It was a breath of fresh air to have full concierge service during my second repair session within the last ten years. I can’t say enough of how well Kevin and Rich takes care of business. The follow-up and follow-through has been so pleasant. They even painted my part first and just had to install the broken piece so that cut my waiting time in half! Cheers to another satisfied client.

Friendly, professional & answered all my questions. Used their convenient drop box for late drop off at my convenience. Sent messages throughout the process. Had my car back as promised. Have had cars repaired there before. They always manage to make a stressful situation comfortable.

Kevin and staff are awesome. They will keep you updated from beginning to end including taking care of my rental arrangements which I really appreciated. The body shop did a great job on the repairs and they were finished ahead of time on both repair jobs they’ve done for me. I would highly recommend this place!

I scheduled rustaway for my car several weeks ago. Yesterday I called to be sure I could drop my car off in the morning before work and pick it up after. I spoke with Kevin and and was told no problem, he took some more of my information and told me where the drop box was for my key. I dropped my car off this morning and when I came back to pick it up after work my car hadnt moved. I went inside and they couldnt figure it out. I told them I called yesterday about dropping it off in the morning. Kevin who was at the desk basically tells me too bad, no one left a note yesterday telling us to check the drop box so we didnt know the key was there. Really? No one noticed when my appointment rolled around that they didnt have a car? You couldnt remember that you spoke to me yesterday about dropping my car off and telling me where the drop box was? I wont be doing business with this place again. Be sure to ask who ever you speak to on the phone to write a note saying your keys are in the drop box for the next day or you wont get your car serviced.

Everyone at the shop was super nice and helpful. From calling in the claim to dropping off the car.....plus the glass replacement didnt take long at all...HIGHLY Recommend!

I got my passenger window replaced because it was shattered. The service I was given was on point. The guy who fixed the window was on time for my appointment and it didnt even take him that long to fix the window. He was courteous and very professional. The customer service that I got was overall a 5-Star. Would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I went to Auto Collision and Glass for a photo inspection for our car insurance. I initially called them to make an appointment for the photos and made 2 appointments the same day an hour a part to take the photos. I thought it was a little odd that I would need 2 appointments for them to take pictures of both of our cars, so I told my husband to come with me at the first appointment in hope that they could take the photos at the same time. When we arrived the receptionist refused to take the 3 pictures needed of my husbands car stating it was their COVID policy to only take pictures of 1 car per appointment. I told her that I had another appointment an hour later, but she could not find the other appointment in the system system and refused to take the pictures of my husbands car. She told me I would need to file and extension with our insurance and make another appointment for the pictures which would be 2-3 weeks out. Very frustrating. The best part of it was that while she was talking about the companys COVID policy she was NOT wearing a mask, came within 6 ft of me and did not disinfect my keys (which she handled), and the tablet she used to fill out the insurance form that I had to sign. If you cant take 3 simple pictures of my husbands car, how can I trust you to do anything ese?

Superb and undeniably the best auto collision work/ service I have ever received. Adamant and hard working staff ensuring your approval for their work, they go above and beyond in keeping you informed during the entire repair process. They make a stressful situation feel very relaxed.

I got rust proofing done in July 2019. At that time, Kevin told me to bring the car for inspection after one year. When I called him today on July 3rd, 2020, he said he will charge me for lifting the car and he recommends the whole rust proofing to be done each year. Is this a scam or what? I have never heard of getting rust proofing done every year for full price. Usually the rust proofing is done only once and lasts 10+ years.

My car was recently hit in the parking lot. They handled everything with detail and care. I was very happy to supply these people with my business. Our go to collision shop. They do very nice work. The Rustaway oil treatment is also a must for any car in Buffalo. We have had it on our last few truck and never seen even a sign of rust.

Very blessed and staff and very pricey. They give you an estimate and after that if Insurance gives you more than what they estimated they charge you at the end for the full amount of the insurance has reimburse you for. That is Shady!

A family member had an accident and we had the repair done at Auto Collision & Glass- it was a great repair, done quickly, at a great price! Dont hesitate to bring your car here.

I havent had work on my car done there, this review is for customer service I received during a simple photo inspection. I have never been treated so disrespectfully or horribly. I counted 4 exasperated sighs, 2 dramatic eye rolls, and 1 angry Im-going-to-drop-my-pen-on-the-counter-and-stare-at-you moment. All because my name and address have recently changed, and werent updated on my car registration. I told you to bring your registration to get information from it, and now youre giving me the wrong information!Was I really just blamed for something at a service counter at a business? I tried to tell her my new name but she just left the old one on the form she was filling out. More happened after that, but I dont want to write a novel. I will just never go back to Auto Collision and Glass and I definitely dont recommend it to anyone.
