I am so glad that I stopped by Raymour & Flanigan in Millbury, MA! I was just browsing, with nothing particular in mind, and I found the perfect office chair. I work from home and a supportive office chair is a necessity. One of the managers, Mike, showed me a few options and Nash helped me to decide and get my new chair. Julie at Customer Care was very pleasant and finalized my purchase. I got my chair in less than 7 days!
What a great and welcoming business! I was kindly approached by a friendly young man. He introduced himself as Drew and made my wife and me feel right at home. While we browsed the store, we had several questions which Drew answered with a clear knowledge of the furniture we were looking at. We ended up finding a daybed and a new dining room set. Drew was able to fulfill all of our needs and did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. I would highly suggest going there especially if all the staff are as friendly as Drew. Or just ask for Drew!
10/10 experience! I explained exactly what I was looking for down to the details of back height, and stitching. Brett was able to pull up several options by phone available in store, online, and in the outlet, and then was able to show me the couch I was hoping for! I was doubtful with our limited budget, but he did it! So excited for our new couch!

Due to my sister having recently bought a mattress, and sharing her experience - I tried out her bed, and fell in love. I went to buy the mattress, and met Mike Smith. He was amazing. He spent quite some time with me, due to my husband being a back sleeper, and me being a side sleeper. Mike was so patient, and had me try multiple mattresses, and pillows. Suzanne, the manager, also stopped by and shared a few tips, which were much appreciated. Suzanne then walked us around the store, explaining how the areas are set up, etc. We love the mattress! I loved the store, and went back and met Nash, and purchased a patio dining set. Nash was delightful and helpful. And again, Suzanne stopped by, and added a few helpful tips. What a manager! I will recommend all of them!

I am very picky when it comes to my furniture. My husband and I must have spent 3 hours picking the perfect pieces. The sales man we had was fantastic. He answered all our questions efficiently. He gave us suggestions and then gave us time to choose, and talk it over. Also let us know on how to save money on the purchase. This was at the Millbury MA store. You couldnt ask for any better. Recently worked with Drew to purchase two recliners and a replacement mattress for a pull out couch. Drew was great. He was patient with us as we looked at many different options for the chairs. Helped with the selection of chair covering (we didnt like to stock colors), kept us in the loop on delivery (a long time given the pandemic) and arranged delivery from two different warehouses on the same day to our house. Delivery guys were clean, efficient and very polite. We are quite happy with the whole experience and would recommend working with Drew in the Millbury store for any of your furniture needs.

I had a terrific experience with this store and in particular with one of their employees, Charlene. I have been a Raymour & Flanigan customer for many many years but this experience demonstrated a commitment to service that is worth mentioning. I identified a sectional that I wanted to order and called in to ask a few questions. Charlene was my salesperson. She listened to my wishes and helped me to choose a wonderful sectional that I ordered online in January. Unfortunately it was on back order due to the decreased supply in the pandemic. Charlene explained the situation and promised to stay in touch. The sectional was eventually delayed even further, to no fault of the store but Charlene followed up with me, updating me with the information that she received. I finally received the sectional just in time for a small gathering and due in no small part to the stores team and particularly because of Charlenes follow up. I am ever grateful for her professional, courteous and dedications to high quality service attitude. Thank you Charlene! and to Dave her Manager as well.

Went in to check out some buffet / serving tables but didn’t know exactly what after checking online. Ryan Leary was extremely helpful! Was willing to walk back and forth between pieces as myself and my fiancé debated on what would look better in our space. He gave us great advice on how to style if we went with something more contrasting to what we already have. All around great experience, great prices and wonderful service. Would definitely return!
After having stopped at multiple places to just find a nice comfortable chair, I was glad to have accidentally stumbled upon raymour and flanigan. Melanie my salesperson was amazing and helpful. Everyone there was very pleasant and took a lot of stress out of buying furniture, I did not feel pressured to buy anything either unlike other stores in the area that I visited recently. They have a lot of different varieties of furniture for every style whether it be comfort or look you can find what you looking for here. As an additional bonus the price point on all their furniture and availability is amazing. Im very glad to have stopped in today as I picked up a couple of nice chairs and an ottoman. My living room has been enhanced due to the effort of everyone in that store.

Did not have to wait to long for delivery and the delivery guys were courteous about unwrapping and setting everything up to the way I wanted. We receive many compliments from our friends and family. After checking out just about every furniture store in the state of MA I finally found what I was looking for at the Millbury location. Ryan was super helpful. Definitely tried to upsell, but was never too pushy. Helped to explain everything, different bundles and options, and never gave us anything but polite answers to our hundreds of questions. So happy he can text us updates and allow us to contact him via text as well if we need updates or have questions.

We worked with Drew over the weekend to purchase a mattress at Raymour and Flanigan. His customer service was the best we’ve experienced thus far. The store had tons of options. Drew asked questions to determine what type of mattress we might like best and was very informative on the ones we were interested in. The worst part about furniture shopping is when a sales person hovers and you feel unable to discuss your decision amongst yourselves. Drew was close by in case we had questions, made sure to give us all of the information we might need in order to make an informed decision, but also gave us the space we needed to make our decision. Went there for a pair of living room chairs. Found perhaps three chairs that met our needs (looked at perhaps two dozen possibles). Found the prices on the high side - $2300 for the pair we most liked - vs. about $1500 that we have found in other stores. Salesman was quite pleasant.

I had an excellent shopping experience at this location. Everyone was completely helpful and respectful. The sales person we worked with was Melanie and she was beyond helpful! She was respectful of our distance while shopping during the pandemic and had a sense of humor that put our buying worries to ease. All of our options were laid out for us in a very clear manner and we were able to find all of the furniture we were dreaming of. They have layaway, financing and so many more options for payments as well! The women in the Customer Care section were friendly and made our paperwork a breeze. Both Drew and Charlene are awesome! On my first visit I went in knowing I wanted a sleeper sofa. Drew showed me my opinions and answered every one of my many questions. After thinking about it for a few days I went back in to see my opinions one more time and place my order. This time with Charlene. Again I asked a million questions which she was great about. She showed me all of my opinions on colors and fabrics, mixed and matched pieces with me, gave me different payment options and overall made a hard decision a little easier. We worked with Ryan and it was such an amazing experience! We have always dreaded going furniture shopping because it always feels like you’re being forced into buying something and constantly trying to be upsold on add-on items, etc. from the moment we met Ryan, he was SO laid back and super knowledgeable on each of the pieces of furniture we were looking at. He was turning chairs upside down to show us the craftsmanship and even jumping on the arms of chairs to show the difference in sturdiness. He went above and beyond to be there for us every step of the way and we ultimately ended up with some custom pieces that we are very happy with! Spent over 4,000 here and was told “The ETA for your furniture is June 4th”. When June 3rd came and I said hey what time, they said it will be at the warehouse on June 4th… This was not clearly stated, so when we had a mattress delivered by a different company on June 3rd my wife and I said no big deal that we sleep on the floor 1 night on the mattress (wife was 8 months pregnant). Raymour gave us a huge attitude about how we were wrong and there is nothing they could do. When it arrived to the factory and they wanted to schedule a delivery they told me only Tuesday and Thursday’s were options. Well great, we aren’t home those days so what now? Nothing but arguments from the team in Millbury. “Most people take the day off”, well great but I took June 4th off per their ETA and can’t take just any day. So the furniture finally arrives and now the bed frame makes a cracking noise due to weak pieces of wood. Overall not pleased with the entire process. Mike was a good salesperson though.
I purchased a living room set in Millbury. I had been there the week before and Melanie spent a lot of time with my husband and I. I returned with my daughter and Melanie again gave us excellent service. She was patient and helpful. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience and look forward to receiving my set.

We sincerely regret the day we ever walked into this place. Our expectations were never met even after spending over $8000 on new beds for the entire family. The service was awful, the product for one family member was not correct, and in less than 3 months two of the box springs are broken. Very poor quality. We are shopping for new dining and living room furniture but will NOT be purchasing here!

I wandered in while the my wife and granddaughter were shopping literally 2 stores down, I was given a loose idea as to what to look for.... Nashalee greeted me and showed me what I thought my wife was interested in and BOY was I wrong.... after they were done with on their quest, we went back in to see what I thought would work.... nope.... she ended up loving with a power recliner sectional. The Connell 3 piece sectional in gray, Nashalee was there to guide us, She really knows her product! She has a style that is great to shop with, she guided, and showed interest with where it was going to go and what we were looking for. We wanted to try somewhere other than rotmans and read some really positive reviews on the place.We worked with Mike Smith who was very helpful in helping us figure out what type of mattress we would both benefit from. I went into Raymour and Flannigan last weekend during MA tax free weekend to order a twin bed and mattress for my daughter and a dresser for my room. I had been there twice in the past and had bought 4 other pieces of furniture for my home and had a great experience. Karen Leblanc the sales rep was wonderful, she was kind, attentive, and very helpful which was my reason for going back. When I arrived she was with another customer but I waited and researched on their computer what I wanted to order and let her know I was waiting. She got everything ordered for me got the Progressive Leasing App completed and approved and sent me to the office to finish my order. The office was very busy due to it being the tax free holiday but was willing to wait as the furniture I had in the past was of good quality, had payment options that worked for me, and the delivery people were professional and dependable. When it was my turn and I went to the agent at the window Angela, it all went down hill from there. She was overwhelmed and tired and mentioned 3x during small talk how she had been so busy she couldnt even get her cigarette break. I mentioned I was using Progressive Leasing and when it came time to make my deposit I asked to pay it and she said there wasnt a deposit as it was being financed, I said in the past I had always had a deposit and she said not this time, it was all set. So she gave me my documents and sent me on my way. The next day at 8pm my fiancee got a call from Raymour Flannigan that something happened because they had history of my order but not payment. First of all I changed my phone number to mine while I was there as my fiancee would not be home for delivery this time but it wasnt changed, and two I had asked twice about making a deposit and they said I didnt need one. She said to come back in on Monday or Tuesday to get the real contract executed and the deposit made. I didnt have time in my day to go back as I had to work and didnt want to go out of my way and my fiancee said to think about it. On Tuesday I called to see if the deposit could be waived due to their mistake and she said no they needed me to come in and pay the deposit to execute the contract so I decided to cancel the order and go somewhere else to order the furniture on the weekend when I had the time to. I went to Jordans in Natick found better quality furniture, was able to use the Progressive Leasing, and the office staff was much more knowledgeable. When I mentioned I had ordered the furniture the weekend before at Raymour Flannigan and they said that I would have to pay tax because I was using the leasing option and the rest of the nightmare experience, they said that wasnt true, that Progressive Leasing had to honor the tax free weekend and I was the 3rd person in there that had ordered from Raymour and Flannigan the previous weekend and had an issue. I will at this point never go back to Raymour and Flannigan again due to this issue eventhough the sales Karen was a sweetheart but the inconvenience was a joke. When I was leaving I remember saying how they were great and was so happy to go back a third time for my furniture purchase and Angela said 3x well leave a google review/yelp review. My wife and I went in to look around and ended up purchasing all of our home furniture that day. We took advantage of a 20% off sale and just put a deposit down to lock in the price and have the pieces on hold until our house is finished being constructed. There was no pressure from any sales people unlike most furniture stores but Ryan was always around when we had questions. Great experience!

Didnt pressure me or hound me the day I showed up to buy anything.. simply asked if he could help me find anything and explained the sale going on at the time... not only did I buy the furniture I wanted but he was able to keep that sale price 4 months after I purchased it until I was done closing on my house... even when they didnt want to keep the price for me.. he was able to keep.the price i wanted. He gave me his cell and kept in constant contact updating me all the time... seriously couldnt of worked with anyone better. If you need furniture go see Ryan in Millbury for the best experience. I went there last night about 30 mins before close (I felt so bad about that) I was in the market for a new mattress and a bedroom set, I started looking around and within 2 mins a woman came up to me (I learned she was the manager ) and started helping my friend and I out and she directed us to be helped by Ryan L . Wow what an experience, Ryan is on his A game and knows what hes talking about. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about his craft, I could not have been more pleased, I cannot wait to buy my new mattress ! they offer financing up to 36 months, however Ill be opting into the 24 month plan, great store lots of perks when you do purchase, let them explain it to you, I dont get paid for this lolRyan needs a raise .I had gone to Rotmans that same day and tried different mattresses there, I ended up loving the beauty rest black ones and I was pleased to see them available at Raymours (better price than rotmans btw )also if youre going there for the purple mattress dont, it sucks, go for a beauty rest instead . i kept seeing them advertised online and was curious as to how they felt...theyre awful.....talk to Ryan and he will ask you questions about how you sleep and how your partner sleeps and then will help you make the best choice for your self .mattress protectors people, they wont cover you on a warranty if you have body sweat on your mattress, theres plenty of options there and again Ryan will point you to the right onego check it out, better prices than Rotmans and the furniture is better quality than that Bobs, I cannot wait to place my order !HP
My friend and I visited the store and I made a purchase valued 2000.00. My friend attempted to buy a piece of furniture and asked if it was wood. The sales person responded if it was wood she couldnt afford. Yes we were black customers. After receiving the furniture I tried to exchange the love seat for the sofa. They charged a $252.00 fee plus I ad to pay for transportation. NEVER AGAIN! Worst experience.

I came to Raymour & Flannigan after touring Rotmans and not finding anything I liked (and Im pretty easy going). However my experience at R&F was AMAZING and I ended up furnishing 3 rooms! And the prices were SO MUCH BETTER! Melanie Poirier was the designer helping me and she was INCREDIBLE! She was so patient, not pushy, but kept checking in with me throughout my time in the store with information that helped me find the perfect pieces for my new house! Thank you Melanie!
I discovered this company while searching online for a Purple mattress. They had a great deal on a hybrid Purple mattress with a free bed frame. Immediately there was an issue with my order, the free bed frame they advertised was out of stock, so they offered me a comparable one for $100 more. The issue I had was that no one called me, I had to call about 3-4 times over a 3 day period. Then, I was not able to get a delivery date until about 2 weeks after I ordered. Finally the mattress came, but without the mattress pad they talked me into getting for $100. So, finally today they deliver the mattress pad which is worth probably $20 in my opinion, over 2 weeks after I got the bed. And to top it off, the delivery guys left two empty nip size bottles of Fireball at my doorstep! I would not bother with this company again.
I didn’t realize that the Millbury location was no longer an outlet store, but still ended up purchasing a sofa. Dave and Karen super helpful. My only complaint is that the store is small, so not a lot on the floor, but prices and customer service goes a long way

Wonderful experience at R&F in Millbury. Our sales guy, Peter, was patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. We were there for over an hour trying to pick a living room set. Peter worked with us, was up front about costs and the quality of different manufacturers. Peter will definitely be our Furniture Guy from now on... Goodbye Jordans!
My mother, nana and myself have all purchased from the showroom in Millbury. We worked with Andrew Gourgue whom was very patient and a pleasure to work with I couldn’t ask for anyone better!
My wife and I (both minorities) went to the Millbury store yesterday looking to purchase a sleeper sofa. Upon entry we were completely ignored while we looked around for a few minutes. My wife found a couch she liked so I waved to an associate across the room who appeared to be free. He came over and informed us the couch we liked wouldnt be available until late October early November with an additional 8-12 weeks since we wanted a different color. We thanked him and he stated take a look around and someone else will be with you, I was in the middle of helping someone else. I said thank you and turned to walk away and heard him mumble under his breath yeah someone whos actually going to buy something. Im not one to cause a scene in a store so I informed my wife we were leaving and we will never step foot in that place again.
I order from Raymond & Flanigan and we had various items defected and missing. Called customer service and they were extremely unhelpful and rude (especially the millbury store). We spend over 1300 dollars on furniture just to receive broken items. Never again. Worst mistake. Im never buying from them again.
Charlene was our sales person and she was wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture I was purchasing. In our future puchases we will definitely ask for Charlene again.

First, Raymour and Flanigan was doing everything to make their store a safe environment. All employees at all times were wearing masks and they had cleaners going to areas customers had just used. Second, I had the nicest and most helpful salesperson, Karen. Im looking forward to my recliner being delivered.

Extremely disappointed with the quality and service of this furniture. Originally purchased a sectional 14 months ago with the added protection plan that was sold to me as complete coverage for any spill, defect, or issue. So when I called to use this protection plan, scheduled service, and the service man finally came, he stated there are too many stains, I cant help you and left. With 3 children this is exactly why I bought the extra coverage, stains are inevitable with kids. Then I called to inform the service department that this protection plan was sold to me under false pretenses, there were no apologies to be made. Horrible customer service.As for the quality, the sectional has already lost its shape after 14 months, and it doesnt get much use.I have a $10k credit line opened with them when I made this purchase and will never use that line of credit.

I ordered my bedroom set for it to come June 1st, they kept delaying it until july and then told us it would come today then delayed it again. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture store. Very frustrated
