STOP THE 21”s! When I purchased my 2020 Chevy Blazer Premier I was very pleased with the car I purchased. The one star is not the car itself. It’s the 265/45/21 tires on the vehicle that’s the problem. The tires may look great but when you go to replace them you can’t readily find them without ordering them. Those sizes can’t be found with a warranty as well and I have been told by several places that sell those tires including Chevy that the reason those tires aren’t warranted is because they are thin and aren’t expected to last. When you’re spending close $1400.00 or more you would think you could get tires that you feel confident in. You definitely don’t think you would need to do this every year but you just might with the 21”s. This means you will probably need to replace more often. The 235/55/20 are also an option on the Premier Blazer but that means you will need to get new wheels in order to not deal with the 21”s. In the long run, may be worth it because that size is more available and comes with a warranty! I have reached out to GM as well as this dealership but I was told they look good on the Blazer and there was nothing that could be done. I told them I wanted them to know how much of a replacement problem the 21”s are and as a customer I’m NOT happy!

Great experience. Volume dealer willing to bend in order to make it work. Im only writing a review in hopes that somebody at Rick Hendricks who cares and can actually do something about the problem of customers being LIED to, IGNORED, TRICKED and GIVING THE RUN-AROUND will take action. Been waiting 3 MONTHS after multiple attempts to get some satisfaction with NO SUCCESS. Even though at least twice on the website it says customer satisfaction is a priority. Its hard to get anything thing done at a place that hires CROOKED PEOPLE to train and lead other CROOKED PEOPLE. Hopefully someone with some real authority and integrity will read this.

I bought a 65K Truck from here. They told me they would order the running board for the truck I just purchased from them. Part of the deal was they needed to provide them. The dealership never put the running boards on my paperwork and told me it was because they didnt want the bank to know about it. They wrote me hand written WE OWE for the running boards. It has been 5 months on a 2 week order and no running boards, and not to mention management wont even call me back to rectify the situation. I have texted my sales person 16 time and called the dealership 8x. I will never by another vehicle from them again. I would recommend that you dont either because being honest and taking care of the people that spend money at their business does not seems to not be important to them.

I’d give less than one star if possible. I put money down on a Silverado, and was promised delivery in a week. We’re going on two weeks now, no truck and my sales person has disappeared into the ether. If there is no truck today, I’ll be getting my money back and going elsewhere. This place is a joke. Don’t spend your money here.

From the time we met Jeremiah at Hendrick he provided nothing but first class service. He provided us breakfast after we went on the test drive. He made jokes and entertained our 5 year old twins. Our entire car purchasing experience was excellent due to him.

Update: After posting this review, I was finally contacted by the dealership. However, I still havent been able to get my warranty refunded correctly. They wanted a $50 cancellation fee, and were only going to refund 92% of the warranty amount. Theres absolutely no reason that the full amount shouldnt be refunded when it was supposed to be removed before I ever left the dealership with my vehicle. I still have no positive things to say about this dealership, especially as far as customer service goes.I had the absolute worst experience at this dealership than any place Ive ever been, if I could leave no stars, I would. Everyone in the finance department is absolutely useless. The man I signed my paperwork with didnt inform me that not only did I have an option to not purchase an extended warranty package, but also failed to mention that it would be added onto my monthly payment; the monthly payment I argued with 3 other finance people about getting down to where I wanted it. He never told me what my APR rate was, never mentioned who was financing me, I ended up looking all this information up in my paperwork later where I saw my monthly payment went up an extra $30/month. I was told I needed to call the next day to speak with someone about getting it fixed but when I called, twice, nobody answered. Someone in finance was supposed to call me back but never did. I didnt end up getting my car until 2 weeks after I signed the paperwork because when I was told it would be finished with safety check and detailing two days later, it wasnt done. When I did finally go pick up my car and speak to someone about the payment amount, they told me there was nothing they could do. They could take the warranty package off, but Id still be paying for it. I decided I would just refinance without the package, as the customer relations manager suggested and said she would go ahead and remove it right then. Fast forward two months, the package was never removed, and I STILL cannot get anyone on the phone to get it taken off. Ive been told numerous times someone would call me back and they still have yet to. Ive spent over 12 hours at this dealership with a 2 month old baby and am not even satisfied with the car I got. Not only will I never shop at another Chevy dealership or purchase another Chevy vehicle, Im making sure I inform everyone I know about the experience at this dealership to ensure they dont get stuck with the same horrible experience I had. I had such a good experience at the Rick Hendrick dealership in Duluth so I was hoping it would be the same here, but I was terribly wrong.

I could tell that he’s not been in the sales business too long because he was not a fast talker or aggressive in any way. It was quite refreshing! He had to jump through lots of hoops to get our deal done and, with the help of a supervisor, Ryan, we were so pleased with the outcome. Brandon has the IT factor to do anything in life he chooses... he’s kind, respectful, intelligent and works as hard as any young man we’ve ever met! Both my husband and I are in the older bracket and it was refreshing in these times to meet such a young man who has manners and respects all people. You have a gem of an employee in Brandon!! Bought a used mustang from here once. Car had been previously wrecked and I didn’t know until almost a year later that I had bought a wrecked car. I only found out about it when I called to check insurance rates. One insurance company notified me that I had a wrecked vehicle, and I had to prove that I bought the vehicle after it was wrecked. Sometime later I had some body damage problems or water was leak in from the floorboard. A friend of mine who had worked in automotive for a long time was examining the car later and noticed where there had been some pretty good body work done and where it had been covered up well. Not only that, they called me every year around the same time to try to convince me to come in and trade my vehicle for a new one. I told them after the first few years to please stop calling me. Guess what, they called and called until I eventually was able to get them to stop. And I had to tell them repeatedly they had the wrong number. Complaining to them about horrible customer service didn’t stop them calling every year. Telling them they had the wrong number eventually got them to leave me alone and remove me from their call list. My best advice is to do your research on the numbers and vehicles before you sign the paperwork. I’m sure they have some good reliable sales. My experience, cost me a lemon. I won’t be back
