Fixed oil leaks missed on the certified inspection. Did a good job but this is the second time this has happened on a 41000 mile, 2017 Cadillac. Not sure if the cause was remedied or just fixed the leak. When I asked, the answer was “well, you still have a couple more years left on warranty “. Not exactly reassuring. They were professional and accommodating otherwise.
There I was, two days away from taking my family on a road trip.No check engine light, no warning, just a truck that wouldn’t start.I called for an appointment. The earliest they could get me in was a day after I was to leave for vacation.I explained my situation and asked if I could get squeezed in. They said bring it over and they’d make it work.I brought it in the next morning. Got a call at 10 with the issue. Got a call at 1, and it’s fixed. It was a shorted out starter.I cannot say enough good things!Well done!
20 Chevrolet Colorado. Ive had warranty work, drivers side window replacement, oil changes done, bought parts for my Colorado here. Everything has been a good experience.
Had my vehicle serviced through my warranty and they took forever to come out. I was kept updated and everyone was very helpful and understanding. They let me switch out the loaner for something bigger so my husband was able to go to appointments in the city. They are very accommodating. Will definetly bring my car back.
Just a quick response to our recent car repair at Ryans. It was quite a massive repair but was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The mechanic kept us informed along the way and answered all of our questions. Were confident that everything turned out well and the pricing was fair.Greg
Great service. I thought my appointment was at 9, but it was actually scheduled for 3. I was going out of town that day and they took me in at 9! Always great service, friendly staff. Always do a wonderful and thorough job and my car came out looking beautiful as they washed it as well! They also informed me it was covered completely by my warranty extra. I won’t take my caddy anywhere else! Haven’t had this kind of honest, decent, and skilled service at any other dealership or shop of any kind ever. I’m a lifer now for sure! Got 3 cars worked on, PM’ed, and winterized. They accomplished all 3 in 2 days professionally and cleaned and washed each afterwards. I’ll only use Ryan’s.

This is the second time we have come to Ryan Chevrolet and they did not disappoint! We spoke with Jeff Nelson before we came to let him know what vehicle we were interested in and to set up an appointment. We came in for our scheduled time and Jeff had the car waiting for us, warmed up and seat warmers on. The entire process was painless with help from Jeff and our finance guy, Kacey (I apologize for the spelling).
Tom has always been helpful and willing to get to the bottom of any issue I’ve encountered with my vehicle. I like the convenience of having new loaner cars or courtesy drivers ready when needed. The service team as a whole is great to work with. Trust is huge.

I bought a brand new Silverado there. Very good experience and not pushy. Jeff Nelson was my sales guy.I have gotten all of my service done there (oil changes and such) as well as repairs on other vehicles and they have been outstanding to work with. Brad, Justin Tom, Scott (parts), Dan (service) and the rest are always honest with me and dont waste my time. That highly important to me and appreciated!

Every time I visit Ryans Im impressed with the professionalism from the employees from start to finish. (Service writers to check out) I we recently moved farther away from Ryans but I make a special effort to drive there for my service needs and purchases.
I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. They told me the tire rotation wasnt necessary as the tires were wearing evenly and there were no issues with alignment. I appreciated that they told me it was not necessary instead of just doing it.

Very disappointed. I bought a truck I found on their website. upon taking delivery of the truck there was a service light stating the rear taillight was out I personally double checked and the light seems to be working. When I brought the issue to the attention of the sales person Scott he and I quote said No idea. Never noticed it. and left it at that. The sale seemed like the only goal here not a happy customer.

Had a bad wiring harness they replaced 2 months later same problem occurred they gave me a loaner fixed problem and did not charge me anything and apologize for inconvenience always very courteous and friendly been going there for over 20 years very satisfied with service
Bruce Varner was my salesperson. Bruce along with the GM, I felt went out of their way to earn my business, although I did not get exactly want I wanted for my trade, but then who ever does...I still made the purchase, there was zero pressure to buy, it was because I could clearly see all the efforts Bruce and the GM put into my deal to get as close as possible, they worked hard for me, and have all my respect, I will go back again to buy again! We had a 5:00pm appt for a recall issue with our 2019 Equinox. When my husband got there he was told everyone was gone and a tech would have to be found to do the work. The service guys made it sound like it was our fault. I was told the week before that any day the next week at 5:00 would work.This was disappointing. The work was done . 15 minutes.
As usual the guys are really professional they know their job I appreciate all the hard work you do for us tell everybody thanks and tell him to have a merry Christmas and a happy new year

I had my Chevy Tahoe in for service. It was having an issue with the traction control system.My wife talked to one of their mechanics who said it sounded like a common problem related to a sensor.I was told two hydraulic lines were leaking and should be replaced, brakes should be replaced, and it was nearly due for 100k services.I had them do all of that work and spent about $4,000. The issue I brought it in for initially was not fixed.I brought it back for them to inspect a few days later. They said one of the wheel bearings needed to be fixed and that was causing the problem. That cost another $4-500. That did not fix the problem and I was not noticing any symptoms that seem like they would even correlate to a wheel bearing, I just trusted that a Chevy dealship service department would know what they were doing.I dont trust this place anymore. Have had to shut off the traction control system every time I start the car for the last year so I dont have the issues associated with it acting up.Will be bringing the vehicle somewhere else to have the issue taken care of. I dont have enough time or money to waste dealing with the seemingly incompetent service department at Ryan Chevrolet.Buyer beware.Side note, I had my Dodge Ram serviced at the Ryan Dodge dealership for years and really liked the service from that team.

My husband and I were planning on purchasing a used vehicle. We had contact with a sales person and the Sales Manager regarding this vehicle as we found it the day it was traded in. I was in communication with the sales person regarding the time that I was going to be picking it up to test drive it to our house to make sure it would fit in the garage. Ten minutes before arriving at the dealership the sales person called me and told me that it had sold. They never even gave me a chance to buy it at a higher price than the other person. Whats meant to be will be...including horrible customer service.
Service listened and scheduled an appt. within 24 hrs. All service visits are handled professionally, immediately, and with great customer service.

What happened to this place? I have had really really great service in the past. I brought my car in for transmission warranty service and a maf relay trouble light. They had the car 6 weeks! They could not figure out the trouble light and did nothing with the transmission. It is exactly as it was when I brought it in? So 6 weeks and they did nothing. I will never go back for anything! The only good thing I can say is they did not charge me. Embarrassing service. Not to mention they could not get me a loaner car which by the way is included with warranty service. Just not a Ryan Chev! Twice! I just bought a new truck at Suburban Chev in Eden Prairie. Didnt even bother with Ryan!

The guys did their best to take care of business, but definitely short staffed on Saturday. My advice would be not to go for an oil change on a Saturday.
Horrible experience. Do not go here. Brought my car in for service, they knew part of my engine was already apart and they proceeded to start it and get oil everywhere and who knows if that caused any other mechanical issues. Never trusting them with any of my cars again.
