Always quote me one price and its more when I get there

Went here to pick up an altenator that I had to wait two days for because it was located out of town witch wasnt a problem. When I get there to pick it up the alternator I find they ordered the wrong one, no need to tell you how upset I was. Well since it doesnt fit my vehicle they were supposed to refund the money to my credit card a week ago and havent done so as of yet. This company will no longer get any of my business being that they are incapable of ordering parts and getting your refund back to you in a timely fashion!

Called for a quote on roof racks with cross bars. Got there after a 58 mile drive and set didnt include cross bars.

Waiting on hold now for 15min. this is UNACCEPTABLE. This is a common problem every time i call here. And its not that they are looking up a part for me. Answered the phone after about 20 rings and just said lkq please hold.

Been there for Auto Parts quite a few times the return policy I dont like parts are top shelf when I go there again yes matter fact Im going there next week for cab corners and rocker panels for my truck but had problems with them what I recommend it yes

Terrible customer service and experience called here multiple times got disconnected every time after being on hold for over 30 minutes went down there when I got out of work to find out that they actually closed at 4:25 pm when online it says 5 p.m.
