I found a car listed on Auto Trader from this dealership and the total price was $21,814. I live 3 hours away so I wanted to purchase the car to ensure that it was not sold when I got there. This is exactly what I was looking for & what I thought was a great deal so no need to test drive. The dealership would not honor the price on auto trader & instead it would be $25,000 plus taxes and fees. That’s quite a bit of difference. I feel like this is false advertisement and they should honor the price that it says. Also they have poor communication. I was told 3 different times that someone would call me back. I ended up having to call back myself several times.
I had a great experience at this dealership, the staff here were awesome & they were really helpful for my first time purchasing a vehicle. I would definitely recommend you to go to haddy, he is one of the salesman who helped me get a brand new car. I will bring my family here to purchase a new vehicle!
This is Sutherlin Service Ive come to expect. Im now back to bringing my Nissan for service per schedule guide. Was excellent service experience 👏🏽
As an out of state buyer I would have expected a dealership of this size to do better with communication. I have purchased 3 cars in the last two months and this is the worst communication/service I have received. It shouldn’t be a single message a day to contact someone.I would suggest other potential shoppers to read the latest reviews to get a better understanding of how this dealership is ran.
Great service experience. Joe H. very informative throughout the entire process and demonstrated great customer service.
Great service! Thanks to Haddy Mreir I was able to close an amazing deal. Definitely ask for him if you’re looking to purchase a car in the near future.
I made an appt by phone and they took the car back. After a nice cup of coffee and about an hour of TV...my car was ready. They gave me a list of VIP things needed to be done vat a later time. Very nice atmosphere.
STAY AWAY from this dealership! They’ll rob you with their ridicules hidden fees. A simple agreed out the door 14 thousand car turned to over 19 thousand deal. Their own Manager convinced me on a out the door price and as soon as I walked inside the finance office I was hit with a over 5 thousand dollar surprise! I’ll give the finance manager below 1* absolutely unprofessional and unskilled. They’ll tell you one thing in the front and will give you a difference price after they have ruined your credit. They wasted my time and f’ing ran my credit for nothing! Will never ever go back there and I do not recommend for anyone to go there.
They gave us great service and honest opinions about the vehicle we were looking at. We are still in the test drive phase to see the one our son feels comfortable in and they were very understanding. We asked to keep us updated on stock availability and they were happy to oblige. If our son chooses a Nissan we will definitely come back, he just needs to make up his mind 😅. Thanks for the wonderful service 😀.
I had a 10:00 am service appointment for an oil change with Byong Ko. He advised there was a recall issue and to allow an hour and one-half. My wait time approached three hours. I didnt see my vehicle in the service area for quite some time so I wonder what the value of an appointment is.
Great people and probably our least stressful car buying experience, but as others have stated, they do have false advertising. We saw a listing on AutoTrader for a $29,900 2021 Frontier SV Midnight, so we made the near hour-long drive to check it out on a Friday evening after confirming over the phone with Shanice that the car was available. We arrived and we were set up with Cass. Before test driving, I questioned the price several times with Cass in which he assured me the price was $29,900. We test drove and loved it. Despite it’s sixteen-year design, we were surprised by the Frontier’s build and ride quality. We went in to start the long process and were handed papers with an out the door price of $32,910 after a $7,699 trade-in. We weren’t really surprised because we saw a $37,500 window sticker prior to going for the test drive. The dealer added on every package possible and a COVID-caused Pre-Delivery Inspection over $1,800. We told Cass we wanted it for $25,910 out the door and we were immediately told by the Sales Manager, AJ, that our price was impossible. He reasoned with us for quite a while and explained how dealers do messed up things for profit and he was very personable and humorous. He ended up getting us $10k for our trade and an additional $1k off telling us, “That’s what I’d sell it to my mom for!” In the end, we looked at the bigger picture and with all of the add-ons, it really wasn’t too bad of a price. It’s unfortunate they use false advertising to get you to come in because they’re really nice people. We’d definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future if we’re ever in the market again.PS: AJ, if you’re reading this, you still owe me a $100 bill.
Was my first time shopping at a Nissan dealership and was very pleased and comforted as soon I stepped through the door, Haddy assured to be transparent with the pricing and took me step by step with my purchase and even kept me up to date with all my maintenance and services with my vehicle. Will be back!
The staff is very rude especiallythe manager. They just want you to come to their dealership and then quoting unnecessary charges.
WARNING TO POTENTIAL BUYERS:Beth is terrible at her job. She sent my title and registration to the wrong address. She also gave me a tracking number that was actually a phone number of where she sent it to. My title and registration is lost and she is extremely unhelpful to try and fix this. My temporary tag has expired and I can’t drive the vehicle I bought. I now own a very expensive yard ornament. NEVER BUY A CAR HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I had a great experience purchasing a new Titan from Sutherlin! The trade-in process and purchase went smooth with everything explained perfectly. All the vehicle features were explained in great detail before I left. I even received follow-up calls in the following days to make sure I didnt have any questions or concerns! Highly recommend checking them out!
Love this dealership and the people in it! I just recently bought my brand new 2021 Altima from Nesrin and am absolutely in love. I wanted blue specifically, and the only one they had was at their sister store in Cherokee County, so Nesrin drove all the way there and got it for me. I really couldnt be any happier! My entire family also drives Nissans. My dad an Armada, my mom a Maxima, and my sister a Kicks, all here from Sutherlin Nissan at the Mall of GA! Great place, beautiful people, wonderful experience.
The customer waiting room only has like 5 chairs and is very cramped. Customer service is also 3/5. They werent rude but also not friendly, felt like I was at a random mechanics shop. But the service job was excellent tho!
I have been in the market for a 2021 Titan and saw their advertisement in Cars.com for a deep blue Titan pro-4x fully loaded for a price of $45,196 which drew my attention. I had recently been quoted for one in California because that’s where I currently live and out the door after my down payment it was $50,790 which was a decent deal but was looking to see if I could get a better else where. That’s when I noticed Sutherlin Nissan’s ad for $45,196. I know after taxes and registration the price should be $50,000 roughly and then my down payment would have brought it down to asking price so I decided to fly out to Georgia after talking to a representative over the phone asking for reassurance that it was not going to end up at $55,000 after fees so that I wouldn’t waist either of our times. He reassured me after taxes and other fees it should only be about $51,000 at the most. I bought the ticket and off I went. I got to the dealer and there it was cleaned and detailed ready to go. Once the deal start they brought the break down of the payment to me and of course, the scenario I wanted to avoid happened. The truck out the door price was $56,000. They were trying to convince me that I was getting at a discount of $51,000 but that was only after I told them my down payment. Which meant it was still $56,000. I flew all the way to Georgia knowing there could be a bad scenario but I decided to put my faith in the representative Manny, the one I spoke to over the phone who was nice and sounded legit, and boy was I wrong to have faith. I understand it is a $60k truck as per the window sticker but to advertise something at a lower price just to raise it is false advertising. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership.
Sutherlin Nissan servicing returned my car to me 3 times without it being repaired. The engine light came back on minutes after driving it away from the dealership each time. The service representative I was working with, Robert, did not offer me an enterprise vehicle for the multiple weeks my car was at the dealership, and did not apologize once I discovered through the GM that it was an option. He also told me my car was worth about $3k more than its worth in order to get me to move forward with a repair. Sutherlin Nissan is the only Nissan dealership that did not try to force unnecessary repairs for extra money, but there is a lot left to work on in terms of technical and customer service performance.
I always go to Sutherland Nissan. Recommended them to my sister and grandson this week. Both pleased with outcome.
We walked into the dealership at around 7pm with the thought of this was going to be any other dealership with the same type of car salesman that all other places have but from the moment we stepped out of our old vehicle we were greeted in an amazing manner that made both my wife and i feel comfortable with this dealership before we walked in the door we met Carter Wilson and from that moment we never felt like we were being talked down to he was an absolutely wonderful i would definitely recommend him to anyone kudos to Carter Wilson An absolutely amazing salesperson
Amazing service and very friendly! Definitely recommend this location to anyone!
A great place to buy a car. Customer service was awesome. Fast and friendly service. Their service department Is outstanding . A solid 5 star review.
BAD Online Marketing. DO NOT believe in the prices online. I saw Altima for $19800 online and inquired about it. Quickly got a call regarding the same, I then requested to please share the final out of the door price on email or on the call to avoid travelling 30 miles but they kept insisting on visiting the dealership in-person and will give a good deal. But eventually I decided to stop by their location thinking how much up it would go on top of $19.8k but the sales people over there quoted a mark up $12k with all accessories and fees (mandate). And said they have no idea why the online price reflects something so low, as if theres is no synchrony between their online and in-shop sales dept.Never going to recommend this dealership to anyone.
DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR ONLINE PRICES!!! My husband saw a truck on line and called to inquire about the price because it was an insanely great deal! The sales rep assured my husband multiple times that the online price was correct. After a 45 minute drive, a 30 minute wait for our sales person to be available, inquiring several times about the sticker being an excessive amount more than the online price, and a test drive; we were told the internet price was wrong and the truck was infact almost $30,000 yeah, you read that right...THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE THAN THE INTERNET PRICE! This dealership wasted my time and I will NEVER return. We were in the market to trade both of our vehicles but they completely wasted our time and I will never return.
Sutherland Nissan is a joke. They claim to not sell or distribute your personal information, but the minute I got off the lot the soliciting began. I get so many spam emails and calls from this place. It’s run like a trashy used car dealer but somehow sell new cars. Avoid the bathrooms, they don’t clean them often and the employees don’t seem to take care of them as I witnessed them throwing trash on the floor.Don’t get me started on how they lie with numbers. They quoted me 18% in taxes - which is highly illegal (GA car tax is 7%) and hid so many fees in the price. Not sure how you can run a cuisines these days without being transparent, not sure they will last given the rise of online car shopping platforms. Why would anyone go through the a dealership like this to be lied to and wait two hours (when you have an appointment) when you could just buy online??? They clearly don’t care to adapt. The reason people hate buying cars is this dealership right here. Everything about it makes you cringe. Buying a car should be as simple as buying food. The paperwork is unnecessary - why should I fill out the exact same information 4 times? Did I mention I was not financing the vehicle? This should have made the process even easier! Save yourself the time, cost and embarrassment and just buy online. Get the car delivered.
I was satisfied with the results in the repairs as they were able to conclude that it was covered under warranty and this is something that I did not know.
I had very bad experience today. I went for oil change and tire rotation. They charged for both but they did only oil change but not tire rotation. My front tires are little worn out when compared to rare ones. Thats how I came to know that it wasnt done. When I went back they said sorry and did the tire rotation. Please be careful and make sure you get the service you pay for.
WORSE NISSAN DEALERSHIP EVER. They are very dishonest and incompetent. Found a car, agreed on price, agreed on trade in, Signed purchase agreement and finance contract, made deposit after financing and signed Loan contract. Then here comes so called manager AJ or whatever his name is. Tried to pull a stunt by low balling my trade in, yet tried to close the deal without my trade-in after adding ridiculous fees he couldnt explain.RUN AWAY from this shady Dealership with no integrity and very unprofessional. Its a shame good men like Philip and Julian works for this POS dealership with incompetent so called managers.Lower the price and charge you ridiculous fees with no explanation. Over charge for items we all know the cost and will never give you a straight answer. You negotiate and get rid of useless ad-on only for it to be added back on during financing, when pressed on it shady finance guy getting frustrated because he got caught and tried to give ridiculous APR like I dont know what my rate was before heading there. He got angry that they are not making any money in my deal.Look at their charges and judge for yourself. Sticker shows 1175 for destination charge. See what they are changing.THIEVES
They are good to you until you finish the purchase and will give all the false promises. Once you are out and come back again, you will become a stranger to them . We bought a Nissan Pathfinder 2020 and dealt with a guy called Ryan and he offered us free service until 36000 miles and told me I don’t have to pay anything until 36000 miles and when I returned for my 5k service, I realized that I have to pay for tire rotation which is not included in my service package. After talking to many people, they waived that amount and told it will be taken care. Today (09/15/21) I’m back again for my 10k service, same thing is happened and after talking to them they said they have nothing to do and asked me to pay if I want my tires to be rotated. And finally when they give the invoice, I have to pay additional $6.49 for service supplies/waste disposal above the tire rotation charges of $19.95..Please get all the things in writing before you deal with them.Strongly suggest don’t go to these guys.
DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS PLACE. LIED TO ABOUT MULTIPLE THINGS FROM free WARRANTY which added 3000 dollars to my finance price, AND I DONT EVEN HAVE ANY DOCUMENTATION OF THIS WARRANTY to a car that failed emissions, to the fact I was promised the check engine light would be fixed at no cost.DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOUR CREDIT IS TOP NOTCH AND YOU ARE BUYING A NEW CAR. UNDER ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. I WAS SCAMMED BY JULIAN
FALSE ADVERTISING/AD FRAUD - Dealers in GA must advertise the sale price of used and new cars to include all fees excluding state fees. They do not disclose the $1695 used car prep fee nor the $890 E-Doc fee, so you are paying $2585 on top of advertised price. ILLEGALWe walked out yesterday with a deal in hand only to return this morning for horn/lights to be fixed - and them demanding another $1000 to sell it to us for the repairs.BEWARE - SCAMMERS - SAFETY CHECKS NOT DONE. AVOIDReporting to Attorney General and FTC!
I would not recommend this dealership to myWorst enemy. They have poor customer service. They are liars and do not believe in keeping a customer happy after a sale. I wouldn’t even give a one star but that’s the only way I could leave a review. The manager is a joke! People do not buy a used car from this place!!
Carter, my salesman, was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The finance advisor and I had such interesting conversation that I hated to finish the transaction. All in all, a pleasant experience.
They have the exact titan that I want. Their cars.com price is 50,375 but of course they won’t honor that price and for one week they claim this is not a bait and switch tactic and that they are trying to update the cars.com listing to the correct price of 52,000. It does not take over a week to update a online price on a website in the year 2021. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!
I brought my car in a few days ago for my transmission to be changed and Ty and the manager were the absolute best. My car sadly broke down a few weeks ago near Macon and they were completely horrible to me and my situation, but when I brought my Nissan to Sutherlin Nissan, they were very understanding. I could not recommend them more! Thank you Ty for being the best!
This was my first time experience with this Nissan Company. Very nice and welcoming.
Phillip greeted us as soon as we got out of the car. He honored the price I saw online and didn’t get frustrated with me when I was indecisive. Curt and Phillip both made the experience memorable and worth the drive. It’s more personable than online sales and I appreciated the interaction.
Came in for a nail in my tire. They asked me if i would be interested in trading in my Nissan Kicks. I did and was very happy with my New Rogue Sport Love the car.
I had the AC compressor changed less than a year ago in their service department... ever since then the air-conditioning in my vehicle goes out on me when theres extremely hot temperatures, Ive have been back with my vehicle several times with this issue, and all they can tell me is that they cant duplicate the issue! I have a 5 month old baby and a 3 year old that has to suffer the consequences in a hot vehicle because of their negligence! I do not recommend this place, where they lack professionalism! Very disappointed and do not recommend them!
Always a great experience when I go. Delfino is very personable.
I hesitate to give them one star. They mislead to make the sale. Whatever they have to say.
They tried to bait and switch me, have an advertisement on Cars.com for a Versa at $13251.00 told in an email they will honor the price. At the dealership salesman said that the fees would be near $6000. Almost 50% in fees, literal bait and switch.
$8000 in misc fees. Buyer beware! Do not pay those fees. They had a SUV advertised lowest in Atlanta area. Only to show up for the ridiculous fees. Over $2000 for pre-delivery inspection. 😆 I dont need it inspected. Its a new vehicle. Whatever breaks on the way home youll fix under warranty. I sold cars for 8 years and never seen fees like these.
Terrible business model. Be prepared for them to add 7k in add on’s to the sticker price. Very dishonest and when confronted their only response is “if you don’t think it’s fair, you can leave.” Will not attempt to do business with them under any circumstances again.
This dealership is honestly such a joke. They sold me a car with a bad engine. Not even 30 mins after leaving the dealership the engine light comes on so I call and tell them and they tell me I can’t bring the car back. Keep in mind when I bought the car they charged me and 1500 inspection fee but yet the car had a failing engine. This car was bought for my daughter who travels back and forth to collage. I complained and was able to speak to owner billy who said they would fix the “car” for no cost but the car had to be taken to a Kia dealership across the road since the car was a Kia. The car sat at the Nissan dealership for 3 weeks before it was taken across the street and when I got the car back the engine light was still on and all they were going to pay for was a tuneup and a oil change. A month later my car is giving me trouble and I take it to my local Kia dealership and not even a minute of it being on the lift they tell me my car needs a new engine. This dealership sold me a car with a bad engine and did not replace the engine and all they did was try and sell me a new car which I could not afford. Luckily the car had a warranty so it’s not costing me to replace the engine. But DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
Great sales experience at Mall of Georgia Nissan! BillyRay was a pleasure to work with and really helped guide us to the right choice. Going to car dealers can be challenging, but he made it easy and even took the time to explain all the high tech car features to my mother in law. She absolutely loves her new Rogue! I highly recommend Sutherlin Nissan. Ask for BillyRay!
Nissan refuses to stand behind their warranty for damage to what they claimed to be leather seats. 18k miles on the car and the “leather” tore likes its vinyl, which it is.
The price they advertise the car at is not what they want to all it for. Wanted to add on about over $4000 for dealer “options” already added for tinted window, nitrogen in tires (which was already in there so couldn’t remove it apparently LOL seriously??) and car mats. Total waste of time.
I stopped at Sutherlin Nissan MOGA, in the Parts Department yesterday, from the greeter outside of the store to the Cashiers inside, everyone was nice and courteous. The gentleman that I interacted with was exceptional; just to make sure that I had the right part, he offered to go outside and double check what was needed and I really, truly appreciated his dedication. My experience was absolutely gratifying. This company is Topnotch and I am certain that the employees make it so.
This dealership is awesome. I really really appreciate everyone there, they were nice and genuinely wanted to help. I needed some work done on my car and Robert Sigman Did an awesome job taking care of me and my car. Everyone was nice, friendly, and helpful. I traveled from Lawrenceville just to come here, I don’t want go to any other dealership for now on. Thank you everyone for helping me and thank you for having great hospitality.
I went in to buy a 2021 Titan in Baja Storm and was amazed at how busy they were. They treated everyone with the same respect and made sure that each person had a dedicated experience. I will say that it was one of my shortest trips to a dealer and a fine experience.
Just bought by 2017 RAM here today. AJ was absolutely great to work with. Financing was very quick as well. These guys are honest and willing to work with their customers.
I had the pleasure dealing with Robert when I came in for my oil change. I was ready to deny any other work done to my vehicle like brakes, tire rotation, etc.. Robert treated me with the upmost professionalism I’ve seen at any dealership. He let me know things I’d need done in the near future but didn’t shove them down my throat. I will definitely be calling him personally for all of my vehicles needs. 1000/10
My sales rep Kas Warner, was very insightful and attentive. We connected the moment I entered the show room. The experience was overall great, but Kas is the man.
My Second purchase at Sutherlin Nissan and today I am even more happy than my first time.I just traded my 2018 Nissan Kicks for the 2021 All New Rogue, I love it, it is packed with all safety features that I need for myself and for my family.Nesrin helped me with my both purchases, she was really knowledgeable and she went above and beyond to make the process easy and fast.Mr.Kim in Finance did his best to get me the payment that I need to be at.Thank you Sutherland Nissan, I will recommend you to all my family and friends.
Do not waste your time with this Nissan dealer. They do not grant the price listed on the internet. No creditability at all.
Bought Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve 2020 at Nissan Sutherlin Buford Ga. When we got there the sell representative told us (my sister and I) that the car was $67,000 but as a “loyalty customer” because I bought two new cars before this one plus a promotion going on at the moment I was going to get $10,000 off. two minutes after being with the seller, the financial manager ( Curt ) came and involved as in two seconds with a millions financial words per minute. Long story short we left that place paying $10,000 down and with a car long of $67,441.00 with 72monthly payments of $1,085.00. Now that I sat down to read the contract found out in top of the cash we paid in front the loan is $67,441. My credit score is 819.
Terrible. From our first oil change we’ve had nothing but problems.Day one, we moved into town and my girlfriend’s 2017 Nissan Rouge needed an oil change. Okay, we take it in, get the oil change, and as they’re handing her the keys they tell her that her brakes should be changed at the next service and that they’re “in the red”. Okay, right there, they should have called before to ask if she wanted the brakes changed. They did not. My girlfriend then drives the vehicle the next couple weeks and gets into an accident because she felt as though the car did not stop in time.Okay, we don’t say anything, we consider this our fault for not taking the vehicle back right away for the brakes. My girlfriend loved her Nissan Rouge, so we go back to Sutherlin Nissan, and she buys a new 2018 Nissan Rouge with allllll the options. Leather, AWD, roof rack, you name it. We even buy the extended platinum maintenance warranty thing from Sutherlin Nissan. The new Rouge gets serviced a couple times, no problem, then after what I believe is the the third oil change, she starts smelling burning oil, okay, sometimes that happens right? Wrong…. One day at work, she calls me and says, my car smells weird, and there is oil all over my parking spot. Okay, she gets the vehicle towed to Sutherlin Nissan. They tell her she had a “defective washer” on the oil plug and they “couldn’t tighten the plug anymore”. I worked as an automotive technician for years before and I am here to tell you that is B.S. that means someone didn’t tighten the plug, or stripped it out. The kicker is that Sutherlin didn’t even apologize, or offer ANYTHING. When we asked the service desk about the incident they said “oh there was a heated conversation about it earlier”. Uh, okay? What does that do for my “new” car with as much internal damage/wear as an old car???So after they clean up the new Rouge and fill it with oil again she continues to drive it. Meanwhile in the back of our mind we have no idea what kind of wear on the motor was caused from driving it around without oil for a solid week or two.Fast forward, to oil change 5 maybe? She picks up the new Rouge from an oil change and Sutherlin tells her that here “brake fluid is low and needs to be flushed at the next oil change. Now my girlfriend says the brake peddle feels “squishy”. Here we go again. This is absolute madness. I have never dealt with some many issues from a major automotive dealer’s service department.Would 100% not recommend. I tell people all the time about the incident and how it was handled and will continue to do so.
AJ the sales manager took care of me and my girl SO WELL!!! Great staff here, funny, flexible, offered a ton of free stuff including a free detail for me just for coming with her. He gave us pizza and hooked us up with a bunch of deals. Awesome service!!!!!
Saw this ad on auto trader for this car for my brother. Drove about 55 minutes in horrendous traffic from Atlanta to go purchase the car. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by Diego the sales consultant who was very friendly. We showed him the ad and told him we wanted to go ahead and move forward on the purchase. He told us that the ad is incorrect and auto trader has no rights to listing the car at this price and they randomly took it upon themselves to put this car on there with this price, and wouldn’t honor it. I asked to speak to the manager by the name of Ryan, He also said they would not honor it even though the Vin number matched the car we went to go see. After telling Ryan that this is false advertising and misrepresentation he apologized multiple times and basically told us that Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia doesn’t work with AutoTrader and they’re in the process of a lawsuit again AutoTrader for listing their cars at prices not authorized by Nissan Dealership. This is the biggest load of crock I have ever heard…. I wasn’t born yesterday and I know how the system works. Auto trader has their exact address listed for the dealership posting this car so clearly someone at this dealership authorized the ad. Needless to say if you are to read the other reviews below mine you will see this is happened many times over and over again and this dealership should not be allowed to get away with false advertising and misrepresentation.
Manny & Nesirin are absolutely the BEST!!!! Superior customer service and Manny was diligent in finding me the car that I wanted. Manny followed up with me until I was happy with the car of my choice. I am so elated with what Manny found for me!!! Manny was nice enough to come in on his day off to meet me so hes so amazing!!!Nesirin is so nice and she makes you feel so comfortable!!! The best feeling is not being rushed in buying a car and it was a pleasure purchasing my car!!!If you visit Sutherlin Nissan look for Manny & Nesirin for Superior Service!!!
This place has the kindest staff. We passed a family broken down for two hours with a blowout. They spoke only French (thank God for Google translate) the spare tire they had didn’t fit the car. We searched for an open tire shop and found none. As a last resort we pulled into this dealership. Their service dept was closed but Haddy Mreir (salesman) quickly ran to the back to see if he could find a tech still there. Ty (service tech) was finishing up to leave and they both stayed there with us (my family and the gentleman) they changed the tire for the gentleman free of charge and wouldn’t even accept a tip. We live over an hour away but My wife’s Nissan Altima will be serviced at this place from now on. And when we get ready to but a new or used vehicle we will definitely see Haddy.Thank you Ty, Haddy and the sweet lady in service dept for being good humans.
Awesome car buying experience that took less than 3 hours! Kudos to Mason!
DO NOT COME HERE!!! Went here based on their auto trader ad and called ahead of time to confirm the car and price on the ad. After test driving and filling paperwork, they literally change the price by $16,000!! When we reminded them AND showed them the ad, they said they would not honor it! The sales person, Jinetta, said it doesn’t matter because we were still getting a great deal. The manager came out and said to our faces that he will not honor the advertisements they have and then rudely just walked away. They wasted hours of our time! This is SLEAZY marketing!!! We were literally ready to buy a car today but they made us never want to go to a Nissan dealership again! WORST experience I have ever had at a dealership!
We bought a Chevrolet Equinox. The tire sensor kept coming on for both of the front tires. The guy that sold it to us reassured us hed fix whatever the problem was. When we picked it up, the alert was off, and he said if it came back on, just text him. The alert came back on not even an hour of us driving it off the lot. We texted him multiple times, and he never responded. I had to buy 2 brand new tires because they both had slow leaks, plus the air conditioner stopped working. Paid $17,000 cash for it. Horrible customer service!
They are a bait and switch dealership. I went to buy a vehicle they had advertised online for $21,800. They said they wouldn’t honor their price. Said if I wanted the vehicle it would be $35,400. Which is $6,000 OVER MARP. Never shop here
I feel like I dodge a bullet. My wife has tried for 2 days to get information on a car at Southerlin Nissan. I decided i would help and give a call and see if maybe I can get a manager to help. I get AJ. I cannot believe how this man AJ talked and treated me. I said I have been trying to get numbers on a car. His response was why cant you come down here. I informed him because of my job I am not able to get there. Also my Wife is buying the car. She cannot go there because of medical conditions. Which in my opinion is none of his business. He than informed me if I dont have time to come down there he does not have time to give me information. I asked him what we did to get service refused. I also let him know I would not just be treated this way. He informed he did not care. We live in a day and age of a Pandemic. I personally have 2 friends in the hospital with Covid. One of which is in a coma. Why with technology the way it is would anyone have to go into a dealership to buy. I will not stop writing reviews on as many sites as I can as many days as I can untill this is fixed. I have already been approved. I realy just needed to know what there doc fee or any other hidden fees would be. So I can purchase the vehicle. In these days and times I am fully aware that the advertised internet price is most dealers bottom dollar. Just wanted numbers so I can write the check. This should have been an hour long deal. Quick and easy. I am shocked and appalled that Nissan would have someone like this work for them. Especially Southerlin!
Probably the biggest rip off I have EVER seen in any car buying experience. Claim that 10k of extra dealer fees are required by law (blaming COVID) 2k inspection fee, 2k delivery fee, 2k advantage plan. Buyer beware, save your time and energy and go somewhere else.
Grace from the service department was awesome! She truly makes her customers feel welcomed. It was a pleasure to have her as our account representative! When you need servicing on your Nissan, ask for Grace! -Moore Family
Overall pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from this location. Nisran was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Not rude or pushy, showed patience and was genuinely interested in making it a great buying experience. AJ was equally helpful and pleasant.
Bought my 2019 Dodge Challenger with Mason and all financing with Kim everything was great and it went smooth! Love my new car
Nissan Kicks 2020So I went into the Sutherlin location to purchase the Nissan Kicks 2020 for my young daughter. They were nice at first and I was dealing prices with the car salesman. We agreed on the drive out price. When I went into the financing office to sign the contract, I thought that they would have written the contract up with the price that I agreed to drive out on. The financial advisor only mentions my interest rate with $1000 rebate for 72 months and monthly payment. I asked him for lower rate and he said NO. The rate that he gave me was okay, I signed the contract and didn’t think much of it. That night, I had noticed the difference in price. No explanations and no mention with that rate my drive out price will be change $1,599 more than the agreed upon price. Next morning, I drove back to Sutherlin to see that they can cancel the contract. The car salesman I originally spoke to was there and told me that only the general sale manager has authority to cancel the contract but he does not know when the GM will be in and he will call me when the GM in. He told me that he would MAYBE be in at 3pm. After a couple hours still not receive any called, I drove back to the dealership I asked about my salesman. They said that he had left and is currently on a plane back to Texas. They stated that he was not part of their dealership here but in Texas. The financial advisor argued that he did explain everything and that he told me about the price. In the end they didn’t cancel the contract and I spent the whole half day going back and forth with the dealership. Moral of the story, read the contract and make sure everything is what was agreed upon.
Took my 2016 Nissan Murano to Sutherlin Nissan in Buford for $145 diagnostic test. My vehicle monitor went out and I lost rear camera, radio, navigation and phone. Monitor was black. Test was $145 and results were I needed a new computer for monitor which would cost $2800. Service man said he was sorry and he thought he could get the price down to $2500. I said I had to rest on that cost. Four days later my monitor lite up, and all areas were functioning. My question is, if the computer was damaged and needed replacement, why did everything return. Either the diagnostic mechanic is inept or the desk manager was looking for a large commission. I will be asking for a refund from the dealership for the incorrect results or will pursue small claims court.
The reason I gave the question about referring someone to Sutherland Nissan a 5 is because I tried to buy my maxima at Sutherland but they wanted to sell me a used 2016 vs the brand new one that I got. I told them I had everything in hand to get the deal done but they didn’t listen. The service dept is outstanding and the lady who always helps I think her name Grace is outstanding!!
Thinking that I may not be able to purchase a new car... I left Nissan dealership with a new car! And the ones that helped me, I just like them so much☺ so supportive!
The old bait and switch. The company I work at was going to buy 2 new NV2500 work vans. They said they had the last 2 and the owner wanted more then asking price. After acquiring our Rheem discounts we were ready to buy. However at the signing of papers we noticed there was a Southerlin Advantage fee of like 1477.00. When we asked what’s that for? They said it was for the free car washes, oil changes, key lockout etc. we stated we did not want that,,,. Not is it free if we paying upfront for it, they told us no deal then.Complete scam in everyway, I took pictures and will be sharing with Ga. Consumer Affairs on Monday.Make sure you read all the papers before you sign is all I will say. Cass was the salesperson and not very professional in my opinion.
So I have been looking for a pick up truck for a few weeks now finally found one that I really liked. I drove over an hour with intentions to purchase this truck tonight. the price advertised online is $30,899 which I had with me in cash plus brought extra for the taxes tags and fees I test drove the truck and love it. I walk inside with the sales man who seemed like he was having a bad day so finally sat down to make a deal told him I was paying full asking price of $30,899 plus taxes and fees the sales manager came back with a total of $39,000 and some change I asked why he stated because this truck has a“special lowering kit and aftermarket wheels”which was advertised with that “package” online for $30,899 if that package was five to $5-7k they should have advertised it for $35 to 36,000+ tax and fees instead of surprising me with an extra $5-6000 for the special lowering package this was a second time I came here and left disappointed I guess when the dealership makes their money on the back end of the deal they mark it up so you can’t pay in cash and push you towards financing buyers beware
I called to inquire of a vehicle they had on the lot. A representative named Antwinique set up the appointment for me to look at the vehicle. Fast forward 3 days later, I call my bank to get the loan pre-approved and drive to the Buford dealer (about 1.5 hour drive). I get there and the car has been gone for over 5 months.Hope this helped. You draw your own conclusions.
Quick, friendly service adviser, great communication, service well done on my Rogue and recommended next time service (eg air filter and cabin filter change). No pressure, just great information to have.
Worst experience ever once you walk in the door. It was a while back I went for a Altima I had been looking at for a while and online help was great but once I walked in they are all trying to give you their card and sell you a that is at the very peak of your budget. They give false info and try to make it where you will be thought to be given a good deal and then drop the deal when signing. After leaving it at a bad experience is not enough and I have received spam mail for 4 months now to extend and cover a car I never purchased. The management is a joke as well and said my credit was the cause of the high monthly and the car price had nothing to do. (So financing a Titan would be the same as an Altima?) just overall one of the worst experience I have had with a dealership.Update: I truly hate how this company has been managing itself and it shows with how they have responded to all of the reviews giving feedback on actual problems being ignored and responded to with such a generic message. if this company had anyone that would actually look into these issues it would have someone to take time to correct past mistakes. I have still not had anyone reach out in any way and continue to get spam to extend on a warranty for the Nissan I never financed!!
This guys are fraud, pulls out shenanigans and tricks to up price value of any online priced vehicles!!So prepare to pay 2k to 3k more on top of base price!!Do not waist your time here!!
Robert was an amazing help. I came in he was able to get someone to diagnose my car issue right away discovered the part that was needed. Although it was not in stock, he got it ordered right away came in the next day the part was available and ready. I came in expected to wait over 2 hours and felt like I was out in about 1 1/2 hours. Great service ans very pleased!
AJ, Cass, and Andrey gave top-notch professional service. They have a new customer for life!
The high level of customer service by Luis Navarro was unprecedented. Luis made the total service process on my 2016 Nissan Altima SL an amazing experience. Luis is a rare individual, in modern times, who understands that the customer is important! I drove 1 hour to have this service done because of him. Luis Navarro is truly a customer service professional. Give Luis a salary raise! Thanks Luis! You the Man!
My husband and I just purchased our second car from Sutherlin and our experience has always been amazing. Kurt in finance has helped us both times and has gone above and beyond. I recommend Sutherlin and Kurt to everyone looking for a new car!
Nice folks ready to help you every step of the way. God bless these folks always.
The sales team and the finance team are great! I got disconnected a few times over the phone, and some of the customer service was lacking over the phone. Happy with my car though.
Me and my wife got an 2021 Altima from AJ and his service was official!!!
I paid a visit to this dealership last Wednesday to trade in my existing car at the time. The salesperson, Weis, was professional and thoughtful. It appears that they have a practice of adding additional fees totaling more than $5000 to your purchase. He did not fight me when I stated I was not paying those fees. To be fair the cosmetics on my then vehicle left something to be desired. But the engine is good, so they did me a solid on my trade in. Soooo let’s talk about financing. They would not accept the offer I had from Capital One claiming they called Capital One to verify my offer. I learned today that that was a lie. They ran my credit through 7 different financial institutions 2 days in a row. If you are to deal with a finance manager choose Mr. Kim and not Curtis. He is a slick fast talking salesman. I am not counting Sutherlin out for future purchases, but I know who I would rather do business with there. The dealership I worked with in PA provided your first 6 oil changes free. Sutherlin makes you pay for a $1773 package to get oil changes. I’m just saying.
My service advisor Grace is always pleasant and professional. She always makes me laugh.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle at Sutherlin Nissan. The process was stress free and pleasant.Nesrin was very knowledgeable and made the process really smooth, I was in and out in less than 2 hours.Mr.Kim in finance, was great as well, he went above and beyond to help me with my financial needs.I highly recommend Sutherlin Nissan Mall of GA.
What a wonderful experience here at Sutherlin Nissan mall of Ga ! AJ the sales manager is a very decent guy ! Helped me and my brother buying his very first own car . Finance was smooth and quick !
They were very busy but super fast and courteous. This was what made the visit very impressive.
From sales to after-sales maintenance, they do very well. Treat customers with patience to respond to any questions from customers, and will not show impatient attitude. It is highly recommended to come here to buy a car and maintain it.
Stopped by on Saturday and was just shopping around. The customer service I received was excellent. Very attentive and answered all my questions. When I am ready buy I will be back. Great atmosphere.
