Had to come here a couple of times for parts or for auto delivery parts that I was doing. Usually a few people in line but never too busy to where you have to wait. The staff and crew are pretty efficient on getting you up there, finding what you need and getting you on your way. They are always knowledgeable about what is what and if not then they will try their best to point you into the right direction. I highly recommend these guys since I am always recommended to go to them whenever another place doesnt have what I need!! Good job guys and girls..

They sold me a faulty battery and it was under warranty now they are not trying to help with warranty they offered a new battery after I already had to pay for one then offered store credit like I would want to shop here again very rude very bad very dirty building I would never advise going to them ever horrible customer care and discussing store !!!!! He said he’s doing me a favor even though it’s on warranty how rude thinking about reporting to better business office needs to be ran by nicer people

I purchased a alternator for my 2009 rav 4.. The gentleman told me I can return it,, if its not the right one... I installed the alternator,, wich come to find out its not the problem with my car.. 4 days later I return it with the receipt unused... The same gentleman that told me I could return it ..decided to tell me I cant because there was one little scratch on it... Be careful people because they say one thing and then say a whole different things when it comes to return.. Also they were rude talking about give the person her money back Im tired of hearing her big fat mouth.. I wonder how many other female they talk that way to..they just didnt loose me as a customer but my son,, my husband,, my friend,, to.. Never again.. My husband was on the phone listening to how they spoke to me

Prices are low for a reason. You get what you pay for. Low prices junk parts! I returned shocks 3 different times all 3 were blown. To top it off they eat while taking care of customers. Who wants to see someone devouring chicken wings while they are helping you. Ill never again do business there.
