I came in to the Buffalo Rda car dealership and they were wonderful helped me find a car that was just right for me very helpful people very beautiful clean Place very professional I definitely recommend this spot for anybody whos looking for a vehicle I am so happy with them and then to find out that I can go to them for all my repairs oil change and exedra dont need to deal with anybody else but them which I love bec they already know about the my car.

Must be nice to throw 1600 in parts at a car then say. Oh we don’t have the knowledge to fix your car. Crooks. Not fighting with anyone. Didn’t even want to come in your place of business. I purchased my vehicle from RDA earlier this year. Everything has been amazing from start to finish. The purchase was as smooth as can be. The service department set me up to drive off the lot with a great maintained vehicle. Along the way the normal wear and tear started to happen. Went in for an inspection, they tried to up sale me on brake work with a $500+ quote. When I checked the paperwork, instead of the brakes and rotors they quoted me for, the inspection info stated safety failure for parking (emergency) brake and license plate bulb. Took my vehicle to my mechanic and there were no issues with my brakes or the parking brake. Untrustworthy business practices, and they are more concerned with making a quick buck than providing honest service.

The company truly specializes on engine, transmission and timing chain repairs. I have an extremely close relative that brought their car here and the car has run beautifully since then. I felt so happy for them I felt the need to leave a review and give the company the credit they deserve.

These guys over here are too notch! Bought a car for my girlfriend through them & they were nothing but professional and accommodating to the both of us. They were detailed, thorough and adamant on making sure it was the car we wanted & not just one they wanted off the lot. They also worked on my brand new truck multiple times and they are my go-to for services intervals & getting my new tires put on.

Was helped buying a car today at Right Direction Auto. Everyone there was very friendly and more than helpful! Their general manager Jackie was very sweet and extremely helpful with working with me to figure out the best way to go about buying my first car, considering my credit. Also got a chance to meet the owner Mike who just like his staff was very transparent and considerate in getting me all set and ready to go. He even made a point to say how much it means to him to sell cars in the best ways that are affordable to the community. 10/10 would recommend!

Let me start by saying my experience with Right Direction Auto was beyond amazing! Throughout the years Ive been to numerous car dealerships and my answer was always an approval but attached to a much higher deposit than expected. RDA was able to finance me with the cash I had in my pocket! Originally, I went to RDA for a vehicle that sold just shortly before my arrival with no other interest in any other vehicle. Joe asked me a few questions and told me to check out the 2012 Ford Fusion they had on their lot. That vehicle was, in fact, the perfect match for me. I spoke with the general manager Jackie, who couldnt have made this process any simpler for me. They really listen to you and take your request seriously, I jokingly spoke about the pin strip and how I didnt like it. During pick-up, I noticed the pin strip was gone! This vehicle has all the bells and whistles I couldve asked for. Very satisfied with my selection and will highly suggest anyone looking for a vehicle to give RDA a visit.

This auto shop is a small family owned business. They have a young woman that manages the business desk and makes you feel welcome. The mechanics don’t seem to overcharge like typical chain shops. I enjoy that in the background you can hear salsa and bachata music while they are fixing the cars. I guess to me that translates that they stick to their roots. I’m happy to support my own communities including this auto shop.Last but not least, I was told that the mechanics actually care about helping their customers, which says a lot.As a young 20-something year old woman I’ve gone to a few shops that always want to sell me something or prematurely instigate fixing something that doesn’t need fixing in regards to my vehicle. I may not be car savvy but I’m not stupid. I don’t get that vibe when I come to RDA.

I bought my new car from RDA and the experience itself was easy and painless. soon as I paid and drove off the lot, all issues occurred. I’ve contacted RDA and Jackie herself multiple times and they brushed off issues till warranty was up! Unprofessional and junk mechanics. I’ve had the car for 30 days this place is such a joke! Im usually not the type to leave a review...… Great place to start financing a car! They covered all rust spots ! Car started breaking down within months !! Horrible place to get your car fixed at. especially if you have an electric vehicle (HYBRID) my best bet is to see a different mechanic. I went to RDA auto sales to get my tires fixed. the mechanic misplaced a few of my brake sensors... car does not charge when i brake anymore... I went back to explain my sensors were misplaced. I got some lousy excuse from the mechanic told me a rat couldve chewed my wire but couldnt confirm it even after looking at my car.They want me to come back and spend MORE money on a problem they created! I currently am gonna have the car voluntarily repossessed... waste of time and lesson well learned. on top of that all my parts that were fixed by RDA were loose on my vehicle. Worst mechanics ever... not to mention they Beg for reviews ..

Awesome, was referred here by a friend and I am very pleased with the outcome. I usually do my own maintenance (the easy stuff fluids,plugs etc) but needed my timing belt water pump replaced and they did a perfect job for at basically half the price of the dealer. I always do my research prior to any repair so when the owner Joe quoted the work to me I knew it was right on the money and fair labor prices. Always a big plus when you can enter the shop and speak with the technician who just worked on your car and pick their brain. I will be back for more work as the buffalo salty winter really did a number on my exhaust. I will be sending my father in law in to have then tune up his truck, that’s how confident I am in their work. Thanks RDA!! You defiantly need to get some advertising out there! Adrian
