We bought a truck from this dealership on Labor Day. It was never detailed or gassed due to the time of day and by the time we got home (40 minutes away) the truck broke down. Ended up needing a new transmission. It is a 2015 F150. It took the dealership 2 months to fix the truck. While our truck was getting fixed, we were never called and updated on anything. When I would call to check on the truck I would get a voicemail with no call back. Once we got our truck back it broke by the next day. The “new” transmission they put in the truck went out after they did the 2nd “world class inspection” and had to be towed away. Now I have made several payments on a truck we’ve drove twice. We went up to Mall of Ga Ford to talk to a manager about all of this and he refused to speak with us. He sent a sales associate out to discuss with us the only two options they would give us. 1. Get the truck reappraised and sell back to the dealership (we all know they’ll give us less than we paid) or trade in the truck for the reappraisal value (nothing on the lot we want for less than 38k) At this point we don’t even want this truck and are furious with their customer service, and the fact that the sold us a truck with a bad transmission. I will say the ladies helping us with our rentals have been great.
I was very pleased with the timing of the service rendered on my vehicle. I was not expecting such a fast response nor the timely repair. I really appreciated the experience and look forward to many more uses of your service department.
Service was very good and they treated the F150 very well and gave it a good inspection as well. My only complaint is that the final price was over $100 and for an oil change this was high. Yes it was synthetic oil.
I recently had my vehicle repaired at Mall of GA Ford. Matt Knuckles was my service advisor and he was phenomenal and has excellent customer service skills. I went there by appointment Nov. 1, 2021 for simple maintenance service, tire rotation, etc. was charged for work that I did not ask for nor was notified about. When I brought it up, nobody could explain what was actually done to my car nor why it was done. It was a small charge (about $10) but it makes me wary on their procedures should I have a significant issue.
Just had a regular check up done on the car. Nothing major.Oil change, check belts and hoses,etc. My wife left happy so all is good.

Bought my 2021 Bronco here. Dealt with Andrew M (new car orders), Andrew W (sales) and Jessica (finance, etc.). Experience was great. They came through on every verbal promise and the process was efficient and smooth. Definitely recommend them.

Our phones started dinging us with hard inquiry alerts right after they told us they couldnt do the deal with our out of state license. This place is garbage and very incompetent. Drove 2.5 hours each way from Asheville for this. Was also told on the lot that GA has no cool off period and they dont offer any return program or limited warranty like carvana, carmax, etc. Dude literally told us one we took it off the lot its ours. Run quickly from this place

Apparently they will not service your car unless the interior is clean. I arrived on time for my scheduled oil change and they made me wait for half an hour before telling me they couldnt do it as the interior of my car was dirty. Tried to sell me a detail clean as well. Not sure what the interior of the car has to do with changing the oil? Especially since clearly someone had no issues getting in and driving it up to the garage in the first place? Maybe get that guy to pop the hood open. I know its scary but I think there are a few ways around this predicament.

From the start there were a lot of promises and deals that were hard to beat. Salesman we worked with went above abs beyond. Unfortunately the upper management team are ignorant and full of lies. They feed the information down to their sales staff and hide behind the glass. All promises were broken and the overall experience was a disaster. Would never recommend working with this dealer. Notice how lazy they are. All of the replies either good or bad has a auto response. That really shows you the lack of effort in their part.

I ordered my bronco sport from mall Ford because they had the latest information last year . It came in March 5, it was what I ordered, for the price we agreed, and Adrian in sales took a lot of time explaining the many features. Service department is excellent. I will and have recommended mall ford .
Customer service was great and the prices were fair for the services on my vehicle.Update- 2 weeks later: While the customer service technicians have been pleasant and friendly the three times I have had to have my vehicle serviced in the last few weeks, looking back, I am concerned about thoroughness. When I first took my Explorer in, I told the service rep that it was vibrating when I brake. I also had an oil change and some recalls repaired. I mentioned the rotors several times. The service rep, Alan (who was friendly and communicated well), said I needed new back brake pads and that’s why it was vibrating. Scheduled another day the following week to take it in to get the back brake pads replaced. He said front brake pads were “good.” Picked it up on that day and it all seemed fine. Battery died the very next day. So why wasn’t my battery checked on the first service day when I had the oil change and it literally says on that statement “battery checked: okay.” Then fast forward to Easter Sunday and my car is vibrating when I brake at highway speeds. So, I take it back in and wait for three hours because they said my front rotors needed smoothing. Are you kidding me? I mentioned rotors over and over the first time and now I realize it was dismissed for being only a brake pad problem. If the battery and all of the rotors had been properly checked the first time, I could have saved a lot of time. I should also mention that the last oil change several months ago- they didn’t attach the cover plate back correctly and I was driving down Buford Hwy with my cover plate skidding down the road. I’ve lost confidence with them servicing my vehicle.

Excellent greeting at the service department but all downhill from there. I was quoted less than $80 for an oil change that ended up being $120. They said the tire rotation was included, so very confusing why this ended up being so expensive, $40 more than other dealerships I go to. I guess thats why they call them stealerships. Also took an hour and a half for an oil change! If youre trying to sell me an additional brake service and air filter this is not the way to do it. Poor service!
This was one of the better car buying experiences Ive had in a long long time. From the moment I inquired about the truck they were very communicative, provided any and all extra information I needed, and had one of the best prices on a very well optioned truck of anybody around. I financed through my bank and my time at the dealership was fast and efficient. They didnt try anything shady, no pressure on trying to finance internally or add any extra stuff onto the deal that I didnt want. I wouldnt hesitate to send someone up to see Derick!

Would rate Negative if I could. These people are not trustworthy in any way and will lie to you to get you to the dealership. As you can see in the details below of the truck, the price work up, and the text message conversation on the truck. I gave them my standpoint of where I was at and said I did not want to waste my time. If you read the messages you will see for yourself that I was told it could be done and that my offer would be presented. I made it clear that I did not want to waste my time. So I went home and cleared out my Subaru. I took out my dash cam that was wired in and proceeded to clear out my whole car. When I got done (1 hours worth of work) I made it to the dealership to do the deal we had discussed via text. Immediately I was told that what I discussed was not going to happen, which was the only reason I cleared out my car to come there. If I had been told that earlier via text I would have never gone to the dealership or cleared my car out. I proceeded to negotiate and talk to find out where they actually were on the offer and after 2 hours at the dealership they came back and said they met their monthly goal and the truck is no longer available at their original online price and offer seen in the attaced image. They presented me 2 more offers on the exact same truck we had been discussing but over $5000 more expensive even though we centered our discussion on the offer in the image. I walked out because they are liars and untrustworthy, they knew exactly where I stood before I came there and lied and misled me to come there and discuss and then pulled out their offer at the closing of discussion and tried to sell me the same truck for thousands more. These are not the people you want to deal with. You can read the full conversation below and come to your own conclusion. I am still driving my Subaru and will absolutely never do any business with Mall Of Georgia Ford, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. They do not care about your time at all and will blatantly lie and mislead you. I have numbered the screenshots for convenience. Also the truck was still shown online for the same price as before several days later. This goes to show the blatant dishonesty and false advertising. Either they lied when they said that price was no longer valid or it is false advertising and they have no intention of actually selling the truck at that price.
Called up to the pre-owned department about a truck on their lot. They told me the truck has gone through service and it is in detail and would be ready in a few hours. I get up there after a few hours, vehicle is not in detail and is in service. Would have been nice to know before I drove out an hour from Atlanta. Was told to come back tomorrow.

Last weekend my husband and I came to this location looking to test drive some (new) 2020 Expeditions. When we arrived a gentleman by the name of Jordan greeted us right away. We asked for the manager, Matt, whom my husband had spoken to prior and Jordan lead us directly to him. We all introduced ourselves and then proceeded with what we were looking for. Matt left us with Jordan who showed us all the Expeditions in our price range and answered any questions we had without hesitation, which I appreciated. We had just been to a Chevy dealership and the sales person hardly knew anything about the cars we were looking at, which did not help the sale. Jordan was just fantastic! Not only did he know a good bit about the car were test driving, he knew the answer to some finance questions we had as well. Together, Jordan and Matt got us the best possible deal with every rebate available to us and our situation. We ended up buying a car that day, and the transaction was seamless from beginning to end and it didnt take all day! Was truly one of the best car buying experiences Ive had to date. If you are thinking of looking at Fords stop at this location and ask for Jordan (sales rep) and Matt (manager). You wont regret it!

Marilyn at the service department was awesome! She took vet good care of me. The young millennial kid working parts is very inconsiderate of the customers and we were not happy. He moves like a snail and his face says it all. He’s only there for a paycheck and could care less about customer satisfaction. That being said I told Marilyn at the service center my issue at parts and she moved me up in line and went behind the counter and got me my part for me while the parts kid had a smug look on his face. He needs discipline as a worker and I know because I manage my own company and customer service is number one. But because of one bad egg I’m not gonna give a bad review. My son and I went to two dealerships before we went to Mall of Georgia Ford. And I found more selection of vehicles that were in the other dealerships and the salesman Kevin was courteous and knowledgeable with the vehicle I was looking for. Also Kevin McBride the sales manager was friendly and very professional as well!!! Also I commend Daren Bennett for making it easy and smooth on the signing of all the paperwork that needed to be signed. My salesman James Shellaugh and the finance department were easy to work with and pleasant through the negotiating process. I came in prepared with my own financing and a price range Not only did we settle within my price point but the finance department were able to best my rate by almost a full percentage point. Good guys and good customer service, a rarity these days.

I had went to Rick Hendrick Mall of Ga and was given the run around 2 days. I was going to give up. Then Justin Hopkins called about a vehicle I had looked at online at Mall Of Georgia Ford. I purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer Limited from this location in June. I’ve also done business with the service department with my previous 2017 F150. My sales rep was nice, and the experience coordinator here was also very pleasant so for that I’ll give 2 stars. The service department at this location is amongst the absolute worst I have ever dealt with though. The staff is rude and dismissive. They speak to you as if you are inconveniencing them. I have had experience with 3 separate advisors since March, and they have all been bad. I currently have 3 valid warranty issues with a vehicle that I spent $50,000 on with them 2 months ago, and the advisor laughed at me when I asked about a rental while my car spends all day with them being diagnosed. I dropped my wife’s Honda off down the road at the dealership & and the difference in the way they treat their customers is night and day. I brought my concern up to Sterling the director over the service department and of course he chalks it up to COVID. COVID or not, it takes literally nothing to treat your customers with respect. Sterling stated I he would follow up with me within a day regarding my terrible experience, of course I have not heard anything back almost a week later.

Bought a new Mustang Ecoboost this past March (4th car purchased from Mall Of Georgia Ford). Online price was $23,000. MSRP was $28,400. After discussing Veterans discount (Im a disabled veteran) They took me for $32,000 on the purchase and then added everything under the sun to get me at $40,000. This is a base model mustang that they charged me more than a GT for.....Customer loyalty means nothing to these people. Ive had a manufacturing related issue from week one that has still not been resolved!!!

Ive been in the search for a new car and Mall of Georgia Ford had some great deals going on at the time so I picked out a car. When i went in, they already had the car pulled for me to look at but were very patient and accommodating when I wanted to look at a different color.
