All month long my husband and I have been unable to use our hot spot even after going into this store and paying more money. This month we went to another store to find out that the woman who works at this location simply pocketed our money and never added it to our account! Im beyond pissed! NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! They will Rob you!!! I would hope Metro will get rid of this franchise owner as SHE IS NOTHING BUT A FILTHY THEIF!!!! 💯💯
