I chose Team Ryan because they have great reviews and I was not disappointed! From the start they were very helpful and great at communicating with me about any questions I had. I have a car warranty so they helped me and contacted me with information throughout the claim process.The repair was electrical and required work on the computer (Jeep Cherokee) and they were able to affordably source the work and overall everything is back in working order. I’m so happy to have my car driving again and I’ll definitely go back for repairs in the future.

Team Ryan was recommended by my neighbor I called spoke with Seth he told me to bring it in the next morning I dropped it off at 8am. I was greeted so nicely by Marsha. I spoke with Seth he arranged for a Lyft to take me back home which was so unexpected. they emailed me back with the diagnostic of my vehicle which was my Starter was going bad they provided me an estimate I approved it and by 4 o’clock my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I have never experienced service like this with a quick turnaround I am so impressed and team Ryan will be my choice for all of my car service repairs.

Took my vehicle to these folks on a friends advise. When i arrived i told the tech that i thought that i had a negative ground problem. I had had the same problem on another one of my vehicles. I told them that i had already read the codes on my emission system and to ignore them. I said look for the negative ground problem. and reset my tire pressure sensors when they did the tire rotation. Instead they read the codes on my emission system, did not address the negative ground problem, nor did they reset my tire pressure sensor.. So for $234.20 i got a tire rotation and an oil change. What a deal.

Team Ryan is awesome. A/C stopped working on my Accord. Took it Team Ryan who got on it right away. Turned out to be a bad condenser. They had the part the next morning and the car was ready by noon. Repairs were very reasonable and guaranteed. I’m sure a dealer would have been double plus I would have to wait several days. Can’t say enough good things about Team Ryan! Highly recommend!

I had a good experience with Team Ryan - they took notes about the things I was concerned about (dashboard lights flashing, odd smell, etc), provided thorough documentation with pictures for everything they checked, and did the tune-ups/fixes at a reasonable price with a line item list of all the charges. It took them less than a day to finish the work on my car and they have good hours. I will definitely be coming back for future tune ups!

I used this company several months ago and the coupon I had was not actual cost for oil changed. This time it was applied to the final cost for the service. Upon completion I was never informed of other fees being added for the service until I reviewed my invoice. The coupon was applied to the final cost which I was under the impression that the coupon was the actual cost other than taxes. Customer service was great which actually won me over. My Mercedes requires professionals and this company is the best. I have always been pleased with their service and since my car has required extensive work and cost I have relied on their expertise. I live in TN, but plan trips to GA for maintenance and oil changes. I have family close by and plan my visits.Over the last year I also had to have the AC repaired and they did great job too.This time around during the oil change a leak was noted and repaired.Danny and Heidi are the best! If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience. Had two different appointments set with them for an oil change special through a mailer I received. They asked me to come back for the second appointment and they would get me taken care of. Waited almost 4 hours and watched several vehicles get serviced ahead of me even someone who came in 2 hours later than me. Mind you I was the only person waiting on there vehicle. Dan made no attempt to make it right or the new employee who put me in the pile with the drop offs that get worked in throughout the day. That got figured out while my vehicle sat in a parking spot for 2 hours untouched. Suggestion to management is train your employees better and until they know what theyre doing with your system or lack there of dont take their word that a customer told them the opposite of what a customer is sitting in front of you telling you wasnt true. Long story short I didnt get serviced and Dan took out his frustrations from a customer who was giving them all types of heck over the phone about what he was quoted vehicle unseen for an ac repair. I wouldnt recommend going to them for anything. Theyre dysfunctional and not able to man up and own their mistakes. I can only imagine how warranty repairs are treated. But by all means go there if you want your time and energy wasted by an owner whos attitude and mentality trickles down to his incompetent staff. Cant wait to see the bogus reply Dan tries to leave to make the situation look any better.

Have used dealer service on all our vehicles. After our last two service appointments that took forever we decided to try someone new. We’d seen Team Ryan all the time as we drove by. We received a flyer and decided to see what a smaller, local hometown service operation would be like.Immediately impressed with the level of communication and timeliness of info and ultimately repairs. Plus, we save about $150 on the same repair the dealer quoted us. May have found our new local small business owner we will work with going forward.

I sat in the waiting room while they serviced my vehicle and overheard a number of other customer interactions, all of which were treated equally well. Of the many places Ive taken my cars over the years, Team Ryan is #1 in how they treat people. I havent compared their prices with other shops, but what I paid was in the normal range for the services I received. Absolutely no complaints here - only compliments for excellent service and doing many little things they dont have to, but do. Ill be back!

They had excellent customer service and theywere very professional. The work details were clearly explained and they made the entire process simple.

A lot of attention to detail and a list of repairs and photos of what needed to be done. They stayed with OEM parts and not cheap aftermarket parts A+. Installation of parts looked professional, fixing the issue at hand and adding to other concerns they found during diagnostics just for awareness. So far vehicle is running great with no signs of previous issues for which it was brought in for. Communication was consistent the entire time the vehicle was in the shop. Would recommend.

I was amazed when I walked in the door nicest automotive waiting room ever. Staff was super friendly. Service was fast. They emailed me the readout of inspection including photos. Price was unbelievable first time that I ever had service done and felt that I didnt pay enough.Thank you Team Ryan!

Work was done well - very friendly, however price seemed high. First attempt to fix, they could not reproduce the problem and was charged for the labor. Second attempt, I brought in diagnostic report that pinpointed the issue. They ran the diagnostics which was very expensive, ordered the failed connector (cheap part), and total bill was just under $400. Lot of labor costs in here when we pretty much knew the problem coming in.

Team Ryan always does top notch work on our 83 Vanagon Westfalia. This van needs a lot of love and we never question the work performed. Thanks for taking good care of your customers.

They are way too expensive. I called another mechanic I trust that’s in the other side of town and he said he could do the job for approx $400 less. But it’s too inconvenient for us to take it there.

I just came in for inspection of some parts i put on . And wanted to make they where put on correct. They let me know what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The cost for the inspection from some professional mechanics was well worth it.I plan on using them for things i cant fix and oil changes and drum brakes.

I received excellent service at this facility. They listened to me and found the problem. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs.

I brought my 2014 Toyota Venza in for an Oil change and to have the emergency brake adjusted. They did a thorough inspection of the entire car and offered to rotate and balance my tires but I had just had that done so I opted out of that. I had my cabin and air filter replaced, oil change and emergency brake adjusted for around $300. I thought that was a pretty good deal and they REALLY keep you informed on progress and REALLY follow up on their service. Im sure Ill use them again. They also informed me that my brakes, mainly the front needed attention, however Im going to install ventilated rotors and new pads myself. They were fine with that and didnt try to talk me out of it. Ill definitely do business with them again.

After a less than satisfactory experience with my local dealer, I was feeling hesitant to take my car back there for some upcoming major maintenance. I am approaching 100k miles and I am trying to get everything I can out of my Challenger R/T.Team Ryan was able to put my mind at ease with a very fair quote, an easy appointment process, and consistent follow-up throughout the day, as well as after the work was completed. I was also pleased to find a nice note and small bottle of sanitizer waiting for me in my car when I picked it up.My Challenger feels new again, and I look forward to returning next time my car needs any work.

Another repair shop (with a good reputation) kept my car three weeks without finding the problem. I decided to take it to a certified mechanic and within less than 24 hours Ryans mechanics found and corrected the problem. It was a rather obscure parasitic battery drain. I cant say enough good things about these guys. They saved me from having to buy a new car. I will never go any where else again.

I am one of those folks who have long searched for an automotive service/repair company that I could feel comfortable trusting with my car. Over the years, I have been overpriced, sold on unnecessary repairs and had repairs fail to resolve the issue for more than a handful of days. Team Ryan Automotive earned my trust in a single visit. They took care of me quickly, were completely transparent throughout the process, and did a perfect job fixing my car. Payment was easy, and pick-up fit my after hours work schedule. They even reached out to me in the days that followed to make sure everything was good with my car. I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough. I took my recently purchased 2004 Jeep Wrangler Sport to Team Ryan for a general inspection and to address some issues that I knew were brewing. I knew they would approach the project with professionalism and honesty. After a very thorough inspection, they were able to identify the problems and come up with a plan. There were some major issues as anticipated including rebuilding the rear differential, replacing the rear axle, replacing worn out shocks, fixing a check engine light issue, a much needed tune up, front axle u-joints replaced along with a few minor issues that were easily addressed. The were repairs were done professionally, ahead of schedule and below estimate. I feel very good knowing that the vehicle has been carefully examined, repaired and is reliable for future adventures. It now rides like a dream and will be enjoyed by the family for a long, long time. Thanks Guys for a well done job!

This team is great, I found them by accident online and only been with them for a few months but they have been very honest and trustworthy which it what I look for when needing a mechanic.

I took my truck in to have the drive shaft and U joints checked and repaired. Was told they couldnt do this type work after they checked it. I left with battery and electrical issues. The truck was completly fine electrically before going there. Would not reccomend.

The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and at time with finishing the job. They’ll give you an honest advise how to save money.

Called to get a rough estimate on a tune up and thermostat replacement with flush and fill on the cooling system. Pretty basic, easy to look up parts, labor time and costs (mind you a rough estimate). Was told they could not give me one over the phone! So I assume they want me to risk it over heating or tow it there with no rough idea and just leave it there with a blank check? Pass. I was asking for basic service costs not a hard question. Dealership looked it up in under 5 minutes...There was no rude conversation here from the person I spoke with or from myself. I accepted that he could not give me an estimate for basic service and have moved on and have taken my business elsewhere. Im easy going and understand a basic cost is not exact as more costs can come into play once you get into the job but its good to have an idea of what sort of price range your getting into before making a decision and committing. I was able to call another shop and get a reasonable expectation of price and time on the repairs and am sure if other issues arise he will let me know and am confident in his abilities and honesty. So Im fine. The other shop listened and sent me a itemized list of parts and labor barring any unforeseen issues which could come up. So Im good. Your guy on the phone was nice but made it clear he couldnt help me over the phone or give me any idea.

They are the people you can count on “it will be done right or we will make it right.” I am well impressed with this business.

The employees are super kind and always make sure my cars are 110% safe and fixed before I leave. They are also very welcoming and a joy to talk to! Two weeks ago I brought my Jeep in due to it stalling out. I was notified by the shop that my Fuel pump was bad and in need of replacement. They quoted me $1,700 which I thought was very pricey, so I decided to get a second opinion. The second opinion showed that my fuel pump was in fact not bad; the car was just low on oil which triggered it to stall as a safety mechanism. Also, while I was at the other shop I asked them to quote me a fuel pump replacement just to verify the previous quote I received, and they said they could replace for $850.I notified Team Ryan management of my experience. They gave me a second quote. Team Ryan said they were not sure what had happened and requoted me the same fuel pump replacement for approx. $750.The personnel at Team Ryan were very nice, but the issue is that if I hadnt questioned the pricing I would have paid double for a service that I didnt even need in the first place. I am very disappointed in this place. They did refund me for their diagnostic, but I will not take my vehicles here in the future due to untrustworthy pricing.

The front office staff was extremely pleasant to work with and provided great communication along the way. They provided a Lyft ride to and from their shop, so that I didnt have to sit in their waiting room for hours while my car was worked on. This was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely use them again.

Team Ryan resolved an issue on my older European car that was supposedly fixed by another shop. The car now runs like it was when it was brand new. Very happy with the end result in terms of the performance of the car (not so on my pocket book, but safety first.) This will be my default mechanic going forward. Do ask for Danny - a very trustworthy person.

Team Ryan was not very transparent with me about what I was going to be charged for a service when I called and came in asking for a quote on a specific service I wanted done.Ended up being sent away from the business after I tried to clear up confusion between the words spoken by myself and the gentleman at one of the desks.The owner, assuming Mr Ryan himself, interrupted the conversation we were having (rude in my opinion but whatever)and called the service representative to his office. He came back and wished me on my way.I don’t dislike these guys, I really wanted my truck to be serviced here. They seem good, but I think an opportunity for business and community friendship was passed up and was not afforded the respect that should be given to any potential customer in my opinion .Thus I have had to tell my friends and customers to not go here. I just wish the experience could have gone better. Would like to contact shop and owner again or visit but I am afraid I would be treated with bias or the door shut in my face.

Truly the best in Gwinnett.From the time you walk into the home-like office, to when youre driving away the entire experience screams Real Human Being. Ryan or whoever is at the desk at the time tells you exactly how it is, exactly what you need/whats recommended (without pushing or forcing you into anything, every potential service is precisely explained and given pros and cons) and a very accurate timeframe in which said work is to be done by. I knew it was a risky decision when I couldnt even get a quote on the cost of resurfacing rotors over the phone. I thought 4.8 stars they should be good, Ill try them. Oops! I went in and was told they would check it out and the price of the inspection would be taken off the repair. Probably should have asked how much the inspection was but they also should have told me prior... $69.99! Wow! I paid them and took my car to Firestone for a FREE inspection. I also took advantage of the FULL car inspection for $23. Ultimately, this is my fault or not trusting my gut especially with all the signs. Rookie move

Not knowing any reputable mechanic shops I decided to have my Jeep towed to Team Ryan because of their great reviews online. I called that morning to let Danny know that they had my Jeep at their shop and I expressed my concerns. Not only did Danny empathize with my concerns he called me several times in a 3 day period to keep me informed and quoted me a great price to get my Jeep back on the road.
