Great customer service and Augusta and brittney are so nice and helpful.

So far the best service Ive received in years!! Tierra helped me with my brand new refrigerator and stove and it was worth everything. Ive never been in a store where they honestly treat you like family!! Not only did she help me but the two guys who were placing stuff in there trucks came inside to help with the process!! I would recommend this store of business to anyone!! And I cant believe how cheap my payments are!!!

Came for a stove not for your fly mouth or your attitude i dont know her name but this location is of poor staff clearly not even greeted coming in will go to aarons -not mad but she was young sayin oh we dont sell stoves we dont sell them and we dont deliver them either ok so just leave . so to south park arrons ill go tired of premadonna atittudes anyway

The Management Mary at this location told us that the delivery was on the way more than once. We called and she said The delivery will he there in 20 min 3 seperate times during the hours 3 we waited for a 4pm-pm5 delivery. Finally at 6pm Mary tells us that the application wasnt approved.Thanks for being dishonest and wasting our time.When I called to complain about it Tierra the person who declined the application was very rude.Im gonna complain to corporate.All they had to do is be up front and tell us that they were still reviewing the application. Instead they pretended that the delivery was on the way. What they dont know is that their error possibly caused a disadvantaged person to lose out on a housing opportunity.

!!!!FAIR WARNING!!!!Absolute worst experience yet dealing with Rent A Ripoff. Fair warning to ANYONE thinking about doing business with this company, and especially this branch. DO NOT GET A PHONE THROUGH THEM!!! We received a Galaxy 9 phone from them while we waited for our Note 9 to come in. The phone they gave us as a temporary would not charge. When my wife returned the phone Demetrius the store manager apologized and said that that was an old phone just sitting around and that they hadnt checked it to see if it worked before they gave it to us. So we gave it back and waited for the Note 9. Mind you if you check their website it says their phones work with most of the prepaid carriers. When we got our Note 9 it was used for one. We requested a new one. They assured us this one was temporary until the new one came in, which of course they had no idea when it would come in. Come to find out that the Note 9 isnt compatible with almost any carrier on the market. When we called to let them know they said they had no idea that it didnt work on any carrier, so they agreed to order a 9+ which will work. Now all of a sudden a day before were supposed to get new merchandise from them, they say the original Samsung Galaxy 9 we gave them back is in fact not their phone at all, and are now accusing us of swapping out the 9 for one that wasnt theirs and are now going to make us accountable for the phone we gave back. To be clear, the only phones we have had in weeks are the ones they gave us. I very calmly tried to talk to Demetrius about the situation because I really couldnt believe what my wife was telling me, and sure enough he tells me that that wasnt their phone we gave them back. So thus by accusing us of ripping them off for a phone. THEY ARE SCAMMING US. We havent had access to any other phones but the ones they gave us. Mind you we gave them the Galaxy 9 back weeks ago, and are just now being told the phone we gave them wasnt ours. SUPER SHADY PEOPLE! If they did it to us, they will do it to you. I will be filing a grievance with the BBB and NYS Attorney general as well as contacting the news. This is absolutely horrible and I guess what you get when you deal with this type of place, so shame on us. FAIR WARNING, AGAIN, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RAC ON BROADWAY RD. IN BUFFALO,NY!!!!
