My service was very prompt and I was given information regarding the fact that I may soon need to replace my two rear tires; however, I can wait awhile and then purchase four tires. I was told that it’s best to purchase four at the same time. A text was sent to me by my service technician as I waited; informing me that if I had any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. I appreciated that; however, I am sorry that I don’t remember the service person’s name. He was very professional and courteous. Thank You.
Despite frustrating experiences I have had here in the past, I had a fantastic interaction this week with the staff. Colin in the shop and Kim in the payment dept should teach courses in professionalism. Any phone call or in person interaction Ive had with them has ALWAYS been cheery and helpful. Colin called me several times to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle, and I got it back much quicker than I expected. Keep up the good work, you two!
Brought vehicle in for 40k service. Upon paying and returning home noticed burning oil smell and loss of oil pressure. Looking under the hood it appears that oil had sprayed out all over the top of the motor from the oil filter cap. Upon checking dipstick no oil present. Repeated attempts were made to contact service center and was sent to voice mail more than 5 times. No return call as of yet. Should this issue be addressed and suitably resolved I will remove this review.Update: got a call back, car to be towed to the shop tomorrow. Again will remove negative review after issue resolvedUpdate 2: problem resolved thanks a ton!
Just took delivery of my new Wrangler at Mall of Georgia yesterday - tremendous experience - the Internet sales person I worked with - Mike Clinnin - guided me through the process of the special of order, managed everything over email or over the phone, I just had to spend maybe 10 min. in the office of the Finance Manager to sign the usual papers and that was it. Mike spent all the time needed to let me drive my new car, and explain all the commands and features. Great experience from the day I placed the order to the day of delivery. Thanks.

Great experience from getting the initial quote to ordering the vehicle and taking the delivery. My salesman was Mr.Mike Clinnin. Mike made the process so easy that there were no back and forth dealings and everything was straight up front. He sent constant updates on my Jeep custom order and explained all the options on the vehicle in detail, at the time of delivery. I contacted multiple Jeep dealerships in my vehicle buying process and your dealership offered best quote and I also had great customer service. Finance manager Derrick was also great, got the paper work ready and all the numbers matched to the penny. I would highly recommend buying a jeep from Mall Of GA Jeep. I worked for about a month or longer with Chris. One day he spent a lot of time educating me on jeeps and the different options, which are a LOT and can be very overwhelming. He is not trying to sell you what he has on the lot, he tries to make sure you find the best vehicle for yourself. He would text me any time a new vehicle came in that he thought fit my needs. I test drove a lot and left many times. He was patient and if he didnt know the answer he would go figure it out for you. Go ask for Chris Melbourne, hell work hard for you.

The people are really nice and the service was good. My only complaint is the time. I was there for almost four hours. I went in for a standard service oil change and tire rotation. Also ended up needing alignment and a recall software upgrade. My appt was 2:30, I was a little early and left after 6:00. Like I said the people are great which is a lot more than I can say for some other local Jeep dealerships. Ill be back but Ill arrange to leave my vehicle there instead of wait for it.

Will easily and quickly return your calls/answer your questions when they are taking your money for a service or sale. However, to get the status of items and/or check on items youve ALREADY paid for, they will not return your calls or pickup the phone.I am in need of car repairs (potentially unsafe to drive at this point) and have contacted this dealer more than 3 times to get information necessary to get these repairs covered through an extended warranty I paid for with them. All calls have gone to voicemail and they have not been returned. Ive called several different days and times to ensure I have done my due diligence to understand availability of the party on the other end.
Hands down the worse part of this business is Neeco his attitude is down right horrible. This man clearly has some mental issues that need to be addressed. Instead of him calling me to the side to discuss my business he speaks loud and very unprofessional, but i notice earlier when he was talking to another customer he spoke with her at the table in a private area. The sale staff is very sweet and professional but that man Neeco should be fired if you can’t treat all your customers with respect you need to find a new place to work.I will go in further details with FOX 5 Atlanta on how i was treated today.

Sorry, I dont recall the name of my Service advisor. The Parts Department got ALL of my parts in for me that I had specifically requested. The Lady who answered the phone scheduled everything as per my request. All I had to do was come in, hand off my keys to the Individual who met me first. He pulled up my appointment. Then I just sit, watched TV and drink (great) coffee. All the work was performed as expected with no surprises. Have been dealing with them since 2015 and have always had a positive experience.
I had a recall on my 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited. I was greeted kindly the day of, and Josh was pleasant and fun to talk with. The wait was short and the upgrade was free. Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 lifted with new wheels and rims for $66,000! In October of 2020. Everything was fine until the vehicle had a (Service Electronic Stability Control) message with all these lights turning on March 3rd 2021 I lost acceleration on the HIGHWAY 0-60 in almost 15 minutes with no response to the pedal. I work in construction self employed and have to transport to and from work everyday. It was already late and could not call the dealership. By the next day the vehicle lights had turned off as if nothing happened. By April 19 it happened again I called the dealership made an appointment for April 23 a Thursday when the lights had already turned off hoping they could still find the issue and possibly fix. I had asked the service representative Bryan if I would qualify for a rental because I need a vehicle to get to and from work self employed and all he said he would not know until they checked the vehicle I asked when would that be and said possibly Saturday April 24. I called Saturday the representative informed me there were no service people working until Monday I had explained again I needed a vehicle for work Monday or I’d loose a day and said nothing could be done. I waited until Monday April 26 they had returned me the vehicle around lunch time. Recommend we do not mess with the pedal commander while driving. The pedal commander was installed before purchasing the vehicle we had never tried messing with it and had actually turned it off hoping it would fix the issue they had returned the truck to us in SPORT mode on the pedal commander. We went to work with it like that and noticed a change in the amount of fuel we had to spend on was more than usual. We had turned off the pedal commander once again on May 9th because the lights and sensors and acceleration issue happened again. Called the dealership asked if they can repair and said I had to make an appointment and wait for it to be serviced to decide if I need a rental. I cannot count on that since I need to work self employed again I don’t get paid for being at home I need tools to work in construction they had been no help at all. If I don’t go for work how will I pay the truck. Especially during this tough time I can’t afford to loose work.[Edit] just called the service manager, no answer, left a message
It was a great experience, so far. Your Internet Sales Manager, Mike C. was great. Knowledgeable and great listener. He understood what I was looking for, worked with me on pricing and my schedule. He said no a few times...; which was OK for me. I prefer that way; however, flexible and accommodating. I did not spend that crazy amount of time at the dealership, allowing me to do it at my own pace, but aware of his timeline. The same with the Finance Manager Derek L. No 30 forms hard/push sales of all the additional stuff. He prepared the documentation why I was in-transit and when I got there, most of it was ready. I would recommend Mall of GA Chrysler/Dodge and would go back when need a new car. Thank you for the great work. Good place for car shopping.

Awesome smooth car buying process. I recommend Carlos Thigpen as your sales consultant. He answered all my questions honestly and was transparent about every step. I researched the vehicle found the dealership new my home and met Carlos. He gave me real time info about the vehicle status daily as it was being transported to the dealership. I purchased a new Wrangler 4xe right off the truck essentially beating out other customers that were looking for th same model. Carlos sent me pictures of inside and out and even a video walkthrough. This helped ensure it was the right model and upgrades I was interested in. Got to the dealership at 4:30PM, test drove the vehicle, ran my info, left at 5:15 to get the kid from daycare. Returned at 6:00 and I left by 7:32PM with that new Car smell! Derek in Financing was awesome as well. Made process easy and helped me out as well to stay below my budget. Recommend Carlos and Derek if can get them!!!

One of if not the best vehicle purchasing experiences Ive encountered. Mike Clinnin was real and honest and gave me the best price I could find within 1000 miles on my 4xe Wrangler. I would definitely make the 750 mile trip again, and probably will. FANTASTIC experience.
There are a few caveats with the 5 stars however, the car I bought has already been used by one of the individuals at the dealership for their own personal leisure. The individuals profile and his wifes was saved to the infotainment system, the card had over 2000 miles on it and there was visibly dirt on some of the seats and mud on the rear passenger door. My wife and I also found some chips and a scooby snack under the driver side passenger seat.I asked for the car to be detailed before we left, this didnt happen as the dirt on the seat and the mud on the door was still present after being given the keys and our picture taken, there was also an outburst from one of the employees to another individual while we were waiting on our credit to be run, this was around 12 and both seemed irritated with each other.These items however trivial they may seem do not put the professionalism of the dealership in a good light. With all that being said our salesman Carlos was exceptional and treated us with respect during the whole process.

Dealt directly with Owner Cappy at JCDR Maul of Georgia and Owner Chad Sutherlin Kia Maul of Georgia.Terrible experience at Kia - Maul of Georgia. I STRONGLY ADVISE BUYER GO ANYWHERE ELSE - ESPECIALLY FOR SERVICE. I dealt directly with the owner, Chad Sutherlin. The problem starts at the top. Brought the car in for recall and other service matters. I provided my concerns and the error code print outs to Mike Taylor and Scott the service manager. They had it Tuesday - Thursday and returned with a bill for things I did not request. They said it was fixed. No it wasnt ---- why? because they were too lazy to address all recall items. The error codes I gave them were for a Brake-Pedal Stop Pad Recall on all Kia models. They NEVER addressed the issue of unknown battery drain (its the 2018 Recall). They charged for some extensive electronic diagnostic which was very time consuming they said. Paid, brought the car home - the next morning dead dead battery (which was brand new). Called out of state Kia dealership - and they immediately found the 2018 recall. It is literally a 20 cent part - Brake Pedal Stop Pad...and an easier fix. I asked Owner Chad Sutherlin, Would he buy or service a car after learning of my experience? Owner Chad Sutherlin replied, Why would I buy a car, I get a company car. He apologized for Their Failure to Provide good service ----- but he kept the blood money.....Greedy Grifters at Maul of Georgia

I was in for a recall repair. I was greeted warmly when I arrived. Darius did a great job taking care of my truck & getting me in & out quickly. This is the only location I go to for any of my truck needs.
Had to bring in my 2020 Rubicon with less than 10k miles for stereo/Bluetooth malfunction. I had to wait for 3 weeks for the parts to arrive ( zero communication while waiting for the parts even though I called multiple times and left multiple voice messages). Dropped off my Jeep at 9:30am and service advisor told me its a 2 hour job. Nevertheless, I NEVER got a phone call that day. Of course I called to find out what is going on with it but no answer/return call. I finally got a TEXT NEXT morning at 7:30am saying my Jeep is ready.Pathetic communication all around. I would never service my Jeep here ever again. Will tell others to go to Hayes CDJR or Rick Hendrick CDJR for all servicing.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and then later called to try and cancel the warranty and gap insurance so I could use somebody else. I have called Derrick in the finance department multiple times with multiple messages and nobody at this dealership knows how to return a call. I’m going on over a month dealing with the same issue. And just this week I have called three times now with not one call back. They need to teach professionalism at this dealership. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this dealer.

We brought our 2014 Dodge Challenger in for service on October 13, 2020. Met and greeted by Service Advisor Darius who remembered me from prior visits. We left the car with Darius who was again friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The oil change and tire rotation were done in a reasonable time. Weve had our Dodge Challenger serviced at Mall of Georgia Chrysler Didge Jeep since it was new. The maintenance and upgrades are performed in a timely manner and the quality of the work is top notch. No return trips, everything has been done right the first time.

I was treated with respect. I was kept informed of the status of the work and the schedule several times. The work was done within the time frame that I was told. The car was at least as clean as when I brought it in. It was an excellent experience overall.
I can’t say enough great things! My salesmen was Chris Melbourne and while I initially came to the dealership to get my old vehicle serviced. After finding out it needed very expensive repairs I decided to go with a new vehicle. Who ever wants to unexpectedly have to purchase a new car?!?!? Chris made this process very easy and seamless! In one day I was out of my new vehicle and into a new one! Thanks for all of your expertise and professionalism.! And thank you for not being “just another pushy salesmen” I appreciate you!
Me and my new husband were driving back home (Florida) from our honeymoon in Helen,GA. When my Jeep 2014 Cherokee threw a check engine light. My husband being the diesel mechanic that he is attempted to assess the situation by getting the codes read from the car. We called your dealership as were were advised to not drive home with the issue. When we called we spoke with the receptionist who stated y’all were busy but she would get us to an advisor. The phone rang and we spoke with Libby who advised us to come in as there is something they could do for us. We were so relieved which was short lived when we arrived. We were then told my random service people that they couldn’t help and there was nothing they could do. We were also informed that Libby is the receptionist and doesn’t know anything. First of all that means that we sat on hold ringing to speak with an advisor that never answered before be routed back to the receptionist. Second your receptionist was not aware of the workload by mechanics and didn’t speak with someone regarding our arrival. Lastly being a part of a team I know not everyone gets it right but you can’t have staff bad mouthing other staff. Being that my husband works for an amazing dealership and I work in customer service this is not the level of customer service we thought we would encounter. I would have given zero stars if I could have. There needs to be a process in place for one off circumstances such as these...let this be a lesson to do better. Unfortunately we will be the ones who suffer while you figure this out.
My experience was amazing my sells person Terrie and finance guy Derek helped the process go as quickly and easy as possible. ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH MY TRUCK!!! You have two amazing people working on the team, hard to find down to earth people willing to help you without worrying about there profit in the end. ASK FOR TERRIE she’s amazing!!!
Ive been using MoG CDJ dealership for almost two years now for my 2018 Rubicon and have been very pleased with the service and outcomes. Both Josh and Derious (sorry if I misspelled) have been great to work with. They are courteous, very communicative and always do what they say they will do.I came from two other Jeep dealerships where I had bad experiences with service but now am happy to drive 50+ minutes to CDJ to get service for my Jeep. We will now be bringing my wifes Jeep here as well, which is another testament to how pleased we are with the service.

We got the best deal on a 300 at this location. Terrie Miller is the best, no pressure sakes person. It was like sitting with a family member.the atmosphere was great and she gave us good vibes right away! I would highly recommend seeing Terrie and using this dealership. The process was very easy. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of us. Big thanks from the Reynolds family!
