Tyler Lachniet met me when I arrived and was probably the best car salesperson I have ever had. I buy cars every 3 years or so and he had me in the car I wanted with a great deal quickly. His attention to detail, attitude and non-pushy manner was spot on. He did not drag the process on and on like many dealers do and I felt he was forthright with everything. I would very highly recommend him to anyone.

They made us waste our time. After losing more than 3 hours and reaching an agreement and putting the initials on the paper in which he showed us the last offer, the sales rep did not return but one who told us it was the manager saying that he had made a mistake with the monthly payment. and the sales rep did not have the decency to approach us to apologize. We will not go back to Mall of GA Mazda dealer even if they give us a car as a gift. They are not trustworthy people and they do not value clients time. Luckily for us, we found another dealer where they gave us what we were looking for.

BEST dealership in town, hands down! In December 2020 we were ready to buy a new vehicle, and thus completed our due diligence. We test drove 8 different vehicles, across 8 different manufacturers, and ultimately decided on a Mazda. It simply looks great, inside and out, and has every luxury touch, yet is competitively priced. Why would you pay more, seriously? Upon deciding on a Mazda, we met with three different dealers (the leading Mazda dealerships North of Atlanta) and The Mall of GA Mazda won our business. They were the most professionally run dealership across all of the manufacturers, to include the other two Mazda dealerships. I met with the General Manager, Brandon Apon, and it became readily apparent ‘why’ the dealership was operating differently…I could literally list the qualities Brandon exhibited as a manager, but I will simplify it by stating, that you will not get better customer service, anywhere. Mazda needs to do everything they can to retain employees like that.In fact, in April 2021, we were ready to buy another new vehicle, and The Mall of GA Mazda made that process just as easy as the first. I’m sure every dealership wants to earn your business through the customer service skills they present, but in reality, there’s a difference in how the manufacturers (want) the dealerships to treat customers, and how they (actually) do…not at The Mall of GA Mazda. They not only earned our business through the customer service skills they presented, but they earned our respect through the character they exhibit their customers.Needless to say, from a customer who has purchased two new vehicles in the past few months, The Mall of GA Mazda is the best dealership in town.

I have bought two cars at Hendrick Mall of Georgia Mazda. Not only do I like their service department (which is one of the reasons I bought a second car at this dealership), I thought my buying experiences were two of the easiest I have ever had. Tyler, my salesman, was so terrific that he sold me a Mazda when I planned to buy a completely different make. With no pressure, he sold me on a different model of car and won my unwinnable husband over as well. Then, he handed me a paper with the walkout price- no goofing around with monthly payment garbage to confuse me into paying more than I wanted. I was satisfied with my final price. The warranty is awesome and I felt valued from start to finish.

Meh. Expect problems. If you know what you want and are willing to spend hours reading the fine print (You absolutely need to.) They might sell you a car. Dont call with questions either. Youll get the brush off from the receptionist too. Mazda doesnt have the brand loyalty to withstand this kind of service.

Friend of mine went to buy a Mazda here. Had an appointment setup to look at one he was serious about getting, but when he showed up he was told they already sold it. That’s expected however we were never told that it had been sold until we got there, with him expecting to make a deal. Essentially a waste of time. They showed him another one instead, and even though he had a document to prove he had financing available, the dealer wouldn’t come down on the price of the Mazda which was ridiculously high in the first place. I’ve noticed their prices are criminally high and they will not or will hardly negotiate the prices on their cars under the guise of “we have non commissioned salesmen so they’re already priced competitively”. WRONG. In 2017, I bought a white 2016 Mazda 3 base hatch with 11k miles for $14k in North Carolina, at a good dealership (Flow Mazda). I told them that and my friend and I even presented the salesman a picture of another Mazda 3 at another dealership that was a few thousand dollars less with significantly less miles. He handed my phone back and said “yeah I can’t do that”. If you’ve ever been to another car dealer, you’ll know their prices are insanely high just by walking around the lot. The only reason I’m leaving two stars is because when I had that Mazda 3, their maintenance department took great care of it.EDIT: Talked to a manager about our experience. While I still think their prices are way too high, even for a dealership, he seemed genuinely interested about our experience and how a lack of communication lead to our time being wasted. Ended up buying a comparable Mazda6 for a few thousand less at another dealership.

This is our 2nd used truck purchase from Mazda MallOf Georgia. Each experience has been wonderful. Quick, easy and straight forward. It’s not unusual to sit at a dealership for hours on end haggling about your trade in and the price of your new purchase, but not here. Joshua was super friendly and made our deal quick and painless. My husband got what he wanted for his trade in and Joshua was able to get our payments down to what we needed. If you’re in the market, Mazda Mall of Georgia is well worth the trip!

I typically like to get the best pricing via the internet (dealer website, TrueCar, etc.) before I set foot on a dealer lot. In my case, Id driven the car I wanted to buy so I didnt need to do that. I just wanted the best deal. I was able to get a trade-in value for my car, and internet pricing as the framework for my deal. I was able to share pictures of my trade-in and all the details they needed to price it. We worked together over a two-week window and got to a point where we could jump on a call together. It took 8 minutes to finalize the numbers on the phone. Dwayne was terrific.Thirty minutes later I arrived at the dealership with my two oldest kids in hand to learn about the car buying experience. We were warmly greeted by Austin who took us through the rest of the process. We experienced no hiccups, delays or, what I feared the most, no deal changes. It went as it should go but rarely does.Stephen in the finance team was equally as friendly and efficient. Kudos to Mall of Georgia Mazda for leveraging a paper-free close, using a cool table integrated computer, and giving us all our deal paperwork in a USB drive instead of a bulky folder.This is how car buying should go. Last month we purchased a Mazda CX-30 at Mall of Georgia Mazda. We had a fantastic experience leasing our new CX-5 at Mazda Mall of Georgia! Our salesperson, Chase Burks, went above and beyond. Knowing we recently had a baby, he went into great detail on the safety features (and ease of cleaning) for different trims, which was very helpful. We were easily able to trade in our vehicles and the financing process was very straightforward. We definitely plan to purchase either our current vehicle or an even newer one after this lease runs out. Either way, it will be at this Mazda dealership!

Very unprofessional. I found a car advertised by them on Auto-trader. Once we went there, they claimed the car was in transit and wouldnt arrive for another week. I was Ok with that. Then they told me the price was in fact three thousand Dollars more than they had advertised on Auto-trader, and gave me this song and dance about how that was a third party add, how the price shown there is less because they were not sure about the MSRP,.... So I went to another Mazda dealership and bought the car on the same day at the lower price. Nice people but bad culture.
