Bill and his staff are wonderful. Great work & the best price around. They go out of their way to fix your car as quickly as possible and even help if you need a rental in the interim. I wouldn’t have. collision work done anywhere else.

These guys are great. They handle the insurance procedures smoothly with as little work on the customers part as possible, and the work on the car is impeccable. They have done a wide range of work for me in the past. One time when an older car needed some work that would have cost more than the car was worth, they just screwed down the damaged panel, no charge, and it was fine for the remainder of the life of the car.

First of all, Bill is really kind and welcoming. He will work with you so you can have the best possible repair at the best price. Upon picking up my car, the job was impeccable and outstanding!! They gave me less than half the price another repair shop wanted to fix my car at. And S&S went above and beyond by fixing minor things on my car. I recommend at 100%.

The little kid at the front desk bill was hard to get a hold of and told us lie after lie about pricing. They ended up charging us double what they estimated and the dent was still visible after the work. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody just go to a real autobody shop and get it done correct the first time.

These guys bolted a seat into my van completely for free! A much needed gesture of goodwill in these trying times. Bill was a pleasure to talk with and had my van back to me in a day. Will be back when I need body work done for sure.

I did not end up getting my car fixed. It was a car that I bought off of a friend. The damage was more substantial than I thought. Bill was awesome, polite, professional. Hopefully I never need to do business with them, but they will be the first place I go if I do.

Not only did they do an incredible job repairing my damaged bumper cover, but S&S got it done extremely fast! They are exceptionally professional and incredibly accommodating. Getting your car back to normal is always a concern when youve experienced an accident. You need not worry about that at all with the guys over at S & S Auto Body. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else.

Hopefully none of yall ever get into an accident. If You do,these are the guys you go to. Bill and the entire team are top notch. They worked with me and more importantly they worked for me. No BS like you get from Marubba or them other joints. Estimated my car, hooked me up with rental and fixed my car expertly. Its a shame you have to smash your car to go here. Got into an accident and ruined my front bumper, these guys allowed me to tow it to them which is what the 1 star is for. Letting me tow it to their shop. My car sat in their shop for about 3 days without any word, didn’t even call to say they received the vehicle, just left me hanging for days. After calling in they did the run around with me which resulted in my car being untouched. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks without starting it, which makes me wonder if they even looked at it fully. The battery was dead when I arrived. On top of all this, I told them I just wanted to make sure it was driveable. Instead they refused to give me service because “it’s all or nothing with us” I am a young adult. I can not afford 4 grand for a bumper and ONE headlight. They told me my whole hood needed to be replaced yet there is no damage to my hood. I think these people are after your money. After having my car back, unfixed; for one night I have found all the parts I need for under 1 grand. So my review; is very disappointed.

This was the best car service I have been to, and I have been to many. The other staff were really friendly and knowledgeable as well. The prices were also very fair. If I had to choose one auto body shop in Buffalo, this would be the place I would choose. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Trust me, you are in good hands with these guys. They are honest, reliable and diligent. I got otherwise expensive work done on my car for the cheapest price. When they finished, I couldnt even tell what side the affected area was on! In addition to that, they also did minor touchups at no extra cost. And the clincher: the price was knocked down by $50 because I paid cash.
