I worked worked different people on 2 different occasions. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful they knew what I was looking for and what phone would work for what I needed to do with it. It was a very fast and pleasant experience. They didnt try to over sell or talk me into something I didnt need. Highly recommend.

Only reason I went to this store was for an in-store pickup after ordering a phone online from Verizon. It should have been a 2 min in and out transaction, an hour and a half later I was able to go home with my new phone that was not properly setup. Now I have to do a factory reset and redo it all myself.I was told the store had a system problem that would require me to cancel my order that was through Verizon wireless directly. Then reorder the phone through this store instead otherwise I would not be able to get my phone that day. After cancelling the order like I was asked and reordering, my new bill for the phone was another $25 higher because they require a setup and go charge that the only clerk working could not remove.So I had him set it up since I was paying for it. During that setup there is a whole group of questions the phone asks you about how you want it. He made every selection without ever asking me my preference choice. Now half of my text messages are missing, every WIFI I had setup is missing. Every time I have setup my own I have never had a problem with this.I would not suggest to go to this store.***Update***They responded by asking me to call their customer service number. I sat on hold and then was told someone else would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. Its been 48 hours and I still have not heard back.I will again make the suggestion not to use this store, or possibly others owned by Victra now based on this.
Chris did a great job of alerting me to an issue with my phone. I upgraded to the exact phone I wanted. Great service and I felt I could trust him.

Jody Gundberg was our Verizon retail manager at the Buffalo MN Verizon store. She helped us get all set up with new phones plus a phone watch for my husband. The watch will give me peace of mind with a medical alert on the watch for my husband as he farms at his daughters home when no one else is home. JODY IS EXCELLENT IN HELPING WITH QUESTIONS FROM US, PLUS GREETING EACH PERSON AND MAKING THEM FEEL I MPORTANT AND NOT JUST A NUMBER AS THEY ENTERED THE STORE. THANK YOU!

Not a good experience. The lady who helped us had no idea what she was doing, misrepresented their add-on programs and warranty claims, and charged us an extra “set up and go plus” $20 fee per device without asking and without permission. I will not go back.
Customer service isnt a priority in store and they must get bonus for cross selling certain accessories as the sales guy was really pushing one I didnt want. Wont be back to this store again for anything.
