Work for penske great company

Uhaul called me 2 hours before I was to pick up a truck and the nearest one they had was 4hours in the opposite direction of our move. I called and spoke with Nathan, who was awesome! Our day was totally turned around by the staff at the Brooklyn Park location. It was very easy to reserve a truck and pick it up. I will never use Uhaul again and I am now a huge fan of Penske. It was also fantastic to see the staff supporting breast cancer awareness on the Friday of our pickup. I will use Penske again in the future.

Vehicle broke down twice but customer service and the repair techs were amazing.

Great trucks for rental with amazing customer service

$678 to rent a 26 foot truck with lift gate for a day. Should of stuck with using Enterprise because they charge a much lower daily fee and mileage rate. Would of been about half the price through them. Oh and would of had a much nicer truck with them as well.

Mark is legit the best person to work with! He is so understanding and helpful! He understands what it’s like being a truck driver and will work with your schedule! Best customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have done a couple of truck rentals over the years, both times with this Penske location. They make it so easy to reserve and get everything you need. Pick up and drop offs have gone quickly and smoothly and the price is great! If we have to rent in the future, it will definitely be with Penske!

The worst company ever! 2 tries to rent a simple van, with a confirmed reservation, 2 weeks in advance. 2 epic failures. This company knows how to take reservations but it has no comprehension what they mean or what they are for. Save yourself time, money and aggravation. Go somewhere else.

I had a truck reservation set up and got a call the night before that my truck would not be there at the scheduled pick up time. This wasnt going to work for us. Tom was absolutely fantastic in trying to find a fast and quick solution. Places need more dedicated employees like Tom. Started off as a very negative experience but Tom really turned it around.

We had problem after problem trying to get a truck from U-Haul for our move weeks in advance. Finally three days before we decided to take a shot in a dark and see if Penske had any available. They did, and the booking was so easy. When we got there to get the truck, someone hadn’t returned the truck we were supposed to get, so it wasn’t there for us. Tom handled our mishap, found us a truck, and slashed the price to make up for the inconvenience. He was incredibly professional, relational, and was a joy to work with. His boss should buy him lunch and give him a raise.

Quick and easy experience. Penske was a great value that made our move quick and easy. The truck was clean and ready to go when I arrived, and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. Definitely will be using Penske for every move from now on.

Helpful and will find you a rental to fit your needs

I have rented trucks from Penske at this location for long distance moves and could not have had better experiences. Staff was energetic, knowledgeable and courteous. Trucks were super clean and ran great. I had one driveability issue enroute on the last trip which taken care of by a first rate Penske mechanic in Wisconsin. Rates were good, considering quality and availability of equipment.Keep up the good work Penske. Ill be back!

My employer rents trucks here occasionally. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Usually only one, sometimes two persons working the counter, so sometimes it gets a little backed up.

Rental trucks are in rough shape. They run most of the time. The one I was supposed to pick up today had a check engine light on. The replacement is missing the air dam on the roof and the passenger side fender was missing some fiberglass.

Nice people but make sure that you confirm days prior. Several times I️ came to get a truck and my reservation was not in the system, which left me in a tough spot.
