I was a Loyal Customer. Faithful. Until I was cheated on....But like a Bad marriage, I had to part ways. I had the misfortune of misplacing my receipt for curtains I purchased. I was told over the phone my receipt could be looked up. When I went in, I was told the opposite. I didnt want the money back. I wanted store credit. Management refused. TWICE....This was my experience.Never do business with a business that doesnt value its customer. I try not to blame everything on Race. I really do. But what I was told on the phone and when I appeared in person changed within the blink of an eye. I called customer service about the situation and was told it was unusual. But some stores have different policies, she said....In the end I concluded that it boiled down to Managerial Exceptions. Im a Senior Citizen. Im lucky to find my shoes in the morning let alone a receipt. Be Warned.

This shop brings the magic of the world that melts your heart. Lots of styles of gingerbread houses including Frosen 2 @ only 10.99. If you hadnt had a Fresh Stolen youll be able to get one here in multiple sizes and one that fits into a St. Nick stocking. Lots of Advent calendars in different shapes and sizes, even Twelve Days of Christmas that you can put together yourself and insert your own little gifts. The Isles are wide and easy-to-navigate. The staff is very helpful and kind. You dont see them on cell phones!!! They are sticking shelves while always making loops around the store to ask if you need assistance. The store also has Silly gifts make 99 cans of beer on the wall which contains 99 cans and a shelf. Beers wine and liquor from all over the world. And if youre into whiskey theres all sorts of food gifts by Jack Daniels and other major brands.

Superbly rude when closing, all of the staff without exception. A young woman jumped out in front of us and yelled were closing in five minutes. This is a repeat experience. They close at 7 do to covid...Im not sure how theyll ever go back 9 if the emergency bell is wrong so incredulously. Love the store but the staffers have no bed side manner to those whom would love to shop the store. Theres a better way to convey closing time....yikes. Maybe this isnt the platform. I work in retail and cannot imagine my managers allowing this behavior.

World Market is a fun place to hang out for an hour the furniture is so so, the rugs are pretty cool, beer and wine selection is excellent, and you can find candies used to eat as a child.

I love this store and cant go to it enough. They have adorable Sanrio products and plenty of unique and delicious food items. The food is reasonably priced but some of the other items (like kitchenware or beauty products) are on the expensive side.

My experience was great. The Germantown store unfortunately is closing and I got some awesome dining chairs for 80%off. Sadness I needed 2 more but caught them on sale online and just went to Brookfield store and picked them up. It was seamless smooth experience and everyone was helpful and happy. I do love a sale and when World Market has one they are pretty good. What else I love is if you dont get it when you have the chance its gone. 😉 Which means I am get an unique find.

This place always have unique stuff! Perfect for gifts that’s most people wouldn’t normally get. They have a great selection of house hold items and decorations as well. I usually come here for a snack. I love the different foods they have. The prices are a little high though so I don’t shop here often.

Very unique store with items from around the world. They have a great wine selection and offer you a chance to build your own 6 pack of beer. They offer old time soda selections along with candy from other countries. This is a neat place to find items that no one else offers.

Interesting selection of international and eclectic foods. Furniture wasnt that interesting of a selection for my taste, but has some good accents and kitchen wares.

Great selection of home goods - we went there for a side table, candles, and some kitchen things. They really have a little bit of everything (even some fun food/beer/wine options!), and generally have a 20% off coupon that you can get if you sign up for their mailing list. Definitely plan to leave with more than what you came in for!

It has been quite a while since Ive been here and the place has changed a great deal. I feel it is less cluttered and more open. Still has a nice selection of merchandise to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised.

This was my first visit to a World Market...it wont be my last. An unique array of items from all over the world. Great place to purchase a gift that you dont see everywhere else.

Great variety of things just to look at. Furniture, foreign candy and soda are a good reason to visit. Their selection of chocolate are impressive(from Swiss to Belgium to Germany and more). They have the Asian soda where the bottle looks pinched in the neck. I havent seen them in a long time.

Love the coffee club. Coffee prices are reasonable, quality is above average, and you can earn free bags. Wednesday coffee purchases count double. And as long as Im there to buy coffee beans, I might as well buy something else...for me, or the house, or a gift...

I have never stepped into a World Market and failed to find something unique and worthy of purchase.

Cool stuff and friendly cashiers. So many cool things to look at. But the store always seems too cluttered. Its hard to manuever around displays and items for sale. It makes the store look messy and jam packed.

Wonderful, eclectic selection of everything you can think of. The only drawback is this locations layout is very cramped and hard to navigate.

Some neat finds and among some junky imports... Just like a true bazzaar. Prices can be very reasonable, or expensive depending on the originating country of import.

This store location is a complete disappointment. Hours of operation dont begin until mid-day, the staff is completely unknowledgeable about the products sold, and the sales clerks are rude and unhelpful.
