I initially did a walk in and was told to set up online, which I did. Once I set it up online, i got a call from that same person to come in and get things set up which I didnt have time to do that day. So I came in another day and Jeanette was there and she did a fantastic job getting me set up and was extremely pleasant to work with. I came back a couple weeks later to change my unit to a bigger size after doing some measuring. When I came in to make the change, Melody was there to assist me. Melody was also really great, describing every rule perfectly and giving me great tips on storing items. I wish i could give 100 stars for the service just because it was that great!

We recently rented a storage unit here and are so pleased. Pia the site manager here was SO helpful and friendly in the process. She offered to put a lock on it until we were able to come out. She walked us out to our unit, made sure we knew how to find it, how to use the key code and all the rules and regulations and the hours etc. She was amazing! THANK YOU PIA!

I was at your BP-Xylon location and met with Robin. I had called another location but they referred me to this location because they had what I needed. I had called many storage places and than I called Public Storage and instantly they wanted to help. I needed a 10x 20 with a high door and she said I got one left. Robin took me out to look at it and it was perfect! I didn’t need it till November 1 2019 but she says we have a Labor Day special and it was over 1/2 off rent. I was ecstatic and took the unit right away. She was so nice and explained everything. I needed 2 locks for my trailer she helped me with that too. It was the best experience and she was awesome !

Erika the store manager help me,with the process of storage my car indoors during winter, everything was so smooth with the paper work,and the facility was clean and a good shape,Erika was putting extra salt over the entrance of the units so dont freeze up with the concrete, I show up to start my car periodically, and I dont have issues to lift the garage door. I am very impressed with the customer service,that Erika and crew provide.

I actually rent at the public storage off woodcrest in Coon Rapids, but have been paying my bill at the Brooklyn Park location near my home. I have been helped by Erika on most of my occasions while I am paying my bill and she is beyond helpful with all my questions and gives wonderful customer service. I have since spoken with the property manager and shes just as good between the two of them they are outstanding in customer service and actually care about my stuff that Im storing I recommend this location above all the rest!

This Public Storage location has really gotten a lot better I had rented a couple years ago and Im currently renting Erica is great she has help me with everything Ive needed even when there were issues she handled it very professionally and with care. I truly feel she is invested in her job and you need to hang onto her to keep the property great!

Wonderful service.. I just went online fill out a short app and Darlene call me in up to sign for a storage unit. I slightly underestimated my belongings and fill that one quick. I went into the office and ask for another smaller one, I continue to unload my stuff as she ran the paperwork by the time I got done she already had unit and paper ready for me to sign before I left the premises. Thanks a bunch Darlene you save me that day.

This is my second Storage unit and the process of getting everything set up couldnt be easier. I recommend PS for any short or long term storage needs. My only concern was being a second unit, I was told as I was filling out the paperwork that the $1 for the first month did not apply. I was not told that in advance, and I dont really understand it. I would think rewarding a customer expanding their rentals would be something to encourage.

Dar and Stacy were so helpful and friendly throughout the rental process. I am so thankful for how efficient and clean everything was. If I need storage in the future I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend others if they have storage needs. Thanks, ladies!

Jeremiah was the greatest!!! I went to his location on accident and he let me know it would be cheaper if I went to the other location close by. He was so great that I decided to stay there even if I had to pay a little more. I felt much more secure and taken care of then at the other location. He worked extremely hard to make everyone happy in the time that I was there. He tried to serve everyones special requests and took the time to listen. I also witnessed him save a man over 55 dollars a month for the same size storage unit! He goes above and beyond and is not pushy about selling you merchandise like most storage places. Thank you Jeremiah! :)

I liked the storage. Location, drive up to the storage unit, staff was helpful. My only problem was water on the floor in the storage, because when i went to take my things out some of them that were on the floor were wet. It could be from rain and rain water could run in their.

Message from 4207: Jeremiah has the very serious guard attitude that police officers have. I feel my rental is well protected. Meanwhile he is very intelligent and friendly similar to a police officer. I feel good about my rental here due to Jeremiah. We often meet and he says Hello. When I rented the five by five, the locker was very clean and the entire drive area is very clean. When a light switch broke, it was quickly fixed.

Cant ask for any better then what it already is. I didnt have a good experience with another location not to far from this one. Couple months back there was a promotion and luckly I had picked up a nice storage unit for the price. This public storage is welcoming, friendly, and down to business. I had already determined the size unit that would suit my needs, but he insured the location would fit my needs for accessibility. He is respectful but efficient in how he deals with customers. I just signed up today, but so far I am very comfortable with using this facility.

Dar has honestly given this place a facelift that much needed. I have been a client here off and on for 4 years currently I have been having things stored on property for the last two and a half years. I honestly believe that the reviews for this location are from the friends of the employees. I found the initial experience to be great, however, I was given all the right answers yet not the correct answers. When it was time for the information that I had received to be upheld and it wasnt, I was told by the Division Manager that he believed his employee over me ( I guess that makes me a liar) and the information I was given would not be honored. I have emptied both of my storage units and vow never to do business with Public Storage again.
