Not only is Future Tire that shop, but the owner Frank is both trustworthy and active in his business. FT is a long standing shop that has never taken advantage of my family. Whether its my wife or myself, weve always been treated with respect and fair service/pricing. This shop gets it done when they say they will complete the work. They have always been respectful of my time and fixed what I needed fixed. I couldnt ask for anything more from a mechanic. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here!

Just moved to Buffalo from Colorado and needed someone to do a check up on my car. Frank was very helpful and got my car back to me fast! He even gave me a first time out of state discount which was very helpful! It is good to know that I now have a reliable mechanic I can go to here in Buffalo!

Was rushed and rude to the owner of the vehicle, a women, but moment I got on the phone, a male, attitude changed. However, once my friend got her truck back, it was supposably fixed, but it wasnt. It was still leaking gas out of the fuel line. So, she took it to another garage and got it fixed with less hassle and less attitude.

Got my truck done there and they did a great job fixed it in no time.

Frank was very helpful and informative of what issues should be addressed with the car when we brought it in. Everything was handled in a quick and professional manner. I will definitely be bringing my car here again when it needs service.

Bought a used auto there, he put used rotors and brake pads on it to make it pass inspection,*update* obviously this place DOES sell autos, they are right up front of the shop, and they DID put used brakeparts on the vehicle. Seems like every poor comment they ask the author to remove the post, and claims to conveniently forget the situation. Poor business.

Very happy with their customer service. They charged me nothing to look at my car after my accident. The guys there are very quick, efficient and very nice and advised me very well. I will return after discovering this gem of a shop.

Mark Beauchamp is a great mechanic, when I picked up my car not only did he explain what he had done he even showed me the part. My car was ready on time and the price was very reasonable. The guys here are friendly and professional-theyre the best in Buffalo.

Front runner for the worst shop in Erie County. Owner & tech intentionally damaged my tire to TRY to get a sale - I drove in on a slow leak expecting a simple plug and left with a cut sidewall. Quoted me $50 over any other local shop to replace my damaged tire. The owner kept reassuring me that hes not pushy - Frank when youre not pushy you dont need to remind customers.Do yourself a favor and take a critical look at the other reviewers. They always give five stars, and coincidentally all these people have the same dentist and tire shop! And they dont have a bad word to say, imagine that! :)

This place is absolutely terrible. The prices are way to high. The owner will rip you off every way he can and the guy that works on the cars smells of alcohol terribly .I would NEVER recommend this place .Not even to my worst enemy!!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!
