These guys do a GREAT work. Their prices are very good. They are great people to work with. It is so nice to work with people who are friendly and take time to make jobs understandable. My first job with them was on a custom muscle car project. This time, I was hit, so a repair. I will always use them as the need arise.

Getting into an accident was awful. Brent made the situation as seamless as possible. He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone to his shop. He made sure everything was taken care of and communicating with him was easy.

Wow! I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Buffalo Collision Repair for the awesome detailing work they did on my GMC! I reached out to the community group last week and got a response from them asking to use my car as the trial for detailing that theyre starting to offer! Buffalo Collision has been repairing our vehicles for nearly 30 years. They are a polite family run business who always gets the job done on time. The attention to detail is top in the industry, our community is lucky to have such a wonderful collision center in town. We have taken advantage of their FREE loaners for shorter repair work jobs and for the bigger stuff got a loaner through Enterprise which also was pretty simple. Highly recommend this shop for small or large repairs!

These guys are awesome!!! I came in the other day with a piece hanging down, dragging on the bottom, from a previous accident. They got me right in, pulled it off in about 5 minutes, and didnt charge me anything! They even said it was still good and I should save it! Very honest!

What a bunch of flunkys. Dont go here if you need collision repair. A body shop that has to do oil changes and brakes is not a legitimate body shop. They do not give loaner cars. They give you the phone number for Enterprise rental car in Monticello. They are in bed with Junction Towing. Stay away from both of them. They take women as suckers.

Great customer service and quality work.

Terrible experience. Poor service, bad work, beat up “loaner” cars. I could write pages about my multi visit experience (for one job), but the long story short is you are better off going elsewhere! I got a front end replaced and ended up back at the shop 4 different times due to missing, broken & not installed right parts. Got to the point where I won’t let them work on it any further as they can’t seem to do the job. I found out the hard way why this shop isn’t a preferred repair shop for insurance companies. You have been warned!
