I broke my phone and brought it to T-Mobile they said it can not be fix and told me buy new phones and They also told me that they can not get my picture and contact back because the phone is broken. My friend recommend me bring the phone to them maybe they can help. When I came in store quite busy so I waited about 20 minutes then it my turn after check my phone they told me they can fix it but recommended that I should consider a new phone since the cost to fix almost the same with the new one. And they told me either way they will try to get everything back for me. I decide to buy a new phone and after 2 hours I walk out with new phone with everything inside my old phone moved over .Thank you very much guys. You guys the best will come back for future cellphone need

I got a new sim card but they didn’t recharge and took my money also for recharge. I went there several times but they are closed now. They are a big fraud and should be reported. I wanted my money back but where should I go now? I already reported this store in police station.

I need to get a new phone since my old phone is acting up. The manager helped me pick the right phone for my need also transfer all contents to my new phone for me. I walk out with a new phone with great deal compare to the other cellphone store I’m been.

I’ve must of gone at least five times just to find out they’re closed even when it says they are open. When i actually got there it was finally open and the door was locked. I was knocking on the door for 10 minutes and no one answered the door.

I will give this store 1 stars because I have to. Well This is a family business that is now ran by the son. You can take any device to him and he might buy it from you it does not matter if its stolen or broken. Hes a tinker and will temporarily fix any broke phone and resell in a box as new. my mistake was leaving my pw. Now he deactivated my sim. Changed my iCloud. And de activated my iPhone. Be aware.

Employee had a nasty attitude and literally told me he was too busy to help me. Thats NOT what customer service is about
