Called the number from the website -- my call was 7th in line; after waiting 10 - 15 minutes, looked for a different number on google. Called the number for this location -- automatically directed to a generic voicemail. Called a second location -- pretty much the same. Called a third location -- same, except the recording said the mailbox was not properly set up / there was a problem with their phone system. Called the number on the website -- my call was 8th in line; around a half hour later, I was next in line; the call was terminated directly after that announcement. Very disappointing.
I was having some minor phone issue and the gentleman working there fixed it. He was very acomidating and had the issue resolved in a matter of minutes. I live in silver creek so its about 30 miles to the store but it was well worth the trip.

Found out they ported in wrong number everytime somebody calls me it goes to somebody else number same with texy messages and i recieve the people voicemail way from Thanksgiving and i only had the phone since December
