After having 1 cell phone provider for 30 years I decided maybe see about trying someone else. So I went to boost on elmwood ave and trying to get some info, the clerk behind the counter was more interested in what was on her cell phone then trying to tell me offers, sales, plans etc. She never left from behind the counter. I walked out. Too bad for you boost. Will never recommend you!!

Went in there to switch my phone from Metro pcs and walked out with a deal for me and my kids tysm appreciate your help come stop buy and upgrade your phones or even switch over still get a deal

I was at boost mobile and got the deal of a lifetime on upgrades on all 3 lines! Now my son can be happy because they were able to get him a phone for next to nothing! I like this location, its not crowded and I got the attention and all the answers needed and great phones at a great discount!!!

One of the best more professional locations in Buffalo. They have a new and improved store and provide top notch customer service. The person working there helped me with my phone even though I did not purchase it from that location. Would definitely recommend.

When I called what is listed as Boost Mobile a man answered and didnt say boost he said something else so I asked of this was in fact boost. And he saidFU** NO and hung up... Not sure who they are bit I would never deal with a company like that!!!
