Had a tire blowout on the thruway. Luckily, dunn tire was able to fit me in for an appointment that same day. Rus at the front desk was super kind, helpful, and very friendly and understanding. They had my tire replaced super fast and i got back to work before my lunch break was over. Cant ask for better than that!

Everything went exactly as expected. They started on my vehicle about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, they did the requested work and fixed a couple of other issues promptly.

I went there due to a flat tire, since I purchased my tires through them, only had to pay $7.00 for the repair. Was taken immediately, and was in and out within 30 minutes. Very helpful and pleasant.

Im a very busy Maintenance Supervisor so I dont really have time to jitter. I had a problem, called the downtown Broadway store and was met with great effort and efficiency. Ill go there if something else pops up.

I had 2 tires very low on air because of a nail in both of them. When I called to make an appointment to fix them, unfortunately they were all booked for the day. But they told me I could bring it in and they would put air in the tires for me. I was stranded downtown at work with the flat tires and had to drive 20 miles home. So this was wonderful that I took the car to them and they checked and filled the tires in the pouring rain for no charge! He didnt even ask my name or if I bought the tires from them or not! I did buy them there a few years ago and will continue to do business with them in the future! Thank you for your service!

I used to buy tires online and get them installed locally. I started researching alternatives and quickly found its not worth it. Dunn has competitive prices that actually end up cheaper by the time you factor in all the extra services they give you. Ive bought 2 complete sets here now and couldnt be happier. They also got me in quickly for an emergency brake line repair and came in hundreds of dollars LESS than the worst case scenario price they quoted me. Them genuinely trying to save me money at a tough time really meant a lot to me. Theyre great.

I have tried calling this place 4 times today and have been hung up on every time for some reason. I dont think this place is open and operating.

Clean, friendly, and fast, which got me checks all the boxes. I went in for an oil change and inspection, paid less than I expected to. Their COVID-19 precautions are in place and taken seriously. Ill absolutely make this my regular shop.

Best Dunn Tire in Buffalo hands down. Russ and his tech are great. Also a side note, I used to get RT43 General Tires before I started coming to Dunn Tire. I absolutely love this tire and I was pleased that this is one of the tires they really recommend. They are great on clear roads, rain, and moderate amounts of snow... aka the perfect tire for Buffalo driving.

Went into Dunn tire because I thought I had a problem with my sensors on my tires. The thing is I stopped by a automotive place before going to Dunn tire and they told me I needed two sensors. The workers at Dunn tires were honest and told me I just had a screw in the tire and needed a plug. I am so grateful for honest mechanics that dont try to fool you into getting unnecessary repair work. Im very grateful to have an honest and trustworthy business but I can rely on Ill be going there every time I have a tire issue.

The manager and mechanic were extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly when I arrived for my appointment.Also, while talking to the manager, Russ, I found out that a previous engine incident with my car could be dangerous, and they helped me find a related recall from the manufacturer. Replacement of blown out tire was done quickly and at the scheduled appointment time. Shop had the matching tire for the vehicle. Russ at the counter (and on the phone setting up the appointment) was courteous and helpful. Price was as quoted. This was my first time at the Broadway (downtown) location & it was in general a better experience than my previous several times at Delaware Ave., where there often seemed to be some sort of miscommunication or lack of customer service.

Stopped by Dunn early in the morning, they didnt have the tire but assured me it would be there by 11am...AND IT WAS!! Out of the shop and on to Niagra Falls in less than 30 minutes!!! I have had not so great experiences at other places around town (both dealerships and independent shops), but Dunn Tire in downtown Buffalo has always been great to work with. I have never had issues after anything done here. Couple days ago, I had new wheels mounted, and asked them to do the alignment at the same time. After they checked the alignment for free, they told me everything was fine, and that I do not need to do an alignment now. Folks here are honest, do a good job, and ask for a fair price. This has become my go to place for most things when it comes to my beloved car. Thank you!

DONT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. CAMERAS DO NOT WORK... ALLEGEDLY.I dropped my Tesla off to get a tire and when I picked it up the door that covers my charging port was broken. I called the shop and spoke to Russ who told me they have no responsibility. He responded that it could have happened in in the parking lot to which I explained it was in front of the camera. His response, OUR CAMERAS DONT WORK and that I should call my insurance company. Will never spend another dollar here.

The prices that Dunn tire were very competitive actually lower than I thought I thought the bill was going be much higher the gentleman at the Counter was very knowledgeable respekful. mechanic waste O time get my car in-and-out I would recommend Dunn Tires And breaks job. I notice soon as I pulled off the smoove ride and breaks which I had no indication were bed were repaired.

The guys at the Broadway location were so helpful and honest. They scheduled me for back brakes and rotors installation the day after I called. I couldn’t get into my own car dealer for two more weeks. The best part was that Dunn Tire was $200 cheaper than my dealer!! I’ve used Dunn Tire before and have never been disappointed.

These guys were fantastic, especially the guy working the counter who I believe was the store manager or assistant manager. They were fast, super duper friendly, and they didn’t try to up sell me on my oil change. They also allowed me to take an issue of time magazine home for my wife that I knew she’d be interested in.My appointment was at 8am. They were done at 8:30am. I will be going there for a lot of my work from now on.

Good honest mechanics a rarity in these time

Convenient, friendly, and informative. Reasonable price for my new tires. Old tires I had to keep adding air and no one else suggested I replace the valve stems which were rotted, Dunn did and hopefully that fixed the problem, cost about $20 for the full set. Also gave me a new set of lug nuts at no charge. I’ll definitely go back next time I need tires.

I was able to fill it up at a gas station.I made it over to Dunn Tire and spoke with Tyrell the manager. I knew they were busy so I asked if they could fit me in on a Friday at 4:30. He said that they could. I was able to make it in by 4 pm. They took care of my tire and rotated my tires at no cost since I had purchased them from Dunn Tire. Because the staff was so friendly there, I gave the manager at tip. I made it over to Dunn Tire and spoke with Tyrell the manager. I knew they were busy so I asked if they could fit me in at 430. This was on a Friday when the store closed at 6. The manager said that they could. I was able to make it in by 4 p.m. They took care of my tire and rotated my tires at no cost since I had purchased them from Dunn Tire. Because the staff was so friendly there, I gave the manager at tip as a way of saying thank you. I would definitely go back there

These guys are great! I went there at about 5:30 after work hoping they could help me. My tire pressure light was on, and they checked all the tires and found something embedded in between the treads on one of my tires, which was slowly leaking air. We were going to set up an appointment for another day, but then he said you just want to do it now? And they did the flat repair right then and there, even though they close at 6! I got out of there for under $50 and the hole in my tire fixed in under 30 minutes :)

Appreciated their key drop option. I was able to easily make an appointment online, drop my car off before they even opened, walk to work and then pick my car up after work. Fair pricing, although the full synthetic oil change was more than I paid elsewhere. Nice shop if you work downtown and need work done. I will definitely return here.

Super helpful

Not pleased with the service. After waiting 3 hrs for my 4 tires to be put on I asked if they replaced the valve stems. No they didn’t. I had to wait another hour for them to do that. I would think good customer service would mean they would ask you before they did the work. And there was no apology from Jose about how long I had to wait.

I was told by a friend that these guys were great. She is right. They just saved me money on tires because they are honest and thorough. I’m blown away. Thank you Jerry at Dunn tire. We will be back.

Fortunately I havent had to visit Dunn Tire very often. Today was my first time at the downtown location. They helped me out with a tire pressure issue, quickly and courteously, and with no charge. I almost hope I need new tires sometime so I can buy them here.

I went for an oil change, drop off was easy and they called me when it was done. Even though they were technically closed, one of the employees waited for me to get back first and even called me again to make sure that I was heading back.

I got a wheel alignment, ball joints, control arm done. Very reasonable Jerry knows what hes talking about. Definitely recommend them.

Took my truck in for an inspection. A competitor told me I needed new brakes, new tires and I needed almost 2K in work to pass inspection. I didnt believe them, so I took it to Dunn Tire. My truck not only passed, but they confirmed the other company was trying to rip me off. Bottom line: You can trust these guys. (Very rare in this line of work)

I had driven in to Buffalo from Wisconsin, and on the way one of my tires went soft. Being a Rochester native I remembered Dunn Tire from home and always had great service with them, and this location did not disappoint. Id made a last minute appointment on the way into town, and they got me in quickly and found a cut in the sidewall of the tire in question. Their price was competitive for the replacement tire, and they were able to get an exact replacement in the same day. Stopped by the following morning to have it installed, and again the service was quick and friendly, despite the shop clearly being busy and having to wedge me in. They even kept the damaged tire for me so I can take it back home and see if the original installer will honor their road hazard warranty. Excellent service!
