I just bought myself a new truck the other day and I would like give a shout out to Eliot. He is an exceptional sales associate. He above and beyond to get me the truck Ive been looking for. It took a while because of the chip shortage, but he would always keep me updated about inventory and that he was still looking for what I wanted. We finally had one come in that i was looking for. He was very thorough and answered any questions I had and if he didnt know he didnt hesitate to go find the answer. He made sure I had all my questions answered before I left. I also made sure I had his business card, because Im definitely going back to him when we decide to purchase another Ford in a year or two. Thank you Eliot.

Bought this ford focus about 3 months ago, then my car broke down..but I had this ford blue warranty so theyre supposed to just diagnose it and give me a yes or no if the warranty can be applied, but a week later, they still havent looked it up, and I need my car for work..and when I call, this guy Brian is basically telling me to come pick it up then if I cant wait...so courteous and professional, right? Its too late for me, but to anyone who reads,even just one..save yourself and do not do business at this location...very extremely dissatisfied with their services..

Service center is struggling. Techs troubleshot my truck for two weeks before directing me to a different service center for resolution. Poor communication overall, Id leave a voice message on some days to check on progress but not hear anything for over 24hrs. Great service from the sales team when I bought the vehicle, however the service center has definitely left me with a bad taste.

Tony and Angel are great service advisors and took care of me.
