Good service.But one thing is I didnt realise till the next day.The Mexican guy that helped me was hidden behind a computer the whole time he was helping me with my supposed new phone.I got the phone and the next day it was all glitching.Its been effing up every since.Never going back to this metro.How I know they gave me a used or defected phone?My hubby got one here 4 days before and he has no problems at all.By an Asian guy.

The costumer service was great by the person Alex, nice guy!.

They closed at 7 not 8 went there for no reason.

Horrible customer service, there are two Asian guys working there, I needed help setting up the phone and needed help, with other things, they just sat there and did absolutely nothing, ignored me, and mocked me. Very rude, lazy, and unprofessional. They dont care about there customers.
