Elijah was very helpful and attentive. The sofa I wanted was not available for four to six months.He showed me a sofa that was at the warehouse and the color that it was available in, my sofa is arriving next week! I’m very happy with the service provided.

We went into the Brookfield Connecticut location which was very clean very comfortable to be in during this time and the staff was very helpful while giving us our space. We placed an order for customised chair we were told it would take a few months to get but we received it a month earlier than we thought. They gave us a 3 hour window for delivery they text us and gave us updates as to their arrival time. Very courteous and professional. I love my new chair and ottoman. I would highly recommend this place to purchase your furniture. Great quality and exceptional service.

We went to the store with the intention of looking at a specific power reclining sofa but found the one we selected was a bit too deep for our liking. With the help of our sales person ( Kathleen) we found an alternative that we found to be very comfortable. Kathleen was extremely helpful at selecting fabrics trims and pillows and made the shopping experience very pleasant. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy furniture at lazy boy.

Found a recliner I could take with me that fits our decor and my body frame. Tough locating things in this time of the chinese flue but they had a few available for taking. I dont like having to order furniture and then having to pay $100 delivery fee so they would NEVER have gotten my business for that amount for one small item. Kyle was a great help in getting me a good deal.

We ordered seven months ago and still have not received two pieces after paying in full when we ordered.

It was a hassle getting what we wanted - sales person had a difficult time understanding our needs and we kept getting shown the “budget options”, although we never stated we were on a specific budget. Also, the sales lady did not understand how we wanted our sectional, I basically had to draw it out for her.At the end, none of this bothered me because I was getting the custom couch I have wanted for a while. We were told that the delivery would be scheduled for 8-10 weeks at most, “it could be sooner but we say it’ll be in your home by 10 weeks just in case”. This was confirmed on our receipt which stated 8-10 weeks in bold.9 weeks in I called wondering where my $4500 purchase is, and was told the computer was showing 13 weeks. I asked to speak to my sales person and was told I would receive a call back.After receiving no call, I call again the following week and keep getting bounced around.I would have gladly taken a floor model had i known I would have been without a couch for a quarter of the year.I still have not received the couch - maybe it’ll be worth the wait, but for now it feels like such a regrettable purchase. I will actively make sure anyone I know weighs their options carefully before paying for any furniture here.

First of all, we love our new furniture! Its comfy, and with the help of the designer, we are happy with our choice of fabric. However, the store that day was understaffed; we had the time that afternoon, but others may not have had extra time as we saw several people turn around and walk out during our wait. Our salesperson was friendly, helpful and did a great job guiding us through our initial sample selection. The estimated delivery date was understated; our three pieces were delivered approximately three weeks after the expected arrival time. The delivery guys did a great job!

We found our Lazy Boy experience to be quiet relaxing. Kathleen was very professional, being informative of our choices and giving us space to make our decision. The wide variety of choices made it tough to decide, but in the end we found what was just right for us. There was absolutely no sales pressure. We highly recommend Kathleen Malcy and would not hesitate going to her again for help and advice.

We ordered a new couch on August 16, 2020. After we paid we were told it would take 12 weeks to get it due to Covid. 12 weeks came and went with no communication. I called and was told it would be longer. It was delivered in November 24th. The delivery service drove off our driveway and turned around in our yard. ( there was plenty of room to work with. If they were concerned about turning around they could have backed down the driveway) . They tore up our yard and just left with no explanation. We called the store that we purchased it from (Brookfield CT) on Wednesday 11/25 to let them know what happened and were told to call and talk to the manager on Friday 11/27. On Friday, no one answered the phone. A message was left and no response has been received as of now. We are very disappointed with both the delivery service as well as the lack of response from lazy boy. This will be our purchase with them!

My mom was just diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. She’s been very uncomfortable, so we decided a lay-z boy recliner would be a good solution. It’s COVID, so I ordered online. We didn’t receive a shipping confirmation after a week, so I went into the store in Brookfield, CT. The woman who helped me was wonderful. She told me the chair we ordered was being made and would take about 8-10 weeks arrive. She helped me navigate similar models in the store and pulled the fabric samples from chairs they had in stock. I was able to find a chair for my mom and it will be delivered in days. I’m so happy with my experience here and will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful store. The staff is very welcoming and knowledge. They give you just the right amount of help, while still allowing you to look. The designer was able to help me when picking out the right fabric to match my living room. The manager recommended we purchase our couch in I-clean fabric and it has held up amazing with our new baby and cat. I would highly recommend this store for any of your furniture needs.

Nice product but pray you dont have an issue like my daughter did. Her expensive innerspring/air mattress began to deflate.......and we are now waiting for over a month for a replacement. Sheer incompetence. To be told in 2020 that shipments cannot be expedited is unacceptable, especially after a succession of screw ups by La-Z-Boy. No sense of urgency or customer SERVICE. But plenty of company POLICY. I know people only write reviews if they are not satisfied, but thats why these companies have to up their game. LaZBoy is living up to their name, sadly.

The women who helped us was Friendly and so very helpful. This is our 4th recliner over the years. Our last one bought almost 4 years ago began to split all the way down. Not old to be doing that. My 3 month old rocker recliner broke on December 17, 2019. The back of the recliner had something snap and wasn’t useable. The one year warranty isn’t worth much. I had to wait three weeks for the repair person to come to my house, parts were ordered, and I’m still not able to use the chair. Supposedly it will be repaired February 4th. Hopefully, that happens. Meanwhile, don’t waste your money on these chairs!

I had a great experience with La-Z-Boy, the furniture is obviously top quality and so my new sofa and recliner are going to give me great pleasure for a very, very long time (as did the recliner that Im finally replacing after 25 years). The salespeople were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my (many) questions about their products (Im a very detail oriented person) and so there were no fuzzy answers to my questions or anything at all to make me feel that they had anything to hide. Also they werent pushy, they left me alone to relax and look around, but were there when I had questions. I had been to some other furniture stores before I went to La-Z-Boy and everything I said about La-Z-Boy was NOT true of the others (not as high quality furniture, not knowledgeable (and pushy) salespeople, and fuzzy answers). I paid a few more dollars than I would have elsewhere, and even had to travel a little bit to get there, but Im a big believer in the phrase you get what you pay for and so I have no regrets, considering the comfort and happiness that Ill get from my new furniture for a very, very long time. Lastly, the follow-up regarding delivery arrangements was excellent as well (excellent communications, etc). All in all, I am 100% satisfied with La-Z-Boy and will go back to them before I go anywhere else if and when I make another furniture purchase. Obviously Id strongly recommend them to anyone!

This LaZy Boy Furniture was wonderful. Our sales person was very good a disappearing when we needed her to but being right there when we needed her!! Lots of recliners to choose from and lots and lots of fabrics and extras. Very friendly, efficient and quick! I would recommend this store highly!!

We have bought several pieces of furniture from this place. I am not sure why they are any better than anyone else. The recliner we bought here has held up well. This time we bought a sofa and ottomans mostly because they sent a designer/sales person to our house who had a good personality and worked well with my wife to figure out what would fit in the room. If you need something, ask for Gaynell; she was pretty good.

Not as big of a selection as other lazy boy stores. Still decent amount of furniture to try. I accidentally fell asleep on one of the couches. Whoops!

Yes I just like to say the sales person thats in your Middletown store gave all the wrong information I dont remember his name is probably in his late forties early fifties with a ponytail and pretty much everything he said to us was a lie and the only reason why we know that is because the manager store manager was there and every time I said something the store manager said no we cant do that which I think he was a liar too because we went to the Connecticut store and did buy a chair from there with a 5 year warranty which the store manager in Middletown said are we dont have that for sale and clearance items it was just too much of a run around thought you should know

So stiff and pricey in here that I left and went to Raymore. Im sure the quality is there, but I just couldnt see the point on spending thousands on one couch when I needed much more for my buck. The reps there also didnt seem to interested in being helpful and friendly.

My children bought me a recliner for my 60th year celebration. My oldest son helped me pick out the perfect chair. After visiting a few local stores we stopped at Laz e boy the sales staff were helpful and not intrusive as we discussed and sat in many many chairs. Until we found the perfect fit. We were both so happy with the service and obvious qualityu of the craftsmanship that goes into each piece they custom build. I was even happier to learn this furniture is made right here in the USA.

I can’t tell you the amount of patience and understanding shown to use and reassurance he would have it for his birthday!! The chair gives him such relief from stress and relaxation he has one at his grandparents house that’s over 25 years old and like new and heavily used!! My son Anthony never asks for anything and finally asked for something and it was a lazy boy!!! You are absolutely magnificent!!! It’s the small things that bring joy to us because we are blessed to be able to bring him the comfort he needs. Thank you is such a small thing to say to a truly grateful family!!!

We werent helped at all when we went into the store. We were a young couple and felt like they judged us because of that. We wanted to purchase something but left annoyed because of the lack of service. We were able to find something better at Raymore and Flanigan in Poughkeepsie and were treated fairly by an amazing saleswoman Donnamarie.

The store is nice and clean the furniture is very nice however the prices are high and there are additional hidden fees that they dont tell you about until after you place your order in our case they didnt even tell us about it then we noticed an additional $99 charge when we asked what that was for all thats delivery well we dont want delivery will pick it up at the store no you have to have it delivered so therefore it should be included in the price if its not an option then it is a fixed cost
