Customer service was great. I knew walking in what car I wanted. The issue came with financing. 36k car 15k in cash with good credit. Went over logistics and everything was ok. Was asked if I wanted warranty and told the financial advisor no. After having to come back to get a cashiers check the financial advisor continued to try to push the product. I gave In purchased “bumper to bumper” coverage on a new car that already had warranty. Tried to use the coverage recently was denied. I have been calling and emailing to remove this product and have been receiving the runaround. Because I naively trusted the sales guy I didn’t even look at my paperwork and when I did I noticed the car price was bumped up to almost 38k. I am super disappointed in the dishonesty that partook especially when I came in as an unproblematic customer.

I was referred to ALM Mall of Georgia by a previous customer. Upon arrival, Kristen Lewis was very attentive and provided top notch service. She didnt provide unsolicited opinions about what vehicle I should purchase neither did she pressure me about making a purchase. We just bought a 2019 Ford Taurus for our son from ALM Mall of Georgia and it was worth the hour plus drive. This was one of the easiest and pleasant car buying experiences we’ve had. Rich Kemp was our salesman and he was awesome. I contacted him yesterday afternoon after finding the car online and he sent me a video inside and out before we made the drive over. I contacted him several times asking questions and he got back to me immediately. The car is beautiful and just what my son wanted. Rich couldn’t have been more helpful.

We went in and dealt with Jeffrey. At the beginning of the process, it was fine. When it got down to the details, there was zero effort put in to try and work out a deal. No negotiation whatsoever and we were told his boss would “get mad at him” if he went back and talked to him again about our numbers. We felt like it was very unprofessional and rude considering we drove two hours because we had heard such good things about this dealership. All in all, we left very frustrated and will not be back.

The people were tolerable for a used car dealership. Not overly nice or too pushy. That is not the issue.I bought my car back in January of 2021. I still have not received my tag. I have called about every 3 weeks since March and get the same answer. They don’t know and it’s corporates responsibility. I’ve called corporate and they say the dealership is responsible for the tag. Regardless it has been 5 months and still do not have a tag.Today was the tipping point. Each time I call they act shocked that I still do not have my tag and say I need to call corporate. Today, the representative said he would call me back in 10 min with an answer. 4 hours later, no call.Did I buy a dirty car? Seems shady… I will not be back..

Absolutely horrible experience. Bought my car from here a while back. They included in my contract that a small tear in the driver’s seat would be fixed by ALM. I have called them and emailed them over 20 times in total to get it fixed with zero follow up from their end. Every time I call, they say someone will reach back out to me, and no one has ever tried to call me. All my emails have gone unanswered as well. Once they get your money, they will not acknowledge you at all. I don’t recommend shopping here; there are plenty of dealers in Atlanta with better customer experience.

My family has been buying cars from ALM for years and I highly recommend buying a car from here with the inspection. There is risk involved when buying a pre-owned car but, ALM offers an inspection included in the sale price. I recently bought a car from Mark, who helped me find what I needed.

BE-WARE! My wife bought a used vehicle from ALM Buford and it has been a terrible experience. We have purchased many used vehicles over the last 25 years and never received the type of rude, arrogant treatment like this after a sale. We know that older vehicles often need work, but our mechanic told us to take the vehicle back if we could because he said it looked like not even basic inspection or preparation was done to the vehicle before the sale and it needs major engine work. In my opinion, this dealership lacks integrity in the way in which they do business. From being handing a keyfob that didnt work ($300 to replace) to my wife breaking down in traffic the month after purchase, things went south fast. She tried to call many times to speak with a manager at ALM Buford (over 20 attempts) to discuss the issues, but no manager would ever come to the phone or return her call. Finally she spoke with Cade yesterday, a manager at their corporate office, and he was rude, condescending, and demeaning to my wife. She called me in tears after her conversation with him. When she said she was going to request the money back on her credit card for the non-working keyfob she was given, he threatened to personally come to our home and arrest her for theft...This is unbelievable! I dont know if he thinks this is Jim Crow days, but the way he spoke to my wife was completely unacceptable. I highly caution anyone about this dealership. There are many options of dealerships where they treat their customers respectful and dealerships who do their due diligence when inspecting vehicles before sale. The way we were treated is worse than the issues with the vehicle itself.

Went in on a Sunday and was immediately greeted by Ken. The first car that I wanted had already been sold (a white Honda Accord), but luckily there was a white Honda Civic on the lot that had very low mileage. We went to ALM in Buford with a few vehicles in mind that we wanted to test drive for our next vehicle. Ken was an amazing sales person, and not pushy at all. He not only showed us the vehicles we specifically went to test drive, but also suggested a couple other options. He even went so far as to advise which options would be best for us, and our budget (i.e. warranty remaining, safety ratings, and re-sale values). He worked with his manager to get a fair trade in value for our old car, and came down on the asking price to make sure it was within our budget.Collin (?) in Finance was awesome to work with too. He knew we were anxious about the vehicle being literally 6 miles from the 36K warranty expiring, but adding the extended warranty now didnt work within our budget. When we came to pick up the vehicle, after they detailed it, Collin had worked with their manager to increase our trade value, and even further reduce the asking price of the new car, so the extended warranty would fit in our budget now. Were so thankful for the peace of mind an extended warranty provides.We will definitely tell people how awesome ALM is, and suggest they ask for Ken when they visit.Thank you ALM :-)

I recently bought a car from them a couple months ago and thought that they would send the tag since they have all the information. Called and Rosa said no that I needed to go to the tag office and get it myself. Since it expires soon and never received anything I had to take care of the tag issue myself. I was about to go when she called back and said hey do emissions on it and then I’ll see what I can do to help you. I bought a brand new car from them and they can’t even help with an issue they should be in charge of. This is the second car I buy from them but don’t keep their word on anything. This is the last time I purchase anything from them and will not be recommending them to anyone.

They said they would detail it and there were bug spots on the hood they said required repainting the hood. Both no follow up and suggested fix. Our Daughters first car.

Ive sound that alot of the dealerships are pricing their cars as one price like carmax does and ALM is no different and honestly it makes the whole buying process easier, either the price is good or its not, and ive found that their prices 99% of the time are well below what even Kelly Blue Book says they should be.
