I ended up taking my older car here when it wouldnt run and needed to be towed. It was the closest shop to my place at the time. Im so glad I ended up at this shop. I go there for everything now. I used to take my car to the dealership, but Im so glad I dont have to and have found a great local mechanic. My knowledge of cars is terrible, and I ask a lot of questions (I have an older car and want to maintain it while minimizing expenses). The one thing thats impressed me the most is how they answer all of my questions and give all the extra details. Not all car shops have this helpful attitude. Makes it a lot less stressful when things go wrong with my car!

I went there to get an estimate for work after one of there painters came over to my house and gave me a sky high estimate. I pulled up to the shop the guy was nice, gave me a decent estimate. Only then to have the painter text me and tell me that they only work on imports and they weren’t going to do it. One of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had.

I can’t praise the staff here enough.They are wonderful to deal with: reliable, kind and competent.I have been using them for many years and they always come through for me.

I would give this a 5 star and recomend them, they treated me with respect and kindness during a emergancy. My car broke down near this shop i had my special needs son,and our two dogs in the car with me, the owner Rob was nice enough to not only look at it and fix the issue that day so i could get back home,he also let us sit in his office with the dogs and wait in this emergancy.God bless this man for his kindness for helping a stranger out when he didnt have too.

I love these guys. I was intimidated at first driving by, because they often have cars out front at a much higher pay rate then mine. But I have found them to be friendly, honest and reasonably priced. We all know what a treasure that is in car repair.

My favorite mechanic - they are honest, don’t overprice parts, don’t act like since I’m a woman I couldn’t possibly know anything about cars and get stuff done when they say they will. I also really appreciate the guys at the desk. Even though one time the older guy working the desk gave me bad advice once ;) I’ll still continue to go here.

Great experience with Greg at Artisan. I used Artisan for a presale inspection of a 2000 Porsche 911. Greg was fantastic to work with. The presale report was thorough and Greg was happy to talk me through the implications of anything they found. He also provided estimates for any issues that might require additional service, which is what I needed for negotiating with the seller. Even though I was a remote buyer and was not able to handle the inspection in person, Greg was friendly and responsive throughout the process. He worked with me and the seller to make the inspection take place without any friction at all. I thought the total price was very reasonable. I would definitely work with Artisan again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Literally hung up the phone on me during an appointment consultation. Completely unprofessional (Greg, Gary, something or other).Speaks volumes to the service that I might have had the unfortunate experience of delving into.Although the individual in question was quite unpleasant and offensive, I imagine it saved me more than a headache.To that individual, kudos for being a cretin and losing business.
