hesitation I can say this was the most stress free car purchasing experience Ive ever had....Im almost 60 yrs old so Ive had a few experiences with car dealers. Online communication was quick and easy. The sales manager personally responded to our online request on a car in their inventory and made us an offer that was significantly lower than the price offered us on the same model car at a different Volvo dealer. His offer was very fair and he made it very easy. Drove over the next day and the car was prepped and sitting there for us to review. We were met by Johnny who was very helpful showing us the car. His friendly, low key, approach was a delight. He was patient and created a low stress way for us to understand everything we needed to know. The visit to the finance office, usually the place where you want to bang your head on the wall, was not what I expected. Again, low stress and handled quickly. Yes, we were offered a couple of extra services but it was done in a way that was helpful and fair. No high pressure sales tactics at all. We were in and out of the office with the deal concluded in about 20 minutes.

The search for the right replacement for my (rare) C70 ended here. Justin and the team went beyond expectations to make my purchase better than I could have imagined (really...). Pre-delivery inspection included exchange of oil and brake fluid, wheel balancing, battery replacement and general inspection and expert detailing. I could go on, but this team made my out-of-state, online purchase the best it could have been. All the stars.
I’ve debated writing this review for several weeks given how many 5 star reviews they have. However, I did not have a 5 star experience. I found the exact used car I wanted on their website so I drove 2 hours into town to test drive it. The sales person I worked with claimed to have been selling cars for over 10 years so I felt comfortable that I was paired with a professional. I test drove a used XC60 Hybrid and instantly fell in love. However, I did have questions about the hybrid technology. My sales person could answer none of my questions and claimed it was because the technology was so “new” they didn’t understand it nor had they been taught about it. Mind you I was test driving a used 2019… this lack of knowledge seemed odd to me especially given Volvos missions is to be emission free by 2040. There were many questions they couldn’t answer and they constantly had to go to other people to ask them. Luckily for the sales person, I came in knowing I was going to buy the car because I had been looking for the perfect used one for many months. Volvos also easily sell themselves. I sat in their office and googled YouTube videos that helped answer my questions because they just could not. If I was buying new, I would have walked out of that dealership given the lack of knowledge I experienced. That’s not where the issue of lack of knowledge ended. The sales person could not help me at all when I had questions about transferring my plates or how the taxes worked because I was out of state. This may not be their lane, I don’t know, but if you have 10 plus years experience I imagine you would understand that process even a little bit. When I was finally able to talk to finance 2.5 hours after I had decided to purchase, it was clear the store was closing and everyone was trying to go home. My sales person packed up my stuff in their office and placed it in my new car for me. They even packed the title for my trade in that I had offered to them multiple times during the interaction stating “it wasn’t time for that”. I drove home not realizing I still had the title until said sales person emailed me asking me to fedex it to them. Not wanting to spend more of my own money on their mistake I placed it in the regular mail. This was not okay with them. I received emails asking me where it was and threatening to charge me the lost title fee because it had not arrived yet. I also received emails asking for things that I had already sent to them, for example the new insurance. I finally had to speak to the manager to resolve the issue. When I decided to purchase a Volvo I expected to have a first class experience, this was not the case for me. As stated before, luckily Volvo’s sell themselves and I had to buy from this dealership. I will probably always drive a Volvo but that will have nothing to do with the experience I had here. Hopefully the rest of the process goes smoothly.
From day one of showing online interest in a vehicle, Zach worked with me over 3 days to help me get ready for us to get my mom a new car just in time for her birthday. My dad and I wanted to get all of the pre-work done, so that she didn’t have to do anything but enjoy it.I often times am nervous about visiting a new dealership that I haven’t been to, and that I also do not know anyone personally who has purchased from them. This time, I was more than pleased with the outcome.Zach helped make sure the car was held to the side so that we could get there the next day to check it out in person, and hopefully make a deal.Upon arrival, He showed me around the car and answered the couple of questions I had. He was easy to to work with and had a great attitude. The more time you spend with him, the more unreserved he becomes.The girl who did our paper work was fun and fantastic to work with as well. I can not remember her name..but it was only her 4th day there. She seemed so comfortable and so outgoing. That is what I look for when I’m visiting a dealership. I want someone that will have a good time and not make the experience so dull. Even though she was very personable, she was also straight to the point, which is important.My only TINY complaint is that the manager (I think his name was Tim), wasn’t that interactive the the guests. He spent some time out in the lobby with the other employees before her left, but he did not come over and introduce himself. He didn’t come over and give a “hey! Thank you for allowing us to work with you!” He wasn’t very social with the guests at all. Is that saying he is always like that? No. Again, I’ve never dealt with this dealership before, so I wouldn’t know.However, from the stand point of a paying customer, that would have been the cherry on top. Working for years in customer service, and management rolls, I know it is beyond important and good service to, as we used to say at my last job, “go the extra mile.” Not a big complaint in the grand scheme of the visit, but I feel like everywhere should consume some constructive criticism, if they want to continue to really be the best.HOWEVER, he did allow Zach to gift my Dad a Volvo hat, which made my dad fairly happy, as he is a hat connoisseur.All-in-all, the experience was quick, easy, and comforting. I will definitely be recommending this team to anyone in the market. I will definitely be looking at the inventory next time I am searching as well.Great job, everyone! I pray that you all continue to succeed. If you continue to give people the experience that we had, you will reach goals that you didn’t even know were in existence.Well done.

I recently purchased a CPO XC90 with the help of Marissa and had a great experience. She was extremely helpful in providing answers to all my questions and requests and had a great, easy to work with personality. She also personally delivered my vehicle since I didnt have a second ride. I dread the negotiation process but I thought they were fair and willing to work with me. The employees generally followed Covid procedures, so no issues on that end. Overall, the process went smoothly and had a great experience from beginning to end.
Awesome experience with Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia! I was in the market for a late-model Toyota Highlander - they had a 2019 Limited with just 13K miles. Since I was over 4-1/2 hours away, I didn’t want to drive all the way there to trade my vehicle. No matter - Volvo had a driver deliver directly to me and return with our trade-in. Paperwork was handled by the driver, another plus. Probably the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! (And I’ve had a lot - that was my 30th car purchase over the last 35 years).Our sales associate, Justin Barnes, was fantastic, and kept in continuous communication throughout the process. He made sure we were taken care of even on his day off. The whole team pitched in and helped carry the transaction all the way through. Two thumbs up - would absolutely buy from Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia again!!!

Transaction went very smoothly. all people that were involved were friendly and professional. price was fair. this was a long distance transaction, basically i bought the car without seeing it except in photos. paperwork was exchanged by fedex and completed in less than a week start to finish. i still have not seen the car, my niece picked it up for me and is holding it until i go down in june. they said they could not tell it from new.

Not a good experience! Sales rep was Marissa. Came in at 5 pm on Saturday to see a specific certified preowned XC90.Agreed to buy but our credit was denied even though we have 800+ scores. They were confused as to why but Alexis in finance told us they would figure it out on Monday. We were fine with waiting because the car needed to be detailed anyways and we gladly put earnest money down. On Monday we were told it was Alexis’ fault, she had mistakenly submitted my husbands monthly salary as his yearly salary. We were told the car would be ready Wednesday. Then on Tuesday I get a text from Marissa saying it won’t be ready until Thursday.Then on Thursday the time comes and goes for the car to be delivered. We are first told sorry but the financial paper work is not ready. Then later that same day that the car hasn’t had an emissions test and they can’t run the test today because their emissions guy is not available. (Not sure how a certified preowned car did not have an emissions test or why this wasn’t taken care of if it was suppose to be delivered wed). Then they tell us that they will bring in a guy to run the emission test and deliver in the evening. The manager Adrian then calls me at 6pm to tell me that it’s too late to deliver the car and it will have to be the morning. I specifically ask her if the car passed the emissions and she says it passed and they will leave the dealership at 9am to deliver.At 940 on Friday the manager Adrian calls me and says the car is not passing emissions testing and they don’t know why yet but they will fix the car for me. Thoroughly disappointed, I went and picked up my earnest money. When I arrived, (surprise) the car all of a sudden passed. Needless to say, I took my money and ran. I feel totally scammed by these people. Nothing about this process was straightforward, above board, or easy. At best they were disingenuous and at worst disreputable. Will report to BBB.
The gentleman that we dealt with was Zach. He was polite and straightforward. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was communicated correctly and also ensuring we got the best deal possible. Unfortunately my experience was not good. Mr. Williams did his job very well, but I cant say the same for Mr. Trask. He lied to us. He said that although our loan was approved by Bank of America, it was not. We called our bank and they said we could send a fax for confirmation. When we asked for a fax number, he said we did not work with that bank. We initially told them we were working with Bank of America and wanted to use this bank loan. They accepted, but at the end of the process (6 hours later), Ms. Trask told us the lies I wrote above.
We had the best experience! Keith was so helpful and knowledgeable. And we are loving our XC90!!

Keith my salesman was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable, he handled the sale in the most professional way and without the pressure you might feel when trying to buy a car. We have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and our experience with Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia has far exceeded any and all previous dealerships. From the moment of inquiring online, to signing on the dotted line it was head and shoulders above anywhere we have ever been. We drove two hours and came to them after a very bad experience the day prior at a Land Rover dealership and Justin was top notch - helpful, sympathetic to what we went through, very knowledgeable to the vehicle we were interested in, he provided prompt follow up, he had the car cleaned and waiting for us upon our arrival and followed through with what he said. The store itself is beautiful, clean, well laid out, featured fully stocked refreshment area and the receptionist greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. Test drive was great. The Sales Manager and Business Manager went out of their way to say hello and greet us. It was a pleasure in the finance office and we were out in no time. Justin had my last minute request of a front license plate bracket installed and waiting on me after finance. They also have a gentleman who walked me through loading the Volvo app on my phone and setting up a new account, going over every square inch of the car so I knew exactly how all of its features worked, I was blown away! Everyone we crossed paths with were extremely professional, had a smile on their face and went out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions we may have had. My husband was even sure to ask for the General Manager to thank him for the wonderful experience and to let him know what a wonderful staff he has there - we NEVER do that, but this staff was deserving of our praises and so much more. 5* customer service. 5* staff. 5* experience. You shouldnt go anywhere else to buy a new or preowned vehicle. We will be repeat customers whether it comes to another purchase or service! THANK YOU!!!!

I just purchased a Volvo V90 T5 Inscription from this dealership on October 31, 2020. I was very excited to find the car I have been looking for online for 2 years and to discover that it was in Buford, less than an hour away! I had looked all over the country. It was listed at a good price so I called the dealership to see if the car was still available. I was connected to salesman, Keith Williams, and had a very pleasant experience purchasing a car I love! Like many of you Ive had my share of unpleasant experience and would quite frankly rather have a root canal than to have to trade cars. Not any more. The service I received from EVERYONE I had contact with was exceptional. With all of the new electronics the newer cars can be a bit overwhelming but they have a tech specialist, Taylor, to go over everything with you for as long as you want. Honestly, the experience couldnt have been better. I HIGHLY recommend Jim Ellis Volvo Mall of Georgia!
This was the worst buying experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. I bought a CPO car with cash from out of state. I was not able to test drive the vehicle and it’s clear that they took advantage of that. The auto start stop feature has not worked since I received the car. The dealer scheduled a visit with a local mechanics shop and all they did was change a battery and called it good... it’s clear when you drive the vehicle it never uses the auto start stop feature. After that they had a driver come pick it up and take it to their dealer where they said the battery needed reset and that it worked. Well I just received the vehicle and drove it and still it does not work. How did this even pass the CPO process to begin with and how can you say the car is fixed when it’s clearly not. I find it hard to believe on the two test drives they did it worked but the couple hundred miles I drove it does not. The people are friendly when you speak to them but the quality assurance is terrible. I will never buy another vehicle here and likely never buy another CPO Volvo from any Volvo dealer.
Amazing service, from the time I walked in I felt like they truly care! As I walked in one gentleman asked if I would like something to drink. Then my rep really went out of his way to make sure we had excellent service. He offered us a rental car since we had a lot of work. I truly appreciate how amazing and nice they are. I would highly recommend Jim Ellis Volvo. I have been to other volvos in the area and this by far is 100 percent about customer service and they care! Thank you
After looking for a personal vehicle for the past several months to replace a fleet vehicle I’ve been driving, I finally decided on a Volvo S90. I searched Google and found several sites that had S90s for sale. When I came across the Jim Ellis site, I found a beautiful gray S90 Inscription that had all the bells and whistles one could want and the price was very competitive. After reaching out to the dealership to ask a few questions about the car, it didn’t take long for me to make a decision to buy it. Keith Williams helped nail down the details, and since I don’t live near Buford, GA I asked him if someone could meet me halfway with the car and paperwork. He quickly agreed to do that and plans were made to meet the following day. The guys who brought the car to meet me were also very friendly and helpful, and it literally only took about 8 minutes to sign the paperwork and complete the transaction! And the car is absolutely stunning; I love it and thoroughly enjoy driving it! Thank you, Keith, for making my vehicle purchase experience a pleasant one.

We knew we wanted a S60 and Richard Ramsey did not disappoint! We pulled up to the dealership Saturday morning with the car waiting outside for us. We came check in hand but our interest rate was higher then we wanted. Richard and Greg got us half the rate my bank did through Volvo. Greg was patient while we weighed our options for extended warranty. We will be back in 4 years for another!

Top level, no-nonsense sales and service. Jim Ellis has been a family owned dealer for a long time in Atlanta and they are the inly dealer left that treats you classy and professionally. I don’t like leaving reviews all over the internet, but there are a few lately I just feel compelled to do. Volvo4LifeMichael in the Service department always makes sure things are done quickly and if I need transportation for a few hours- he makes sure its provided. I called in for an oil change on a busy weekend and he not only got it done, he all but demanded a recall be done immediately. I was shocked they had time to do it. The amazing technicians changed the oil, balanced the tires and did the recall in 4 hours! Where else would you see that happen?!

Just got the car so I do not know how that will work out in the long run, but for the day that I bought the car the experience was near perfect. All employees were doing all they could to adhere to distancing policy and cleanliness. The sales person David was most helpful, not high pressure and it the strange situation we all find ourselves in he was stellar. The business and finance guy Ken, I think, was also exceptional. As of now, I high recommend.
Marcus Wise has done a FANTASTIC job on servicing me. I previously bought my Volvo 2 days ago from another dealership but my seatbelt was not working so my dealership dropped it off here to get it fixed as my car is still under Volvo Warranty. So I have not even driven my new car yet. But I came in and told Marcus what was going on, and he took me back to get some answers and I was told that the part won’t be here until Saturday. I new I needed a rental. Marcus then says “So you need a rental?” I said yes I do . He goes,“ I got you.”Nice and fast, kept me up to date on the knowledge and whereabouts with my vehicle and has been very great with his communication. The entire experience was amazing! The process was a breeze. The staff is very professional and courteous. My salesman was Dalin. He’s the greatest! From our initial phone call until the end of purchase he was right there every step of the way! Dalin is my go to guy! He made sure I knew about all the bells and whistles! Alexis in finance was even more amazing!! She made the process stress free. She was super nice and she thoroughly explained everything. If Covid wasn’t here I would’ve given her a big hug!! She worked with endless emails and texts to get all the paperwork done and then made an unsolicited offer to pick us up at the airport which is about 45 minutes from the dealership. From the quick response to my email about a car, to the delivery of the vehicle to my home, the process was the best I have experienced buying a used car... ever. Keith Wiliams, the salesman, was absolutely kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Tim the GM and Ken the finance director did a phenomenal job and made this one of the fastest and easiest car purchases I have made.
